The first time I tried this salon, I thought they did a beautiful job and were great. Every time after was worse than before, not to mention the wait times increased. I typically get gel manicures, and had great nails before. The man there told me that I needed to get acrylic gel for my nails and not do manicures, so that’s what I did. I now have a green infection on 2 of my nails which means one of two things happened. Either their tools are not sanitized properly or they did not seal the nail properly. I will not be returning and I encourage anyone else to consider other options before them.

Pedicures were nice ladies did a great job! But after we paid the guy had the nerve to ask us if we took another ladies card. Like seriously 😳 when the lady had her card the whole time in her purse. Kinda not cool at all. 3 stars for that

I have had my nails done for many years at Beautiful Nails, including today! I drive from west Tulsa to BA because they do such great work. I prefer to make appointments but they have walk-ins available, too. Like all businesses, they have busier times so I try to be understanding of the challenges small, locally owned businesses have during the pandemic. Beautiful Nails works very hard to please their customers. Thank you all! ❤️💅

Ty is AMAZING!!! he is always sooo sweet and kind and makes you comfortable and gets the job done quick, i’ve been there multiple times and he never disappoints 10/10 recommend.

I walked in and said I wanted a basic pedicure. I pick my color sit in the chair and she holds a paper and says (or so I think) 25, 35, 45 point to services none of them say a prices and said “just the basic” “25?” Then when she’s done she asks for my card and when she returns it says 45$ I said no I asked for the 25$ she shows me the paper again and flips it over to show the price. And it’s 45, 35, 28. I said “you didn’t show me that”. So needless to say be aware of what your getting but for 45 it shoulda been shellac or something and the paint job was not well done

Painted my toes no better than I cud. My acrylic nails were bulky and my cuticles are sore and bleeding. AND she left glue all underneath my nails. But prices were cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been and now I know why.

I absolutely love this salon. They are so sweet and do an amazing job and are very fast. I come in often with my 3 daughters and they just get right to it taking care of them and getting them pampered. I love nail designs and they always do anything I think up. They are all very talented and kind. I dont go anywhere else. Thanks Beautiful Nails!

Dana is amazing! I can always trust her to do the best job on my nails! She is so sweet and gives the best neck and hand massages too! After going to several nail salons in BA and Tulsa, I finally found someone that I can trust to ALWAYS do a fabulous job!! She’s a perfectionist and I love that!

I have never had a bad experience here before until recently. The nail tech cut my toenail with the intention of removing an ingrown toenail I suppose it hurt at the time.of service and now just a day later is red swollen and has pus. Probably going to go to the doctor for it and Im pretty disappointed that a service I generally love so much ended up.in a doctors visit.

I have been going here for over a year now. The staff is very friendly and I always get in when I make an appointment! Nina has been so kind and I love the way she does my nails! I rate 5 stars!

Had a good first time experience there... there was a lot of wait time (15 minutes before being seated, about 25-30 minutes waiting for pedicure to start) but the massaging chairs and overall place was pleasant. The ladies who did the pedicure did a great job. The end result and experience was good enough I plan to go again.

I came in to get a fill for my nails one evening from a lady who does not usually do my nails. I have only been there five times. As she was doing my nails, I asked if I could get the part of the nail that had come off my real nail taken off so it would not be visible underneath the fill (I dont get color put on my nails so you can see through the fill). She did not do as I had asked several times but instead started filing my nails very roughly and squeezing my fingers to where it was hurting my fingers and nails. I stopped her and asked if something was wrong or if I had upset her and she did not understand me. My nails were very crooked and it was disappointing. I asked her if she could fix the nails that did not look okay and she pushed my hands away saying that she did not care for me and that she did not want to do my nails. She said this over and over again when I asked her why. I figured that any nail technician would be willing to do something simple like willing to do what the customer asks of them. I was on the verge of tears because I truly did not know why this was happening. Each time I asked what the issue was or why she refused to do my nails, she laughed in my face. I left without my nails being finished because of how she treated me and how embarrassing it was to be yelled at in front of other customers just by asking her to fix the small mistakes (crooked, unclean manicure). I am a very nice person and I was not upset at her during this process until she got angry when I asked if she could fix my nails. I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon but it is the result of the language barrier and unwillingness to do what the customer asks. If most nail technicians cannot understand what youre asking of them, at a nail salon, there will be issues. For this reason, I will not be returning to Beautiful Nails.

Horrible. ABSOLUTELY horrible. They cut me, they made me bleed three times and didnt apologize. My nails were super thick and uneven so I have spent all day fixing their work. I spent $25 on work that had the quality of a 6 year old. More good news.... it took them 90 minutes to do this to me. After ten years of getting my nails done, I have never had anywhere near this bad of a job. Cannot believe this place is still operating and cannot believe there arent more scathing reviews on them. Do yourself a favor and dont go here. Their work is laughable. It was even clear to my husband that their work was incompetent.

I got my nails done here, asked for Solar nails and a week later it cracked , Im not hard on my nail .. one of my fingers was crooked .. wasnt the best experience .. I had my nails done a lot over the years and know that this wasnt the best, when back to see if they can fix it but instead of replacing the nail she tried fixing the broken one and it looks really bad

Ive followed Ty from his shop at 101st and Memorial (which he did not renew the lease) to this location. Worth the drive; he does an amazing job. Doing the dip now after years of solar pink and white.

I loved Ty, he did a wonderful job on my pedicure and manicure. They were all friendly. Only thing I wasnt sure what to do when I first walked in. It didnt seem to be a bother to any one but it would have made me more comfortable. Fyi, walk in, pick your color, go sit at massage chair, or nail desk until ready.

Will not go here again. Went for the first time and the lady was so rough she was hurting me, she did not speak English and she didn’t seem to understand my painful gestures. I had shellac went I came in and she did not let the nails soak long enough before attempting to scrape off the polish, she was scraping very hard and she damaged my nails. When she was trimming my cuticles she cut too deep into my skin. The day after, my nail beds are sore from her scrapping so hard and I have cuts where she trimmed my cuticles. She seemed oblivious.

Very professional & they did a great job! Music was great (always a plus), relaxing atmosphere, great service.

Never will I take any one nor Recommend this place to anyone. Took 4 girls to get there nails done for a girls day out. they hurt them Didnt do the nails right they where all different Sizes and shapes. Left cuts and fighters very sore. I had to make them take the nails off all for girls because it was Ridiculously painful for them as well as ugle. I am also Filing a report with the BBB. They are very unprofessional , Argumentatively wanted to get pissed off when I told them this was NOT how Nails should fill & look and made them Soak off the nails Instead of just cutting them off like the guys was trying to do. So if u want hurt cut up finger and Different shapes and sizes then this is the place.

Nice relaxing the pedicure was nice but needs to work on the message was not professional she worked in one spot to long and made my foot hurt, the fills were good but a few bubbles on the gels.

I will not go back. They really messd my nails up. They are uneven and im stuck this way 2 wks. The staff was not friendly the lady who did my nais didnt say a word to me until it was time to pay.

Do NOT come here. They were rude the entire time, charged me for solar after I said I wanted that and gave me acrylic, my nails are crooked and the paint job is awful. The shape is so bad I have to get someone else to fix them for me.
