Quality is as good as most little nail places. But they want to charge extra (usually $5) for every little thing without telling you ahead of time. My 7yo did not want to sit in the kids chair so they wanted to charge more at checkout. My mom had glitter nail polish on her toes from the time before and it took longer to get off and they wanted to charge extra for that at checkout. They never mention until you get up there to pay.Female owner loudly, rudely and repeatedly told me not to come back when I questioned the extra cost. So I will not be going back. I don’t recommend unless you are okay paying more without knowing it.

Wont being going back. We came as a family of 5 been waiting and the guy that works there skipped over us. Several times. The lady who he was going to work on said that he was skipping my son and he said someone else will be working on him. And instead of doing my sons feet he went to another person. My son is 14 that guy is rude. I have gone to this place several times and I will not be going back. EVER!! I will not recommend and I will tell my friend not to go there.

I normally dont write reviews but in this case I will the lady is super sweet and nice let me say that first and thought I had finally found my new nail place but unfortunately I did feel rushed at 9 in the morning even though they was not bust and the quality of the nail isnt here second day and already have 2 chips and I dont work with my hands much so its not because of that the first chip I was putting socks together and second I was zipping my pants not to mention when I left the Salon I had a burn bubble on the side of my finger I should have got a Pic of but didnt because I wasnt gonna write a review to start with but after that and the chipping in a day I thought people should know since I waisted 45 on a fill just just have to get it redone. They are nice just need to slow down on the nails and get better quality supplies

This place was absolutely awful. I went with my wife to get her nails done and when we got out the nails had divits in them and the glue on them did not hold at all so they fell off within the first hour. There was no apex at all in them and when I tried to call them to get a refund they absolutely blew me off and said that it was our fault that they fell off and that we were lying. 55$ plus a 5$ tip for absolute trash.

This was my second visit to BA Nail & Spa Its clean and very customer service oriented. I will go back.

I went with my sister for pedicures and to get my nails done. I arrived before 1 pm with only one other person waiting, and I still wasnt seen by 2:40. I was told to have a seat at a nail station at around 2. No one spoke to me after that and techs kept coming to that station to get equipment to work on other clients but never said anything about my wait time or how long it would be. I decided to leave at 2:45 after waiting almost 2 hours with no service. Went down the street and had an amazing experience with another shop. I understand being busy but the staff never said anything to me except, what do you want done when I got there, and have a seat there in the first chair after an hour of waiting. Overall not impressed.

Do not go here! I had a pedicure and a dip. In all fairness the pedicure was fine. The dip was the worst I have ever had. I had a lady that had no idea how to do it. First of all the color was way off. I kept telling her it was off but she said it would lighten by the final coat. But even worse than the color was the shaping. I have lumps on the nails and it appears that I tried to do this on my own at home without the proper equipment. I was so frustrated and probably should have refused to pay. I got madder the longer I looked at them. They “don’t know how” to issue a refund and would only humor me with a gift certificate. I don’t want to go back. Money and time wasted as I will be going to my usual at 7pm this evening to get rid of these horrible nails. In summary, unless you have over 2 hours to waste at this salon and then some extra money to go fix it at your usual salon don’t even consider going!

I’ve been coming here for years - always get great service and the ladies are so sweet! I am super picky and they add the designs and jewels just perfectly. I won’t go anywhere else ♥️

They do a great job. Best in area ive found so far. Nails last a long time. Updating...have been coming for months and each time I come it seems like unless you get a couple of the ladies one being the owner its hit or miss. Very friendly but now it.seems like there are people working that cant do the full job. Multiple people work on you as some cant do the complete service.Maybe time to try another shop.

This place literally messed up my eyebrows and still wanted me to pay. Me and my friend asked for the regular pedicures and they gave us shellac and made us pay $40 each for something we didn’t ask for. They were also laughing at me whenever I showed them my eyebrows. They were very unprofessional and I will NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN!

ABSOLUTELY WORST PEDICURE EVER! I simply wanted clean tools used for my pedicure... I couldnt find anyone to understand when I tried to explain what I wanted. The one who spoke most English was rude. They said there was no manager, nor any idea who the owner was?

The wait time is awful so many employees standing around yet they are not trained on how to do any services. I wanted a fill in and a toe nail polish change walked out with a polish change and my full set soaked off because they couldn’t get the dip powder off my nails I’m glad I’m from out of town because I in no way would go back there for anything the place is small

Was in town visiting a friend and we decided to get pedicures. Saw this place and decided to try it out. Completely unsanitary! And to top it off the tech who did mine cut one of my toes, didnt even seem to notice when I pointed it out and almost went back over the spot again! And when she finally did notice she didnt do anything about it, just kept on even though I was bleeding.

This place was awful 2 1/2 hours for dip powder and $60 later they still couldn’t fix them and they don’t do refunds so disappointed

I absolutely love this place. They go out of their way to remember you and even details that I like. They are clean and sanitary and always go above and beyond. Super friendly and professional.

HORRIBLE place. I paid 70$ for a full set and my gel polish started chipping after 3 days. I drove up there and sat for an hour to be told that she wasn’t fixing them! She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place and I should have read the reviews before I came.

Ive been coming to this salon off and on since they originally opened Ive tried other places but always seem to come right back. I always get acrylics with shellac painted on . There is a new guy who works there I havent caught his name but He is fantastic!! He shapes them perfectly not to big for my fingers. I always get compliments when he does them ! The other girls are great but I love his work .

Terrible experience, they left me in the pedicure chair unattended for over 30mins. Left with my polish chipped and smeared. Definitely do not recommend.

Unsanitary! Let that be enough to scare you away from here! Brought my daughter to get her first pedicure and thank god her nails are okay. The lady who did mine was in and out the whole pedicure they don’t use plastic bags and do not clean in between clients used the same tools on multiple people! Absolutely disgusting. Cut my nails when they did not need to be cut now i will probably have issues with them. Save your money and sanity go elsewhere! This place is not okay!

I will never go anywhere else for a pedicure. They are so careful and attentive. I never have to wait and my nails look fantastic every time. I recently tried the shellac pedicure... it lasted 2 months!! I only went for another because it had grown out but still looked amazing with no chipping! Very much worth the extra cost. Highly recommend!

I’ve been trying out different salons for pedicures and have always felt rushed as soon as a new customer walks in the door...Not here! This was SUCH a great, relaxing experience for both my husband and I. Cynthia and Anne took their time, and the service was terrific! We will most definitely return!

Cynthia always does my nails and she does an AMAZING job!! She always asks me how it looks every step of the way to make sure Im satisfied or if there are any changes to be made. She always takes her time. Never feel rushed. She always has a great attitude and makes great conversation. One time I even came in 20 minutes before close to get a manicure and pedicure and there were no complaints or bad attitudes. They stayed over an hour after close for me. Great service. Would recommend anyone going there and to ask for Cynthia!

Loved them! I told them I really enjoyed the massage part of the pedicure and because they weren’t busy, he gave me a 15 minute longer massage. They paid so much attention to detail. I live in midtown and will be driving back to this place.

Told I wanted $25 pedicure and granddaughter a full set. After paying $85 I asked why and was told charged $5 to remove callus on heals, $5 for painting the tips of my toes white rather than polishing the nail $5 for the shape of my granddaughters nails, she wanted pointed. so beware of the added charges for services that are normally part of the base price. Never have I been charged to have my heals done. I get a pedicure every month for the past 15 years. Also never paid extra for the shape of a full set.

In such a hurry my nails were different shapes and crooked. Never going back and way too over priced

Been going here since they opened, absolutely love it! This is hands down the best pedicure I have had. They never rush and make sure to be personable with every client.They are also great with shellac manicures, I am there every 2-3 weeks getting mine done. The one time my polish chipped after a few days they fixed at no charge.I recommend anyone looking for a relaxing, refreshing nail experience they go here!

I have never left a nail place feeling worse than when I came in. Vien, the man who did my nails laughed at how my fingers look because I bite my nails. He showed the other nail guy that was sitting next to him laughing at my fingers. The other nail tech got me a water, he didnt, there whole group I came in with the got cuticle oil. I didnt. Ive gotten my nails done hundreds of times at different places and never been in the edge of crying because being made fun of. I am not a complainer. But this was a tramatizing experience. I will be sure to share my experience on social media. Kim and the other ladies were incredible.

I have faithfully gone here since they opened. I had a shellac two days ago and the color I chose was hot pink yet my nails turned out bright red. I went back tonight to change the color AS WELL AS TO PURCHASE A $40 pedicure. They were rude and unobliging as they spoke aggressively in Vietnamese. After being put in a chair to wait and wait, I left almost in tears. It was embarrassing. Im taking my business where Im appreciated and most importantly, respected.

This is the most UNSANITARY place I have ever gone. They do not use liners and they never sanitized the station in between clients, just refilled and did the next person! They do not sanitize the scrapers, just drop them in the drawer and use on the next person. I was mortified and by the amount the cross contamination going on here! Will not go back and do not recommend you do either! Went straight home and showered!

Ive been getting my nails done for 17 years. This is hands down, the all around, worse experience that Ive EVER had. First, they told me that none of them are comfortable doing long nails. Then, the guy doing my nails, says he literally hates doing nails. I should have left then, but my normal place was booked out for hours, and I had to be at work in 2 hours. I got pink and white ombre. Its not blended, at all. They are not the length nor the shape that I wanted... they are SO wide, yet still I have my real nails showing on the sides... I mean. It couldnt get any worse. 50.00 down the drain, because I have to have them soaked off tomorrow, with a whole new set put on. I now know better, and will stick to Passion Nails on 65th and Lynn Lane. The people in BA nails even agreed that Passion employees are professionals at long nails. Smh

I love it! Trish does my nails they always look amazing! Cynthia does my pedicure and she is great my pedicure usually take 45-60 mins and she focuses on the massage! I only pay $35.00 for the pedi! I always get where do go my nails & toes look so good! So glad they are here in broken arrow!

Hands down the best mani Ive had in a very long time. Vu did an amazing job!! He did not rush and made sure each nail matched the other. And the polish perfectly covers my nails. This is my new place! Thank you Vu!

Worst experience I had in a nail salon. I had a manicure, and it was a poor job, something I could have done at home. Their tools were not clean, when she went to do my cuticles, there were tools with old particles still on them, and she simply wiped them off, after aleady doing a few of my cuticles. I will not be going back.

Absolutely the worst place ever! The ladies were rude and I walked out with 4 bloody nails and had to pay more than my sister and we had the exact same thing done.
