Excellent service. I usually have Melvin or Kevin do my nails. They also got new massage chairs recently for when you get a pedicure. The salon offers beverages including wine.

This is my favorite nail salon. They always do such a wonderful job and have so many options for polish (its almost hard to decide). I dont even live around here anymore, but every time I come back I come get my nails done here.

Sara and Tran did my fill and pedicure. The best looking nails and toes ever!! Such a clean salon. I felt very comfortable. And have found my new place. I will recommend VN nails to all my friends A++

We walked out I called because on Thursday, July 29, 2021 to schedule an appointment for my mother-in-law and my aunt for two people at 2 o’clock when we arrived on Friday, July 30, 2021 they did not have the appointment set for two people only one and they were very rude and ignore this for quite some time and when I made a comment that I was going to give a bad review they said oh we can seat you now I decided to walk out.They were very rude and unprofessional and the place was not clean. I did not like how we were treated people who did not have an appointment with seated before my mother-in-law and my aunt and I am very disgusted with how we were treated.

I had an appointment scheduled to only sit there and wait, so I rescheduled to the next day. I arrived early and they seated me in a chair only to help all the other people that walked in and start on them leaving me to sit there for over 15 min.... so I left and wont be coming back. The nail place they sat me at was dirty... finger clippings, acrylic pieces... you are supposed to go there to relax... instead you will just get a bunch of anxiety... taking my business elsewhere. This is a no go.

I went in yesterday, it wasnt busy (less than 5 people including me). I got a pedicure which I was pretty happy about, the Lady took her time with my feet, I really appreciate that, however, when she painted my toes it was rushed and doesnt look good. My nails/ manicure, looks bad. My nails were not painted correctly and they do not look good to me. I dont think she took her time because I just got polish and not shellac. I didnt want my already damaged nails being filed more, they were already so thin every one of them broke all the way down except my pinkys. I thought the price was fair, I gave a good tip for her time but the polish doesnt look good. I dont think Ill be returning there.

I religiously have made this my go-to spot for nails and pedicures. They always do such a great job and I never feel rushed. The people who work here are super friendly and always go above and beyond to make sure Im happy. The free wine doesnt hurt either 🙃

I have been a customer ever since the salon opened however my nails look terrible. $55 for coffin shape & french tips which would’ve been fine if they looked nice but they don’t. I got dip powder and she probably only did 2 layers, it’s so thin you can see through the nail itself. I’m pretty sure the owner is the one who worked on my nails. My thumb is crooked & none of my tips are even. I really wanted a refund or at least for them to be fixed but since I had a gift card I didn’t bother asking. This used to be my all time favorite salon but I will not be returning.

DO NOT GO HERE! They put tips that were too big on and barely used any glue. 3 nails came off in the first 4 days. In Total, I lost 7 nails in 10 days, for an additional 4 visits. On last visit they told me it was my fault and to take better care of my nails. I dont work right now and had nails coming off by just pushing the start button in my vehicle. Wouldnt give me a refund either. Waste of time and money

Vickie was an incredible nail tech and so pleasant to talk to. My nails look absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to come back. The salon is so clean and my expectations were blown out of the water.

It was okay. Honestly, I would not go again. I went on the recommendation of a friend because she always had great experiences. Maybe I got someone new or someone who didnt usually do pedicures? I got a Deluxe Happy pedicure which was $43. The Deluxe part was an additional $10 for 10 extra minutes of massage. I have been super stressed lately, so this sounded like a great idea. Unfortunately, it was not 10 minutes of massage, it was 10 minutes of the lady barely rubbing lotion on my legs. There was zero massage involved. My nails looked fine in the end, but for $50 (with tip) I expected a lot more than extra lotion. I wanted to feel relaxed when I left but I can honestly say I felt more stressed for having wasted so much money.

I was very impressed with VN Nails, Marvin did my nails and I will most def be booking with him from now on. He listened to exactly the way I asked for my nails to be done and was also very nice. The lady I spoke to on the phone before coming was also very nice as well. Good job VN, great costumer service goes a long way now days! Clean and relaxed atmosphere as well. (This is the dip powder)

We have gone recently after making an appointment. The last 4 times they missed our time, today was over 30 minutes late.. why take appointments when walk-ins are allowed.

I love that this is the place I can relax and get my nails done. All the technicians are very nice. The chairs are . They give a great massage and even bring you a glass of wine or juice. I also love the environment here I can really tell that this nail shop was someones dream

My daughter went in there. We have been going there for over 2 years. She went in signed the book. Was told to pick out her color. Than another woman walked inWhen it came time to be seated. They both were asked who was next. My daughter said she was and the other lady agreed. Suddenly they were told no my daughter was not next. Both my daughter and the other lady disagreed. The worker there said no you werent here first. After a few minutes of both my daughter and the other lady disagreeing with her. My daughter said fine I will go somewhere else. Since you keep insisting. After both me and this other lady keep telling you who was first. As she was walking out this worker said no wait we can work you inMy daughter said no going somewhere else and wont be back here. She did go elsewhere. Got same manicure done and acrylic and was 10.00 less. And thought they did a better job.

I got acrylics with a pretty blue powder. Went in on Saturday and all my nails popped off Monday. 2days!. The whole nail, I was just typing. Normally you have to soak acrylics to get them off. I paid 40$ and gave a 5$ tip. I went in and they looked at me like i was crazy, like i did something wrong. I would understand if it was a week but it was 2 days! They gave me a gift certificate for 40$ to come in and get them re-done? So Im sapposed to go in for another hour or so and go through this again? They should have given me a refund and let me decide if I wanted to come back.

Ive been going here for about 10 years they provide great service and fire quality.

Absolutely love!!! I have always been very picky on where I go but everyone does a great job and work very hard to keep clients happy and the salon is super clean and sanitary. I absolutely love Sara, she does a fantastic job!!!

Kimberly is AMAZING!!! She took her time and talked with me, but not too much. She let me relaxed and enjoy my pedicure. I had not had a pedicure in a year and this girl had her work cut or for her. She never made me feel insecure or rushed. I always hesitate to spend the money for many reasons, but especially because they dont spend the time to get all the rough spots and she did. She will get my business again!!! Super sweet and good at what she does!!!

Bad service, very rude unprofessional. Reserved for a Bridal party with decorations and wine but when we walked in they dint have us done for it. He was so rude made me feel uncomfortable and walked out. DONT RECOMMEND ZERO STARS

Great service and friendly staff. They have beautiful decor on the inside and are very good at what they do here. Prices are very reasonable and they have complimentary drinks if my memory serves me correct.

I went in to get a gel set on my real nails. I showed up for my appointment early but had to wait 15 minutes to get my nails started. I showed the technician a picture of the nail design I wanted and she informed me she could do it, however when it came down to the design she didnt know how to do it and pawned me off on another worker. That worker was unable to do the design and I had to settle for a random idea I came up with in my head. The matte nail polish wasnt dry and the technician wiped my fingernails off causing missing pieces of matte topcoat (not knowing until I got home). The technician had another appointment after me and was rushing to finish my nails. It wasnt relaxing and overpriced given the result. I wont be going back!

Worst experience ever. I felt like i was rushed and i dont know if i like my nails because i felt rushed even though I got there with plenty of time to get my nails done. After i got in the chair to tell the nail tech what i wanted, she started to talk to her coworkers and i just felt like she didnt want my business. I will never come back ever again. I literally wanted to walk out after my nail tech kept helping other people instead of paying attention to my freaking nails.
