The employees that I had encountered today do not have any customer service skills at all. The girl that started my nails abandoned me so she can do her friend’s nails, and after she started on that she informed me that someone will be with me.There was another employee walking around having conversations with the other employees, and it took her approximately ten minutes before I had received any acknowledgment that I was sitting there waiting for someone to finish my nails.That same employee that was walking around eventually came to the table that I was seated at to finish my nails. She had told me that I had to chose a new color because the lady that started my nails didn’t know that the color I chose could not be used. When I was looking at the color chart, she had noticed I was looking at the wrong one, and had rudely taken it from my hands and tossed it on the table behind her and gave me a new chart to look at.During the process of her finishing my nails, she was focused more on being in a hurry to finish my nails and having conversations with the other customers and employees.I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that this company provides, and will not be returning to them.

Linda is a delight to chat with. She was very gentle. Creative and fun. Reasonably priced. Respected my medical concerns too!

I dont want to go anywhere else ever again. The quality and attention to detail never disappoints.

I have been a client of Lindas, the owner of Romantic Nails, for 15 years. I always get compliments on my nails, I only get a fill once a month, they do not lift nor break and I am rough on my nails. If you want a true nail professional Romantic Nails is your go to place.

Ive been going to Romantic Nails for almost 15 years. Love them all. Very professional and very good their craft. My father goes there too for pedicures and loves them too.

I went there recently too get my set removed for the first time and get a pedicure. They were very nice and kept saying my name a lot but the pedicure lady did not do a good job on my toes. The massage lasted quite a long time that put me to sleep but the nail polish wasn’t done very well. Then the manicure guy proceeded to try and take off my set by using another fake nail which hurt so bad!! When he finally got the last one off he proceeded to flip me off and say look that wasn’t hard. I didn’t really know what to do or say so I paid and left quickly. I definitely won’t be going back.

This place is so welcoming. I have come here for all our big events and even the small. You are treated like family here. Everyone is so sweet.

Linda is one of the best nail techs/artists in the Tulsa metro area, with decent prices and great customer service too. Ive tried many nail salons and always end up disappointed- they always rush through the service, not paying attention to detail, and ultimately doing a sub-par job and my nails will start cracking or chipping in less than a week (And I only do powder dip, so that shouldnt happen), OR they make it too thick and there are bubbles and other undesirable qualities. But Linda does a close to perfect job every time, powder dip nails are at the perfect thickness, not too thick not too thin and beautifully shaped and glossy and cured and strong. I drive 25 minutes from Tulsa near TU just to get my nails done here. Highly recommend.

I have been going to get my nails here for 14 years, my daughter would come with me in her stroller and now she gets her nails done with me! I love their hospitality and they do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your services, they remember everyone by name even if you have visited once they will remember your name and how many times you have come back! So friendly, like family, with massaging chairs, every color polish you could choose from, & an excellent foot & calf massage included for a very reasonable price. I got the gel polish thats suppose to last a month and in 2 days was already lifting and peeling not happy after spending $80.00. I will not go back then got numerous text from the owner because she screwed up on my friends nails.

They did phenomenonal on my pedicure and have a great color selection but I cannot get over the price. I got a shellac full set and it was $45!!! She beat the heck out of my cuticles, and I have cuts all over my fingers... And it was $30 for a pedicure! A smidge crazy. The nails werent very symmetrical and theyre a bit chunky... My friend also got her nails done and they BUTCHETER them. They gave her what they wanted and not what she asked for. They were super bubble like, none of them were symmetrical whatsoever, they cut her cuticles, and kinda forced different colors down her throat. I probably wont be going back ever again. The hunt for a great salon continues

Ive been seeing Linda since I was a sophomore in 2010, I have never had a bad experience. She has never cut me or butchered anything. Those ladies are amazing & too sweet. If you get a full set plus shellac, plus color, its gunna be pricy. $45 isnt bad considering what you get. If you cant afford, tell them & they will do what they can for you.

I had an appointment for acrylic full set at 6pm. I didnt get out of there until 8:30. Long wait for them to sit around and bullshit. Very disorganized business and rude employees. They messed up on my nails and made them crooked. They also made my mom bleed and made her polish look like something I could of done at home for free. Then they proceeded to overcharge me then have the audacity to ask for a tip. With so many other nail salons in BA, I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Woman uses broom, the same one that she sweeps the floor, to sweep the tables and reclining chairs which customer uses! Unhygienic!
