I have been looking everywhere for a great nail place! I finally found it! They are nice, fast, clean and will do your nails how u want!!

They did a great job on the girls I brought my 10 yr old and 4 yr old they loved it I got a much needed pedi and she did awesome the massage was awesome and the hot stone was totally needed

I have been using Miami nails for a little over 2 years. I am very picky, and love to do holiday designs. They always make sure I am 100% satisfied with my service. They do custom designs for me, everyone always asks were I get my nails done. I will forever recommend Miami nails to everyone. It is a clean establishment, they are very professional. I absolutely love the staff. You want good service this is your place to go.

I had a great nail tech who moved out of state so I set out on the quest once again. Sophia was fast but detailed. She offered her professional opinion on colors and gave me a beautiful set of nails that I can show off! She did manage to upsell a manicure but it was all still affordable and she saved my thrashed cuticles!I am pretty picky and usually end up visiting a nail salon once before I move on but I will be seeing Sophia again in 2 weeks!

I went here today based on the recent reviews from customers saying the technicians would do their nails just the way they liked them. I admit I am particular, my nails need to look even, straight, thin, and natural. I dont want my nails to look like theyre fake. Halfway through the process the nail technician started telling me I was too difficult when she asked if the shape was good and I said I wanted it a little more rounded, or if the length was good and I said I wanted it a little shorter, of if the fill was too thick and I wanted it thinner. I left but I wasnt happy with the results, I had smudges of white polish on my fingertips, and the edge of my nails were raw and didnt get polish wrapped. I admit Im not very good at asserting myself, so I kept quiet especially after she told me I was difficult. I should have gotten indignant and told her I was paying to have my nails the way I like, but no, I have a hard time saying that to someones face. And then a little bit later, I had to come back because I discovered there was a sharp snag on the side of my thumbnail, and after the technician fixed it she said I would have to go to someone else because she cant do a good job for me. Well she was one of a dozen technicians there, I would like to go back and try someone else, maybe they know how to be polite and not be offended when I tell them how I like my nails to look and not make me feel like Im a terrible person because I have a preference on how my nails should look.

Very nice tech who did my pedicure. Very satisfied with the deluxe pedicure. She made sure to keep checking if the temperature of water, hot towels and wax was to my liking.

Nice nail art from them. Favorite Technician is Tammy #1 in their shop. Great artist for nail art designs.

I took my mom here to get her nails done for her birthday/Mother’s Day. We had an appointment and had to wait for an hour before being helped which is fine bc they were busy. However, I’m mostly disappointed because we got our nails done Saturday. My GEL nails and pedicure polish had chipped by Monday. Literally 2 days later. I’ve never had gel nails chip until at least 2 weeks had passed. I work from home and am not super active with my hands. There is no reason for them to have chipped - GEL NAILS. Incredibly poor quality, not to mention they didn’t look good the day they were done. The people were also pretty rude to us. So not only were the nails poor quality, but this was the most expensive nail salon I’ve been to. Two pedicures and manicures and $140? Extremely disappointed and will not ever return here.

Dont ever go hear ruins your nails. Inconsiderate. I would rate them zero if I could. This women got up multiple times one of them to paint another womens toe nails while my false nails wernt even cut just glued. I had an appointment as well I wasnt a walk in and still moved my seats 3 times. By the time I left I hated them. I had a black speck stuck in my thumb nail and the polish was light green. Shoved and pulled hands multiple times. I gave them three trys each time awful.

Please save your time & money and do not, I repeat DO NOT GO THERE Worse nail salon Ive been my whole life. I get that they were busy, but everyone deserves a good quality work. I wont be going back ever. Spent $130 here and that was without a tip (I wasnt going to tip after the work they did on my nails). Sorry not sorry!

My daughter and I have been trying to find a place that is equally good for her to get her nails done and for me to get a pedicure at the same time. Last night was our first time visiting Miami nails - it was really busy but we both received excellent service. After 2 years of searching for the place that made both of us happy, we finally found it in Miami Nails. We will definitely be going back!

I asked for “My” and waited for 30 mins for her to do my nails just to be sat in someone else’s chair Bc she all of a sudden had to leave. She continued to wax her eyebrows and do designs on another artists’ client instead of leaving like she said she had to do. The artist I got was very nice but didn’t know what she was doing. Every single one of my nails is either bumpy or completely flat and they just look awful. Awful shape. Another artist had to help my artist just to do an ombré.

Definitely will return, excellent customer service, everything done in a timely frame, did not feel rushed enjoyed it immensely.

This was easily the worst salon experience that I have ever had. Not only was I insulted about my nails being short, they refused to do my nails to my preference. I had to sit there while they answered the phone in the middle of my appointment, kept getting up, and talked so loudly that my sister on the other side of the salon could hear them. DO NOT GO HERE! Also, it didn’t appear that any of the items were sanitized. So, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I go here all the time. Had my nails filled 2 weeks ago & they have always told me they will do any design if I show them a picture. I showed them what I wanted & 1 lady looked & said no & walked off, a guy said yes we can do that so I waited almost 40 minutes for them to finally start. He filled my nails & said another lady would do the design. While waiting on her they started getting busy & he came back after about 15 minutes & asked if I could pick out a more simple design or just a color. I was less than pleased after waiting all that time & then not getting what I wanted. My nails were also left a little rough around the edges & when I tried to tell them I was kind of rushed out of the seat anyway. Its the 1st time theyve ever disappointed me so I will give them another chance. Going in today to have them re-done so we will see how it works out this time.UPDATE: Went in today for my fill & get my nails re-done. It was a little rough in the beginning for what I thought was a simple design but Mia had never done an ombre color. She worked til she got it! My nails look really good & in the end I was happy with them. Thank you!

I went in here last minute last night in need of help. I had a full set of nails put on 3 days prior at a different nail salon and they were a disaster. All different lengths, crooked, and already falling off. Tammy sat me down right away and took care of me and my nails better than any other nail salon I had been to. My nails look beyond phenomenal and they were done very quickly, but with care. You can tell when you walk in this business that the staff actually cares about you and the work that they are doing. I’ve never had a set of nails that looked this good. The environment here is also very clean and friendly. I felt like I was a friend and not just a customer. I will be going there until I can no longer get my nails done from now on. This place has a staff that are one in a billion. Thank you so much to everyone who works here! You all are so so amazing!!

I came in to do my nails for prom, and i regret it so much. I showed her my reference picture multiple times and the lady doing my nails still did a bad job. The reference picture had gold foil and she used gold glitter. Called and said they could fix them and she used foul but they looked so messy and so bad. She was in such a rush and it just looked so bad. How do you mess up TWICE?? Not to mention my nails were so uneven and bulky. Had to do to another salon to get them fixed. Will never be coming back.

This was my first time here and mind you I did schedule on your website, for a specific time on 7/11 with Haley. The whole experience was terrible. Looked at colors beforehand for awhile before being approached.... even had color chose when seen. And when finally dealt with is what I will say because I didnt feel important at all even mentioning this was my first time here. He would do like increments of my nails at a very slow time, and walk away and work on other people for waaay longer periods. Dont know if it was because I only needed a fill or what... and he also asked the nail color I wanted 3 times! He brought 2 colirs out that were wrong.... I said the color right the first 2 times but after sitting and getting downright upset I forgot the color completely! Then finally some lady finished painting my nails didnt catch her name but asked me 4 times if I wanted designs, when I kept saying NO and she was the one who rang me up. Also got overcharged on a fill when your website says acrylic with regular polish is $15+. I think I got charged twice since 2 people worked on me which is not right since I had no idea that was the case! I got charged $38! I am willingly to leave a more than generous tip usually for people at other places like EPOP and L.V. did not feel welcome at all!!!! Not to mention I am postimg this a week and 3 days later and my paint doesnt look great at all!

I’ve been here maybe 10-15 times but this time I got there asked if I needed to come back tomorrow because they were busy.. she said no.. to go sit at desk 8.. Sat for 30 minutes, was never given any color selection to look at.. “no hello we’ll be right with you after we finish this customer up”. A lady walked in 20 minutes AFTER I had gotten there and got serviced right away.. she even said “ohhh I don’t have to wait?!” I’ll NEVER return to this nail salon again and I’ll tell all my friends to do the same. 🤮 I even got up to leave and not ONE person asked me what was wrong. 😂 this place is a JOKE

HORRIBLE customer service. I have given this nail salon many chances and the benefit of the doubts, but they failed me every single time. I broke 2 nails the day after I got a fill and the nail tech who did mine did a horrible job. I came back, told the owner and she had me take the broken ones off myself with a fake nail and had me wait 4 hours. They are extremely unprofessional and I always tipped very well so there should have been no reason why they made me wait so long to get my nails fixed. I am never going back again and will never refer people to this place.UPDATE: I did let the owner know the issue when I first got there and they told my friend it’s because they aren’t making money off of me by fixing my nails for free so they were getting everyone else first. They also told him that it was because I don’t get designs and I had already came to get them fixed before.... well maybe you should do a better job and they wouldn’t break. I let the owner know multiple times when I was there the issue and they didn’t care to fix it and make it right. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Would go back again and recommend to friends. All around a good experience and love my nails and brows.

Some staff is very polite, shop is fairly clean, however I noticed they do not wipe down the pedicure chairs, nails chairs and tech station after each customer. I would think this precaution would be taken during a pandemic. Each station has sanitizer for clients, but I dont see staff using any. Overall the techs I had are very good which made me happy with the work and service. The prices for the shellac as opposed to regular polish is a bit pricey but I guess this is how they restock and make a profit. I am sure I will go back there again.

Waited a hour in the pedicure chair didnt even come get us water to at least soak instead after waiting a hour came n filled tub with cold water didnt even soak at all immediately started taking off polish and rushed thru missing important parts of the pedicure and i took my daughter for her birthday and they not only got polish on skin but left off top coat n didnt have her go to sit under the light to dry this was the worst experience ever and i was extremely disappointed and embarrassed because I took my daughter to relax and enjoy herself!!!

The lady that did my nails, eye brows, and cuticles did an excellent job. I was very satisfied . She was very sweet and friendly. I will be back.

I have been here a few times for both a manicure and pedicure. I have always been satisfied. I wear acrylic nails on my toes until some of my nails grow back. Most places make me feel embarrassed when I explain my toe situation so I put off pedicures forever. Here not once do I feel gross or anything. I always feel welcome and my feet always feel better when they are finished. Highly recommend!

I came here to get my nails did on aug 17 they weren’t even on for a week and then I came back in aug 23 because my nail fell off , 4 days later I had to go again to get another nail fixed , mind you all I got was white powered acrylics, they charged me 55 dollars , and now my thumb nail just came off 😐 , so not go here guys

If you are there for a repair get ready to be overooked because your visit isnt bringing money in so you will be over looked and and your presence barely acknowledged.Came in for a nail repair when they realize they did not want to fill just kind of blew me off and sat me down for a long time.

I repeated myself multiple times on what I wanted. Not only did she ignore me but she kept trying to force French tips. I consistently told her I didn’t want it. It was busy and I get it but I didn’t see any attempt to clean up her area. After telling her what I wanted for the 5th-6th time she finally did it but didn’t do it right. I asked for white dip. I never even got dip powder. She used something else and threw on one layer of uneven clear coat. When I told her I didn’t want French tips and she tried to continue until I told her no. She started talking under her breath. It was an overall awful experience. Some people think they’re great but the employee I had wouldn’t listen to me and even when she made me bleed she just acted like it was perfectly normal. Just be careful. They force what they think is easier to them on you, get mad when you stick to what you want and will charge incorrectly.

It was busy when I got in but they still found a place for me. I got the classic mani and pedi. Pedi was done super fast and mani was also done pretty fast since they were busy. Its expected from a bigger nail salon to be busy though. I give this place a 3 stars because my nails are ruined after coming out of the salon. Throughout the night I was working around the house and my nail polish wrinkled and pushed back already. I expected more from the nail polish and for it to stay on a bit longer. Maybe acrylic and gel will last longer but the basic set isnt worth it.

It was my first time going, and this place unfortunately has some flaws. When I arrived I chosen my color and had a seat I sat there for 20min being told over and over I will be helped I am very patient and don’t easily get upset so I waited, finally they had me seat for my nails but yet again I sat there for 30min as I watched other people that enter before me being helped first. How does that work? Soo finally a guy came started my nails than got up and went to do another person nails and I sat there again waiting!? And finally a lady came to “finish” I explained what I wanted and she told me No about putting glitter over the color-okay!? She also did them so fast it’s has been three days since and my nails are lifting. Definitely don’t recommend they do not take their time and care to make ur nails look good!

Kathy was my technician today and she did exactly what it was that I wanted! She asked questions to make sure and offered suggestions to make it easier on me. She advised me of the price up front and it was accurate. I am loving my eyebrows also. I will be returning to see her!Thank you Kathy!!!!

Tammy is the best! I was just a walk-in and she did exactly what I wanted. She was so sweet and very attentive. I was nervous about walking in at first but I’m glad I did. I will be going back very soon!!!!

I have been going to here for over 4 years. They always do such a great job and everyone is always so friendly. I just got my nails done yesterday and paid for the gems to be put on and with in 3 hours I started losing gems. At this time they were already closed. But I gave them a call this morning and they let me know they would fix it for me for free for up to a week. Again a happy customer. No one is perfect but their willing to fix right away makes up for it.

It was nice. The lady who did my nails did good. She didnt speak much English so my nails were done correctly but designed wrong.

I will not be going back to this place! Very unprofessional if I called to make an appointment at 5:30 and I still waited another 15 minutes, then I asked the lady that was supposed to do my nails if she knew how much longer I had to wait since my appointment was at 5:30 and it was 5:45 already she said oh just another 15 meaning I had to wait till 6pm to get my nails! It was a waste of my time to drive and a waste of gas!

Ive been coming to Miami nails ever since they opened. I was pregnant with my son around this time. They are professional men and women, they take their time to make sure its done right and if something messes up they are real quick to fix it. When I bring David with me, they love having David around and they are always so friendly to both of us.

I have commitment issues when it comes to the color of polish. I let my lady know what I liked and she showed me a few things. Finally chose a mood changing pink to purple color and I’m OBSESSED! Thank you!!! 💅🏼

The tech that painted my wifes nails did a terrible job. They didnt even take off the existing finish; they just went right over it. Even the other tech working on my wifes friend commented on the poor quality of the end result. Disappointed.

Ive been going here every other week like clockwork since the week of Easter and Ive never had a problem and my nails have always come out looking so good and exactly what Ive asked for, until this past weekend. I went in to get a fill and new color but the very next day my thumb nail chipped and I was pretty upset then 2 days later another nail chips.Needless to say, I was pretty upset, but when I went it to see if they would fix them for me and they did with no questions or problems and they did it with no charge.The ladies in there are good at what they do and they are always so sweet.I would fully recommend them! I will definitely continue going.

Very clean my wife and I do pedicures regularly and we use the same 2 ladies Mary and Tina. They are both very nice and treat you with respect and will do what you need done!!

Wouldnt give me what I asked for.I wanted fake nails with a spider web design on my thumbnails. The shaping was awful, bunch of glue left underneath, uneven filling on my index, added glitter I didn’t ask for and gems I told her I didn’t want. Awful web design and dull topcoat, had to fix it all at home. $55 for this great experience

I would never go back. I brought a picture of the nails I wanted and they did them completely wrong. She picked the color and I told her I don’t like it but she said “no you get this one”. My nails were sticky and looked like they needed to be filled. Wouldn’t recommend.

Depending on who you get, they can do a great job on nails. But on the off chance you get someone who is brand new and has no idea what you want your nails to look like (due to language barrier) and rushes through your nails, then you leave less than satisfied. Not consistent enough for me to keep returning here.
