This was my first time trying this salon! I was only going in for a simple manicure and nail cleanup, but I found a new type of polish I’d never seen before. I decided to try this and it turned out amazing! The staff was super friendly and personable, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Will definitely be returning!

What a phenomenal experience!We took our four-year-old daughter here for her first mani pedi on her birthday and she loved it. Not only did her manicurist, Jersey, do a wonderful job. She was also kind, professional, and SO patient with our little girl. The whole staff was really sweet and made her first experience here a memorable one. I have gone to E.POP 4 times now for dip powder nails. Chelsea, Ryan, and their staff are all very welcoming and attentive to detail. My nails last longer than anywhere I’ve gone before (and I am very rough on my hands/nails). I get so many compliments on the nails and designs. Very creative, professional, clean, and good people!

It was my first time going Bc my nail lady was booked. So I tried E.POP. My nails started falling off after a week! The man was in a rush Bc it was a Saturday I guess. I waited over 20 minutes after my appointment time then they talked me out of doing what I wanted which was a dip and said that doing an acrylic fill would be better! Not even 2 weeks and I’ve already lost 3 nails! TERRIBLE QUALITY! Never going back!

Omg!! Josie was like super awesome!! She shaped my nails perfectly and the gems!!! Omg, the gems!! 10 outta 10 would recommend!!*EDIT*Well, one of my gems has fallen off, the top coat is peeling off on some of my nails, and the actual gel Polish is starting to peel off of my right thumb. I only paid $55 so I guess you get what you pay for 🤦🏼‍♀️

My sister and I stopped by because we were in town, and they made the experience wonderful. They answered any questions didnt hesitate to give me ideas based on the pictures I showed them. Michael was really funny and Chelsea was extremely knowledgable.

The best place I’ve ever been to in Tulsa/broken arrow! They were so welcoming, accepting, and sweet! I was in there for like 4 hours and mostly because me and my nail tech were having the best conversation! I felt so comfortable and I won’t go anywhere else now! This will definitely be my go to, and I’ve told everyone about them since I was in there!

First time here and I definitely will be back! The guy that I talked to was super nice and cared about what I was saying. He set me up an appointment with Peter which was friendly and attentive. I told him what I wanted and should him a picture. I asked if he could do it and he said he could. He did not disappoint me. I am extremely happy with nails which are my real nails with dip ambre. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Disappointed in my experience here. Came here because of the ratings but when i came in about 1:30 i was the only client there and my 21st is tomorrow so i wanted a cute design, i didn’t think what i was asking for was too complicated but it seemed to be. I had asked for instead of pink i wanted it purple, and i wanted the design on the pinky to be on my index instead of what the picture showed and told them i would like them to freestyle the thumb. They sat around frustratingly speaking in their own language then rushed me to find a color, then continued to sigh as if i was being too complicated. I just asked if i needed to go somewhere else and they all looked at each other so i got up and left. Would never recommend to anyone, especially for a special event. Worst experience.

I visited E.POP nail salon today for the first time. From the moment I entered the salon, I felt welcomed and relaxed. Everyone was friendly, still professional. Space and furniture were clean and comfortable. Candy did my nails, and she did a fantastic job! I chose the anti-aging manicure, and I enjoyed every second of the process. The results were excellent. I am glad I found this place, and I will definitely return. I strongly recommend this salon.

I havent been to many nail salons in my life, but this one is still awesome in my book. They took such good care of me. The chairs and spas are nice, and they were not rude at all. They spent forever on me, massaging legs with stone, and manicuring nails to perfection.

This salon is new to Broken Arrow and already a shining gem! I am addicted to the artistry of Chelsea and her staff. Anytime I leave, I feel well taken care of and I look like a million bucks! Recently I had to cancel an appointment and Ryan was very understanding. I have been to other salons who have not been understanding and wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. Not E.Pop, super clean and fantastic service!

Chelsea greeted me when I arrived and Peter was my mail tech. They were both kind and inviting! Just moved back to the area and E Pop will be my go-to nail salon.They offer so many additional services too!

The owner of this salon truly cares about every persons experience! I had a pretty bad nail tech the first time I came in, but after reaching out to the owner she set me up with her senior nail tech Mary the next day and also informed me that the man who had done my nails wont be working there anymore. Every other person that works here is so kind and so skilled at their job. Im also posting pics of the nails that they did for me second time around, theyre stunning!

My wife and I are trying out new nail salons in the area since we are moving out there soon, today on our anniversary we tried them. I got a pedicure and my wife got a full set, $70 in total. I waited for around 30 min to get service and my wife was told designs are too hard for her technician. She wanted a bi pride color ombre(pink on top purple in middle and blue on bottom). When she mentioned pride they were rude towards her jerking her hands, telling her it wouldnt look good, that they were sorry they cant do it. She ended up with one solid color and was in tears because they have a ton of designs on their page.

E.POP nail salon is very quaint, clean with a relaxing vibe. Well decorated with new, plush pedicure chairs. Manicurist, Candy Phan, is the best mail tech in Tulsa/Broken Arrow. She is friendly, patient and meticulous. She has a great sense of humor and an excellent eye for colors and designs to complement the skin tone and season and/or occasion. I would have to agree with the positive feedback from the others who have experienced the professional staff and the relaxing atmosphere.What sets this salon above all others in the Broken Arrow, is when you are treating yourself to a pedi, medi etc. the staff speaks, English, Spanish, Vietnamese and you are able to enjoy a day of laughter and getting to know the person who is spoiling you during your visit.

The service was great, the two ladies that were there when I went in were so nice and welcoming! My nail broke 2 days after I got them done by closing the trunk on my car door, then a week later my other nail broke. I had two off in the matter of a week, which is not normally normal. My nails turned out disappointing and they did not give me cuticle oil for them. They were very sweet, and a very clean salon but the quality was not the best AT ALL.

I saw Epop Nails on their sign on the way to work one day and wanted to stop in a give it a try. I was easily able to make an appointment through their website. When I arrived the staff was so friendly and the environment was so chic and professional. I went in for a full acrylic set and sat down with Mary. She did a phenomenon job. Places I’d visited in the past made me feel like they were in a rush to get me in and out and Mary took her time and made my nails look beautiful! I definitely recommend Epop Nails to anyone looking for a new salon, and be sure to ask for Mary!

I booked an appointment online to get my brows done. At the time of booking, the services tab said a brow wax is 10.00$ once Chelsea was finished waxing my brows she told the guy to charge me 12.00$ Also her brow wax was very hot, and I have a scab under my brow. Completely messed up my brows as well. Will look elsewhere for services.

I got a acrylic full fill set! The previous place I used (Passion Nails) did not take care of my nails before putting the acrylic on! They did not cut my cuticle and were very rough with them! They were so uneven and were horrible looking! I came to epop hoping they would give me a much better expirence! I’m glad to say I found my favorite nail salon! Chelsea did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted! She was very sweet and gentle and cared for my nails! They have a huge number of colors to choose from! I love this place and I definitely reccomend them to anyone that’s asks!
