Excellent service. Treated me very well. Very comfortable and nice, feels classy but not with extra high prices. Nails lasted 8 weeks. Crazy. Excellent.I will drive 1 hrs 20 minutes just to use them for my nails.

The place is nice. Its very well decorated and comfortable. I had a fill because the place I usually go to was full. She trimmed down one hand and not the other and within 24 hours of leaving, I had a nail crack and break. The next day another followed. Wont be coming back. I would have given it one star but it is so pretty on the inside.

The lady that greeted us was very pleasant but the lady who did my nails did not speak to me other than what she had to. The rest of the time she was speaking to another employee in her native language. My nails looked like a 8 year old had done them when she got done. She did the absolute basic manicure instead of asking me what I wanted. The job was so poorly done that the polish was chipping two days later.

I sat in a pedicure chair for 30 minutes. During that time I had three people ask me if I was getting a pedicure and walked off. None of them came back to let me know how long it would be. Finally a fourth person asked me if I was getting a pedicure and figured out who would be taking care of me and let me know it would be soon. She started the water and asked me what I would like to drink. They have complimentary beverages and with certain services you can get a glass of wine with. I was getting a service that comes with wine so I asked for a white wine and a diet green tea. She walked off and then came back to tell me I couldn’t have both. Even after waiting all that time they couldn’t spare a diet green tea. I was don’t after that. I got up and left and will never go back!

Took my mother and child today and our service was outstanding. Very clean, beautiful, friendly, great prices! Will definitely return.

I’m usually very laid back & not a “karen” but i got my fill done, my nails look HORRIBLE 2 of my nails broke a day later & the paint is chipping horribly not worth $55.

They are very rude. it was busy today and customers were asking nicely how long for the wait and all they would say was “look around” with a really annoyed face. i also asked for acrylic nails and they gave me dip. i asked multiple time for acrylic and no one listened ig i went along with the dip and she left them really bad quality they have lots of dents in my nails... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Nancy did my pedi and mani and did so good. It was so relaxing. And she took her time and made me feel so relaxing. Addie did my aunts toes and they looked amazing. Twee did my aunts nails and did it based on a pintrest picture. She was very detail oriented. They were all very nice and sweet. Such a beautiful place to have some pampering done.Edit: my third time going back. I had a chipped nail that they fixed within a week of having them done. Nancy always made me feel that it was no problem to fix. So relaxing. I love this place.

This experience was the worst. I was trying to pick out a nail color and every color I picked up I was asked if that was the color I wanted. I was holding onto one and was asked several times in a row if that was what I wanted and eventually just said yes and it was taken out of my hand. The entire service was rushed and my nails are extremely thick and I have nail glue stuck under my nails. The same thing happened to my friend. Won’t be coming back

Asked for what I thought would be a very simple nail design. The technician did a terrible job. My nails look sloppy and awful. I’m going to have to get them redone at another salon. Never going back! Picture is what I asked for versus what I actually got.Update: The polish started peeling off almost immediately. It was sloppily applied, so it had jagged edges that caught on my hair constantly. When I got them redone by another salon, my nail technician commented on how poorly they were done. She peeled each gel nail off by hand easily and told me she should not be able to do that and had never seen gel nails applied so poorly.

My mom & I love this nail spa!They do an amazing job, professional, friendly, & they give you choices for drinks while youre relaxing. Definitely my favorite go to nail spa!

The lady that did my nails was so sweet and we chatted for a bit. this place was a lot better when you make an appointment. i’ve never been here outside of the covid pandemic but during it they did a great job on my nails. :) very happy with this place and will definitely come back.

Just rude ppl, ruined our experience. I forgot my card, I had almost enough in cash but that wasn’t good enough. Very bad.

Ill be honest..I was a little disappointed the last time I was here. Ive came here for years and the nail person was rude. Kept telling me Are you sure? Thats $45 When I asked for a different color she acted like she was she didnt want to. I used to go there on the weekend. But it was around 5pm on a week day. And she was not happy about that. Even though they close at 8.

I was in this salon for over 3 hours on Saturday, June 1st. I soaked my feet for 1 hour before they started my pedicure. I asked if they could remove my fingernail polish to save time but they didnt. Four other women came in after me and were serviced first. They have so few manicure techs and one of them discussed jewelry the had for sale with a woman while myself and others were waiting for our manicures.I will never go to this salon again, very poor customer service.

This place is awesome. Everyone is so nice and friendly. If you want a lovely shellac manicure ask for Tina. She is also wonderful at pedicures!!! If you want beautifully dipped nails ask for Lee. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful facility - poor service👎🏾 I will NOT BE BACK and I DO NOT recommend this salon.I treated my mom and I to mani/ pedis and the staff was SO DISRESPECTFUL to us. This was the first time we had frequented this salon, also.The manicurists were abrupt, cold, short-tempered, stressed, over-booked and under-staffed. They couldn’t achieve the nail designs they posted to their Facebook page when I asked for them. My mom’s manicurist even tried to engage her in an argument about what we had booked for her appointment until my mom just let her have it, because the manicurist was getting tuned up for an argument. POOR PROFESSIONALISM!And the cherry 🍒 on top- they offered every customer in the salon a wine glass and a drink 🥃 except us. Then, when we asked about the protocol for getting a drink with your appointment- the manicurist pretended like she couldn’t hear what we asked.The only decent manicurist, there, was an Hispanic lady, who was very accommodating, friendly and helpful; however the others were incredibly IMPOLITE and could care less.Venice Nails - let that be the last C-note you see from me. I won’t be back for more.

The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. My daughters nails always look fantastic and healthy. I was waiting and they offered me a massage chair to sit in!

Busy, but not packed. Got us seated, we were there for a fill and basic manicure. The lady who did mine made me bleed a few times, I would pull my hand away and she would go right at it in the same spot! We basically played musical chairs as people came in for the next hour. I was charged $5 for them trimming my nails with the rotary file. They are so uneven! Then, two hours after going, I got into my wallet and they smudged. What a joke!! Never going to this place again! Go any place else but here!!!

If I could rate this no stars I would, I absolutely hated my nails! One nail was uneven. My thumb nails were not the same length. I had black junk in my nail. The lady herself was nice, but was way to interested in my personal life than on my nails. I HATE MY NAILS. Good pedicures, never get nails done from here!!!!

Don’t get pedicures here!! I went here the other day and the girl wasn’t even paying attention to what she was doing, she had earbuds in and was staring off in another direction half the time. I cut my nails 4 days before i got them done so they didn’t need to be cut or filed, she started filing them and i jerked away because they were already as short as they’ll go, i told her i just cut them so she doesn’t need to file them. She continued to try to file them all i literally jerked away 4 times and told her repeatedly (she probably couldn’t hear over her music). Then she cut my skin when trying to cut my cuticle. After scrubbing my feet she dipped (i’m talking .1 second dip) the scrubber thing in the water and threw it back in her drawer to use on another client🤮. After i saw that i really wanted to leave lol. She painted my nails as good as i could have, didn’t give me the throw away flip flops or the things that separate your toes. Left oil all over my legs i had to ask for a towel to wipe it off.
