Hideaway Salon is a lovely salon with professional stylists who are up to date on products, techniques and styles. They listen and don’t make promises they can’t keep. Tammy Wright has been my stylist for several years, and I always leave happy. She has helped me “freshen up” my style and my color without giving me something more high maintenance than I want. This salon is the absolute BEST I’ve ever found.

[PICTURES] Absolutely awful customer service. If you expect to be yelled at and flipped off by the hairdressers, this is the place for you. A friend of mine recently got her hair done here and the hairdresser, to put nicely, did not do the best job. The color was splotchy and the cut was uneven and choppy. She paid over $100 and the hairstylist actually charged her extra for using extra product during the process. For support, I went with her to the salon to see what we could do to get a partial refund (she had an appointment at another salon set up to go get it fixed). I expected some level of professionalism but BOY, we received the complete opposite. While the hairdresser who did her hair pulled us out and explained what had gone wrong with her hair, the manager of the salon came out and begin yelling at us, demanding what was wrong. Arent managers supposed to deescalate bad situations? And if the hairdresser knew what had gone wrong with her hair, why didnt she initially try to communicate that with her client (my friend) and tried to come with another solution instead of doing a botched job? Eventually we got our refund, only a measly $40. When I thought the nightmare was over, ANOTHER hairdresser who had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the situation came out and yelled at us as we were leaving, Dont ever come back again! and some other unprofessional, rude comments. On top of that, she gave us the bird. Absolutely terrible experience and its unfortunate because this fiasco could have been avoided if a little bit of professionalism was exhibited. Obviously, it does not exist here. Go at your at your own risk.

Moved here recently from Florida and in search of a great salon. Heather colored and cut my hair to perfection. I got lucky finding her as my new hairdresser and this salon! Highly recommend.

Fantastic and fun salon! They really care about their clients. I get nails and hair done there. Jessica is an amazing stylist. My color is gorgeous! Perfect for me, and my style is exactly what I want. She’s both artistic and highly skilled. She’s a terrific stylist, great colorist, and is excellent with working on every hair type you can imagine. The salon has a great, fun vibe. I always enjoy going there. I’ve never seen anybody treated with less than the utmost respect. They value their clients like crazy! One of my favorite businesses!

I love the atmosphere in this place! The girls are welcoming and friemdly! I had Cheri do my hair and she was great! And the nail techs are super talented! Busy busy busy and very great prices! Call in or walk in! Very convenient, plus the food in the area is a bonus! Well rounded trip all together!

I highly recommend this salon. The ladies are professional and very nice. I go here for my nails and hair.Kristy does an amazing job with my nails. Ive been going to Kristy for over 10 years and I absolutely love her! She makes me laugh at every appointment! She works miracles!Jessica always has my hair looking great. Love my color and style! Jessica is very sweet and you can tell she cares. She always makes me feel welcomed. My kids go to her too! In fact, my son (10 yrs old) will not trust anyone but Jessica. He knows she always does a good job!

I would recommend this hair salon to anyone needing a permanent place to go for the care of their hair. I’ve had my hair cut and highlighted by Tammy and she does a fantastic job. She listened to what I told her on my hair problems and she fixed them. The best I have been to !!!!

I dont get my hair cut very often , but when I do, its Tammy to the rescue! I have thicker naturally curly hair, and she always knows how to cut , thin, and layer my hair! I barely have to say anything ! She just knows!

Kristen has been doing my hair for years and she is the best! No matter how different and drastic I’ve changed my hair over the years she’s always accomplished everything I wanted ! I love the salon and the atmosphere there. All the ladies there are so nice.

I have been getting my hair done here for years, they never disappoint. The staff is friendly and always checking to see if you need anything. The shop offers snacks, drinks, and has a full coffee bar for the customers. If you looking for a home salon check this one out for sure!!

I walked into this salon on a whim one day. I needed a haircut and style very badly and had already stopped at 3 other places with no availability that day. This is NOT what I would normally ever do! My stylist was absolutely awesome and gave me one of the BEST cuts and styles I have ever had! This is my new place and I have been back several times now, but I do make an appointment with my stylist lol! I like how she understands what I want done with my hair, she doesnt look at me with a blank stare trying to decipher what I am saying! She gets it! Everyone in there has been very professional and clients leave happy and satisfied with a smile on their face!

Miss Amberlynn did a impeccable job. (this is a real client by the way) I was thoroughly impressed and very glad I decided to stop by there. I have been searching for a good stylist. I doubt I bother looking anywhere else.

I have gone to the salon and the same stylist for make-up, haircut and color. The color was gorgeous, the make up was fabulous and yhr haircut was one of the best cuts Ive had in my 46 years! Its easy to maintain and I get so many compliments. Friendly, professional stylist who I will see again soon. I highly recommend this salon for all your beauty needs.

Best place ever for men to get a haircut. Easy to schedule an appointment and Abbie(my stylist) always gives you that custom cut your looking for!! Not the cookie cutter cut you get from someone at the big box places.

My husband and I both go here. Cheri has done my hair for many years. I cant imagine going anywhere else! Ive never witnessed unprofessional or rude behavior by any of the ladies at this salon (as has been posted by a few other people).

I had previously rated one star. Im bumping it up to two because the stylists themselves seem like great people and even if mistakes were made, they were made up for. However, a business owner should NEVER threaten a customer with legal action or by contacting their employer to try to get them fired, just over a bad review.
