I love my nails everyone was super nice they turned out just how I wanted them

Great experience! Tom did my nails really quick and did an amazing job! He was super nice and welcoming. They also got me in for my appointment really quick so i wasnt standing around for long. My mom got a pedicure as well and also had a great experience! Have never had a negative experience here, they are my go to! Thank you guys so much, 10/10 would recommend

Kim (Kimberly) is my favorite nail artist (nail tech does not describe her talent!). She is wonderful and an absolute doll. (Note: I only do gel pedicures and manicures. I’ve only done acrylic nails once and those were done by another nail tech, but they were excellent!)The entire staff are all very kind and sweet humans. I am moving out of state and I will seriously miss Kim. She is the best. Thanks passion nails (and especially thank you Kim) for the excellent service!

My first time and got exactly what I want, gel ombre French tip. Better than what I expected. Super happy with my nails and theyre super clean and pretty. Would definitely come back for new sets in the future.

Went in for a fill and got shellac polish. They were super quick and my nails looked great for the first few days! But then the polish started to chip and then my nails started to break. I’ve never had this happen only a few days after getting my nails done. I expected them to last at least close to 2 weeks considering it was $40 + tip. Great speedy service, but low quality work.

I have recently had such bad luck with nail salons! I went to Passion Nails on a late Friday morning and I didnt have to wait long at all! I had two people working on me at the same time which saved so much time as well. The woman that did my nails said she was new there, but she was absolutely amazing (I wish I would have got her name)! They offer free beverages, and I am in love with the sunflower nail art the lady had done for me. We will definitely make the trip from Muskogee to go again! Also its definitely so much bigger on the inside than what you would expect!

Bad experience! The guy who did my pedicure cut me while clipping my toe nail cuticles. Then burned me with a hot stone. Also kept massaging my bruise on my leg after I said to stop. Finally he smudged my toe nail polish multiple times. Not a happy customer. My mom had the same guy the previous time and he did the same to her. I recommend others to ask for another nail technician if you get him or just go to a different nail salon. I won’t be coming back to Passion Nails. The quality has decreased.

My nail tech was friendly, and I enjoyed the complimentary drinks. I went in to get a pedicure prior to my wedding shower. I waited to put my shoes on until they informed me that my toenails were dry. That evening, I noticed that two of my toes were completely smudged and ruined. I called up there the next day, and the man on the phone was extremely nice. They promptly redid my two toenails. I waited over an hour until I put my shoes back on, and my toenails smudged again. I have gotten many pedicures at other places and this has never happened to me before. It’s a decent place if you need something done quickly, but I wouldn’t say it’s a quality service.

I have been here several time but today was a horrible experience. I went with my two girls and got three pedicures and two manicures. I got the most expensive pedicure package like all the times before but this time I wasn’t offered a scent and instead given leftover lotion from someone else. The tech was very aggressive (my feet are torn up and not smooth) with my feet and three hours after the polish didn’t dry. I paid for a manicure and didn’t even get leftover lotion or a massage on my hands. After the cold manicure, I was left with three different people to pick up the pieces. I ended up with worse feet and hands then I started with. I won’t be back!

She put me in pedi chair and walked off, I sat there til water cooled off! She came back said didn’t have my color, so I had to go pick other color. She took off again for 5 minutes or more, finally got color and got started, by this time my granddaughter is being painted. Now she is in a hurry cause she has I regular waiting for her, rushed through so much she never FILED MY FEET! Worst pedi I have ever had, will not go back!!

This will be my last time in this place. I use to come frequently and today has been the worst job I have seen them do. The guy doing my pedicure decided to place my sandals on before putting the top coat on. Big mistake on his part. I got top coat on my sandals and he didn’t add enough top coat to some of my toes because the sandals were blocking them. Not to mention that the color looked horrible and it was had streaks. For $30 I think you can do better somewhere else. Don’t waste your time!

The hospitality was great & I did not have to wait even thought they were pretty busy, but the pedicure was very lazy. I just got the regular pedicure so my expectation weren’t high but the bottom of my feet were not smooth like other places.

Had a good 1st visit overall. Tosha did a beautiful powder dip on my nails!I do wonder why more nail salons dont have hooks at nail technicians stations for clients to hang their purse on. Lowes has nice, inexpensive packs of 2 for $3.00 or so. White, Silver...Thank you & see you next time🌼

First and last time. I was given a lady that didnt know nothing about shellac. But bless her heart, she tried. Im usually not a demanding person but damn they coulda at least gave me someone that knew what they was doing.. Not only did she mess up once... Not Twice.. But three times... Damn.... Thats all I can say..

I loved my nails after getting them filled here! There were tons of workers so I didn’t have to wait at all, very sweet staff, and free drinks. My nail tech paid special attention to my nails and didn’t rush. She looked at my nails at a lot of different angles to make sure they looked right! Loved it here :)

I took my daughter who uses a WHEELCHAIR to get her nails re-dipped, we picked out our color and waited. They acknowledged us but yet let 5, not kidding 5 people cut in front of us! It was Like none of them wanted to work with her. I said something and then they decided to seat us at a station and say we’ll come soak them! Her nails should have been soaking the 25 minutes we waited while they helped people who came in after us. Very unprofessional and do not recommend using them especially being persons with disability. Will not return!

The 3 times I’ve been here I’ve had 3 different techs, Brian, Kim and Hannah. ALL OF THEM ARE AMAZING! They’re so good about giving you what you want!All staff is helpful and they truly care about what you’re looking for! It is the worst nail salon I have ever been to, took my Grandaughters 10 and 11 to get pedicures and manicures with Shalack because they were going to be swimming later that evening, soaked feet in water and polished toes for pedicures, polish off a few minutes, they got in the pool for BDay party both girls nails were off within an hour, paid $90.00 for awful service and performance and was treated rude when ask for refund, no refund told to come back so they could do it over, why not do it right the first time, I dont have time for that and one of my Grandaughters lives in OKC. 😡

This place is amazing! I got the kids manicure and asked for a matte coat and they did it. I just love this place so much and will definitely be going back. 👌

Slowest service I’ve ever had at any nail shop. Super disorganized staff, they moved us around multiple times and could never figure out who was doing what.Went to get a pedicure and manicure with my MIL and we were there for well over 2 hours and I ended up passing on a manicure because of the wait.

They didnt have the colored chrome like I asked when I called. Other then that, Im satisfied.

Super nice ladies!! I went in not going to get anything done. Then decided to just get a manicure. $15.00 great price! My nails ended up looking perfect for my Senegence event I was going to that weekend. Our colors are blue/gold and Leopard!! 🐆💙💛

I used to come here all the time and loved it until I recently went, got the shortest acrylics you can get with shellac, and had to pay $55... I paid that the time before when I got long,coffin, and clear nails with designs but when I got them short and simple this time I paid the exact same price. Not to mention the lady filed my nails so hard to the point where they were raw. My nails were so uneven at the tips that I had to go home and fix them myself. I’m so disappointed that I wasted my money on this.

Daughter got her nails done here today. I dont know anything about nails, but she said they look good and she likes them. Thats a 5 star in my book. The staff were friendly and we were in and out in about 45 min.

This is my shellac after 14 days!!! This is the only shop that I have had any luck with my polish lasting more than 4 or 5 days. The shop is very well maintained and always clean. Tools are always in sealed sterilizing bags and removed at the station in front of you. Cant say enough great things about the shop and the owners.

This is the 4th time we have been back in 6 days! My daughters 55$ nails keep breaking! Unacceptable! When I asked to speak with the manager they said they would be here in 30 mins while we wait and get the nail fixed! Been waiting 30mins for them to even start the repair! No one has even apologized for the inconvenience! We will NOT be back here!

Went for a pedicure last week. First off the guy was very rough. But aside from that I got a Staph infection. Have had to go to urgent care and everything. Not pleased at all and will Not return there. This is supposed to be a place to go and be pampered but instead I have had nothing but pain. Only gave it a one star just so I could write the review if I knew how to add pic I would

I went today and they have a really great setup for the current situation and are being very clean and cautious. Brian did my nails and they are literally perfect and I’m a super perfectionist so hats off to passion nails! Definitely recommend them for Great nails and staff!

The woman kept turning around in her chair whilst doing my nails and they were horribly uneven and i left with a chipped nail, all in all they suck at manicures.

Staff was not friendly at all. And it is extremely over-priced. Over $100 just because I added a few fake gems to one color nails.

I walked in on a Saturday around 2pm. It looked busy, but a man greeted me with a smile at the desk. By the time I picked a polish color, Christina came to seat me. She asked if I’d like anything to drink and told me the price of a gel manicure is $30. She did my nails, and I was out of there by 2:30pm. My nails look great! I would recommend this place.**Edit: I’m here almost a year later, and I still love this place! The people are always very nice. Everything is always clean. They have a huge number of color choices. I walk in, and I usually don’t have to wait at all (if I do, it’s very quick). I got a pedicure today, and it was lovely. I would definitely recommend.

Always have a great time there and everyone is sweet! My favorite is Brian and his wife! They ALWAYS do a great job and not a bad price for very good nails! I do notice they have some people in there that could do better but it’s good for what you get. (A free drink, great selection, nice people, welcomed when you walk in, hot towel (if you get matte, gal, or dip)) hate to see this place get bashed it’s my favorite and my moms favorite!

Been to this salon several times. First visit was fine and no problem. Second visit I had a pedicure and the girl nicked my ankle with the foot file and it began to bleed a little. I pointed to it and said you got my ankle, and she acted as if she did not understand what I was saying, and totally dismissed me and the cut on my ankle. Third (and last), I went in for manicure, and they sat me down at a station that was clearly not cleaned from prior customer. A pair of clippers were already sitting there and the young man picked them up to begin clipping my cuticles. I asked if they were sterile and he nodded. I then asked Did you use them on someone else? He just looked at me, sat the clippers down, left the station, and came back with another pair, held them up, and said new. The fact that they would use the same clippers on different customers was enough for me to not go back (too easy to get infections). Also, not taking a few minutes to clean up a station for new customers is unacceptable.

This is my favorite place to get manicures/pedicures! The pedicures feel fantastic on my feet. I recently tried a set of solar nails and the tech did an amazing job. It is by far the best set Ive ever had done. The prices are great and the complimentary beverage completes the experience!

I love going here for pedis and waxing. The shop is clean, friendly, and now that they have expanded, they can get you in without a long wait. Never had a bad experience.

Great quality and very nice! I’ve been going to passion nails for the past four years and have always loved their work. Reasonably priced and always work with you, with it being scheduling or what design you Want. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience getting a pedicure. Passion Nails was clean and very accommodating for a walk in. There were many people on staff and they were so friendly. I had the $35 spa pedicure and was not disappointed. My pedicurist took his time and gave a great pedicure. I will certainly be returning- this is my new favorite nail salon! Check the high times on Google though- I would recommend an appointment if you are going in the afternoon or for a manicure.

I called today and made an appointment for a full set and pedicure. The lady that answers the phone instructed me to be at the shop at 6pm; they close at 7pm. I showed up for my appointment on time; I selected a color for my toes; preceded to the pedicure chair. The women performing my pedicure was curt and rude. Im aware there can be a language barrier and there are cultural differences so I chose to ignore the rude behavior. I requested a black polish for my big toe with a flower in the pink color I was having my other toes painted. I showed the women a picture I had on my phone, of the design I wanted. The women informed me I cant do that design! The flower I was requesting wasnt any different than flowers of had painted in the past. I wasnt trying to argue with the women, so I said just a plain simple flower will do. The women aggressively told me for the second time I cant do a flower! I decided, Im not going to argue with people who are there to provide a service. I made the decision I was going to leave, before I became anymore upset. Once I began to get up from the chair, I was instructed to sit back down; theyd have another employee paint the design. I sat down so my service could be completed. Instantly my daughter and I were surrounded by the staff; both walking by and staring also speaking in their natural dialect. I was made so uncomfortable, I wouldve rather left without a design. I look at the time and its 7pm; the store is preparing to close. Not only was I surrounded by every employee in the shop, but I also was unable to get my full-set. I wouldnt have chosen to stay and got my full set; I wouldnt give this shop another penny. I was treated so poorly, I wouldnt stayed for my nail service; I was scheduled for a nail service; but they wouldnt have had time if Id wanted to stay. I was treated poorly not only today but the last time I paid for a pedicure at this shop. I wouldnt step foot in Passion Nails or give them 1penny after the way Ive been treated.

So relaxing! The people are cheerful, welcoming, and a joy to be around. The service is always very thorough. I’m always pleased and feeling great when I leave. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed my spa pedicure and manicure. Chairs were comfy and everyone was really nice and professional. I was happy to see that I could get the pedicure without exfoliation. Exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely visit again!

I went in for a normal fill on my Solar powder nails and was told, after I picked out my color, that I didnt have Solar powder. This was my third visit and I am confident that I have Solar powder. The lady refused and went on to fill with some other powder. Very unsatisfied and will not be back. #TheCustomerIsAlwaysRight

I went in, picked a color for SNS Dip and sat down. After one coat the lady said, This color isnt working, Ill get another one and do lots of coats so itll be darker like you want. After three coats it still wasnt dark, I told her this and she proceeded to do two more coats on my left hand, one more on my first three fingers on my right hand, and none on the last two fingers. I told her I still didnt like it and she said, No its a pretty color! I walked in wanting a tan/mauve matte color, walked out with poorly done light pink nails. Not coming back here.

Not really impressed. The establishment itself is very nice and the pedicure chairs were amazing. Lots of color choices. This is why I gave them a three star. The service however was lack luster. It started off great until the first tech suddenly left. Another tech came over and acted like she was going to take the first techs place (by switching out their kits). She sat down, looked at what the first tech had finished and got up and left. My friend who I was with had her tech changed halfway thru too, however they were very apologetic to her and quick to explain what was happening (the first tech had a scheduled appointment with a client) and readily got back to her service. However, I sat there for a good 5 minutes. During this time, my first tech was sitting on his phone a few feet from me, and the second tech was cleaning away classes and polishes from other stations. Finally the second tech came back over, started working on me, then abruptly left again for another few minutes. She eventually came back and finished my service. Even though my service was started after my friend and with all the wait period we still finished within a minute of each other. This type of customer service was highly disappointing and even though their building and equipment is better then my normal salon, I definitely wont be coming back.

Ive been going here for at least two years years now and havent found anyone who does a better job. The ladies are always sweet and the place is always clean. I recommend this place to my friends all the time. Try the Spa Manicure and Pedicure with the hot wax, feels like all new soft skin when theyre done.

Have come to Passion nails for the past year and have never had a bad experience until today, the guy that did my friends nails only checked the number on the lid (color she chose) and not the side number, regardless it being an honest mistake, he chose to say the number was the same which it wasn’t and then the manager agree with him, they didn’t offer to re-do them or anything. They need to work on their costumer service

Ive always had a good experience here. Good service; never have to wait long to get my nails done (even without an appt); fair pricing. They offer you a beverage when youre seated and they have massage chairs for pedicures.

Staff is very nice until you complain. My nail polish was unevenly applied and when I pointed it out, they said some nails are just lumpy and that they did a good job and there was no problem. When asked for them to be fixed they wanted to up-charge me because there was no problem with manicure. Will go elsewhere next time.

Inconsistent pricing. Somehow paid more than last time for the same service. Not sure what the deal with that was. Workers are nice but last experience here, I got my cuticle nicked pretty badly and didnt even receive the whole manicure treatment (soak, lotion & massage, hot towel) and still paid the full price.... I guess it doesnt matter because I didnt even want to continue to have my nails painted since my cuticle wouldnt stop bleeding and burning. Manicure looked okay. Just wouldnt go back for the quality of service for the expensive $$$.

Had a 4:30 appointment for my daughter to get pedicure and full set put on for prom. Pedicure was excellent but we waited almost an hour for her to get someone to start a full set of nails and they didn’t have any of the colors she wanted. Very disappointed

I would give 4 but it was my first experience here and I asked for matte nails and didnt come out with what I asked for , also felt uncomfortable the whole time , the guy I had was a little rough with my hands and my hands feel pain the whole time my hands burned from where he filed down close to my skin and partially of my skin , I also told him matte and I dont think he understood me but other than that the nails are fine but i didnt get what I was wanting also I could see the side of my nails bleed a little so it hurt whenever he put alcohol. He also Gave a rude vibe and kept checking his watch as if im a bother , and he kept pulling my fingers very hard and nails. The front lady and the one working next to us was absolutely sweetI hope to get someone else next time !

I love going here for a little special me time. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the atmosphere relaxing. From the complimentary beverages, to the new massage recliners, the time I spend getting a pedicure is a great opportunity to recharge. I wont go anywhere else!

I went to Passion Nails for the first time today, and absolutely loved the service. My friend and I went right after work and they didn’t rush us at all. They close at 7pmand we got there at 6:20pm.I got a Spa Pedicure, and the dipping powder on my nails. My friend got the dipping powder and her eyebrows done.! I will be going back to Passion Nails!!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and used to love it, but the past couple times I’ve been I have paid for a manicure, but have not received the treatment that should come with.

I have found my new go-to spot for French schellac manicures! I have gone to several other local salons recently, and left disappointed in service and the appearance of my nails. I cant stop staring at the beautiful nails Tasha provided me today! She was kind, offered complimentary beverage, did a wonderful job, and followed it up with a hand/arm massage. NONE of the other places came with massage or polite service. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely LOVE my nails. They take their time with you so be ready to sit for awhile, but its better than them running through it all and not care if they mess up. Everytime she messed up on my nails, she fixed it IMMEDIATELY. Like, I didnt have to point out anything to her, which i usually dont, cause of my crippling social anxiety. My nails have never looked this good. I will definitely be returning. And sorry for the 7 dollar tip, I couldnt do 20 percent math in my head. Next time Ill probably tip a whole lot more, cause these nails are freaking BOMB. And they make you EXTREMELY comfortable, like a family setting. This is not your average spa at all!!

I asked for the Spa Pedicure $25.00. Thats the first time I have ever been told We dont do heels with that pedicure, its$5.00 more, WHAT? Are you kidding me? They charge you $5.00 more to exfoliate your heels. I declined more out of principle than anything. Then halfway through I was told they actually dont exfoliate any part of your foot AT ALL with the Spa Pedicure. I guess my otherwise $5.00 tip just went toward the 1 minute use of the cheese grater.

I’m disappointed with my experience here today. This used to be my favorite nail spa until today. The lady who did my nails rushed through and didn’t take her time to make sure they looked good. After she was done, I approached the owner of the spa and asked if she was able to fix the edges of my nails. She sent me back to the same lady who messed them up, and she made them worse. My fingers are bleeding because of her filing down my skin. I’m wearing bandaids on my fingers because of the sensitivity and pain.

I have gone to passion nails for over 3 years now and usually have a good experience...but unfortunately this past Saturday I had the worst pedicure ever. The girl doing my pedicure spent zero time on me at all. She “massaged” my legs for 20 seconds each... 20 SECONDS!!! (She literally just slapped some oil up and down my leg and that was it). She did not use any salts in the water nor did she scrub my legs with the scrub. I was sitting there with my toe nails painted waiting on them to dry in less than 20 min. From the time I sat down she spent less than 20min on my pedicure. For $30 I expect much better service. Sadly, I don’t know that I will be returning to Passion Nails for anymore pedicures.
