I got a powder dip for the first time. Stiletto shape. Two nails nails broke at the bottom the very first day. When I went back to have them fixed the guy refused to help me match the color to what I already had. He kept telling me hes not the one that did it. I realize that I just wanted him to help me match the color and he argued with me pretty much the entire time he was doing my nails. Then he kept grabbing my fingers and shaking me in frustration telling me to relax. It was a horrible annoying and awkward experience and I will never never go there again. You cant see it very well in the picture but that middle finger is cracked at the bottom. And I wish I had a photo of the repair because it was laughable.

I am in from DC and needed my nails done. This is the absolute worst job I have ever had in my life. They took TWO hours and this is the janky mess I left with for dip nails. No thank you.

Clean salon with nice employees. They do a good work here and make you feel comfortable. Fair prices and always busy so they are doing something right!

The lady painted my nails an entirely different color than what I originally asked for. She then tried to blame me for the color when the person a few feet away could hear when I told her the colors that I did want. She was rude. I do not recommend this place.

Very busy place, lots of laughter from other customers, which is a good thing. They have huge variety colors to choose from for dip powder. They do pedicures as well. I went there for my nail tech just recently moved there shes the best, my girl Natalie. Ive been using her for over 10 years. She always does an amazing job.

They got our group in quickly & were great to work with us! We will be coming back

My nail color was all wrong....yes she repaired a nail and it broke the same day.....its all about how many people they can see...nothing about customer service

They do a good job depending on who you get. The men that seem to be the owners are not friendly at all. They just want to get you in and out. They always have an attitude towards every customer.

Excellent service and work

I got my nails done and they made them too long and when they painted them it wasnt even. My nail broke when hardly and pressure was applied. The staff is not friendly. They dont speak hardly and English. They where inpatient too. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. So Im editing this a week later and another one of my nails broke with very little pressure put on it but I was riding down a note on a piece of paper with a pencil. Do not go here there are acrylics suck

Went to this location for a new set last week and they ended up just doing a fill. They said I didn’t need a new set. The lady didn’t even fully remove the previous acrylic that was on my nails previously. She just put new acrylic on the area where there was no acrylic. She took forever to finish. It hasn’t even been a week and the shellac is already chipping. This has never happened when I have gone to other nail salons. They charged me too much, especially since they didn’t even give me a new set. The lady practically was cutting corners instead of giving me good quality work. I will not come back to this location.

Always love my service here! Very friendly and good prices! Takes only about an hr- 1/2 they do pedicures and eyebrows as well as nails. Hard to go anywhere else for sure!

Sadly I am leaving this Salon. I have been coming to this salon for 3 years. The last 5-6 times no matter the time of day I have waited more then 30 to 50 minutes to get my nails done and 3 out of the 5-6 were WITH an appointment.Last time there two weeks ago I waited almost an hour and when Brian finally sat me, he announced my nails would be $45 FOR A FILL!!!! Thats the full price at all other places and usually here. He always up-charges and he is not friendly. You can tell he really doesnt want to do your nails. Bad attitude and he rushes, so he burns you a lot. I try to NEVER get Brian. Because of the increased wait time, Brian, and not having anywhere to wait when I did have to wait, I am going somewhere else. There are 3 tiny chairs in there and everyone is crammed into one place by the door waiting to be taken care of. The nails they do are very nice. But its become a hassle to go there.

Jennifer did my dip manicure! It was on a Saturday which was packed and they got me in within 10 minutes. She finished the manure within an hour once she started, it was $30 which is a great price! Over all super satisfied and will be going back

Absolutely my favorite nail salon. Not only do they give great mani & pedi they also treat you like family. Also its a very clean shop which is extremely important to me.

I only go here and one other place for my nails depending on where I’m at in the Tulsa area, Kevin is great and they’re super nice and down to earth.

I love this place. Ive tried many different salons and this one is by far my favorite. They take their time and dont rush you out, they do an incredible job, and they are reasonably priced. They always take such good care of you. Ive told all of my friends about it and wont go anywhere else!

I walked in with my daughter and asked for a fill for her and a pedicure for me. I was told ok for the fill by one employee (who ended up leaving) and told by another that she would need a new set and it would be $45. When they started the new set for my daughter there was no soaking, he just ripped them off and then didnt even cut her natural nails down. When I sat down, the woman asks what pedicure I wanted, I told her and also that I wanted shellac, but she said it would be an upcharge of $15 for shellac when it clearly states at the bottom of book that a pedicure with shellac would be $39. I dont recommend them as they charge way too much, are not thorough and rush you out.

After looking at all the nice reviews I came to this location to have my nails done. I was very unhappy with the entire service. I did not see one single nail tech sterilize any electric drill tip between customers but I could not see everyone all the time, they dip customers nails, including my own, directly into the main jar of powders and the tech that did my nails did an awful job, filed my nails crooked and then put the top coat on missing spots leaving ridges and an uneven surface. The thought of the spread of germs and fungus freaks me out, this process is very unsanitary. I would never recommend this shop nor will I ever return there. I suggest you go someplace else that will not way over charge you and not even trim your cuticle and do a sanitary job.

I always love walking into this nail salon.! Im from Atlanta Georgia and am so use to every spot being good, but I learned quickly thats not the case here. I came to Sky nails October of 2015 and have never stop. Great customer service. Tina and Saundra are fantastic even on those brows!!!

The two younger ladies who did my manicure and pedicure were very rude and did quite a poor job. One exfoliated the bottom of my feet raw and made faces as she did so. She also ignored me when I said “ow” very loudly as she cut into my skin alongside my toe nail. She did this on multiple toes. It was also obvious she was speaking ill of me to the nail tech beside her as I don’t have great looking feet...that’s why I’m here to get a pedicure.The woman who did my manicure did no better, she drew blood from my cuticles and finished off my shellac incorrectly, plus she forgot to finish my manicure with lotion. Jason, who (unlike the ladies who did my manicure and pedicure) is an excellent nail tech, had to correct it. He did it happily, quickly, and well. He was a star personality and great at his vocation, and he is the only one I would trust if I were to ever return.Unfortunately, I left with a sloppy mani/pedi and raw heels and am now 71 dollars poorer for it. If you choose to go here, pick your nail tech wisely.

Arent great at doing what you ask for them to do. I wanted shorter nails, which I always get, the man said, cant do. Really? These are my nails! Im spending almost a 100 dollars here!! And after getting scribbles instead of designs on my nails, i waited for someone else to finish the job. Been waiting 20 min. Never coming back!

Referred here by a friend and I am so glad I took the chance and visited. The workers are extremely nice and the artist who paints the nails does a wonderful job. The complementary drinks dont hurt either. Will defiantly be making this my permanent nail shop.

My nails look like I still need a fill! When I mentioned to Brian about the Polish needing more on sides he said it be ok.... Umm not if it isnt like I like it. With his poor attitude about me wanting what I asked for, he was so busy getting to the big lipped chic, my concerns was not important. First visit and last. I left without even greeting the designs I wanted. His bad, I am a great tipper. Currently at another nail salon to get a Polish change since this is so poorly done.

Staff was friendly i came in for a fill my nails are not all the same shape n length i was very disappointment and this being my first time

HORRIBLE experience! I visited this salon for a fill and shellac. After 4 days my shellac was peeling horribly. I was out of town so on day 10 I returned. They offered to re-do for a $15 fee. I refused because Shelkac should last 2-3 weeks or more. Finally a manager came out and said they would re-do them for free. I should have just walked out because for the 40 minutes I spent in the salon, the nail tech cut gaps into the overlay. They were mocking me the entire time and I was humiliated. I will never return and I want recommend them to anyone. They do horrible work!

I’m just going to say this!!! Language barrier is thick!!!!!!! And if you have a problem with something they have done as in design or not applying top coat they will argue with you and tel you that you are wrong!! Just do yourself a favor and stay away!!!
