Went to Dental Associates 8/5/2021 for teeth cleaning, with DA Leslie. Leslie was very kind, great presence, attitude, and customer service. She was informative, knowledgeable, and discussed procedures to help keep healthy teeth. Leslie also gave me samples to aid in, and help keep my teeth, and gums healthy. Checked in by Jessica, who has a great attitude, and happiness in her voice. All Staff members I came in contact with, were kind, and made me think I was special. Overall great customer service!

I love going to this dentis. The staff at this dentist office are super nice! I had unpleasant experiences before but made an appointment with Dental Associates and I wasn’t disappointed. I love having Andrea assist during my visits, she is personable and shows care for my questions and always makes me feel comfortable and smile. She is awesome.

We, my two daughters (one with special needs) and I, have been going to Dental Associates in Brandon for over a year. I had read reviews and DA Brandon stood out among other dental offices in the region. We were not disappointed. The skilled and compassionate and caring service far exceeds our expectations. From cleanings to fillings to crowns, Dr. Mueller, Jennifer, and Andrea have taken exceptional care of us. Highly recommend!

When I called to make an appointment, some one answered quickly! Jessica. She set the tone. I am terrified of dentists so my first interaction means a lot. Then there was Andrea. There is no way to express my gratitude for her care. She is in a class of her own. Dr Mueller was both very gentle and had the speed of an experienced provider. I knew that he was in his comfort zone. It was a different kind of experience and I am so excited that I found them.

Top notch dentist office! Both Andrea and Dr. Mueller did a fantastic job. Andrea was super nice, very thorough and professional. Dr. Mueller is quite good at what he does...he gave me a diagnosis on one of my teeth...sure enough a few month later I ended up having issues with it, just like he said. I came back and they fixed it. Its always good finding a dentist that knows his stuff. I have the utmost confidence in this office because of them. Thanks again :)

Great service all around. First Eric my hygienist did a great job with my cleaning and notice a spot he wanted to doctor or check out for me. Once Dr. Mueller check the spot it was determined I had a bad spot below a crown. Dr. Mueller and assistant Andrea took great care of me and saved the tooth. If you are looking for a great team of professionals for your dental care check them out.

Love this place. I have no doubt that I chose the right dental team for me.Today was my first appointment with them, and my technician, Andrea, was so friendly and knowledgeable. We did my x-rays and I was told they had a slot available for me to do my cleaning right after, so I was able to take care of both in one day! Every person I met was kind and the sense of integrity here felt real. I didnt feel like they were just trying to suck money out of me. Any time I asked questions, both technicians answered & explained thoroughly to me. Highly recommend :) even the lobby was nice!

I’m so glad to have chosen this place to do my oral surgery! Everyone that attended me was very caring, attentive, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr Lee at the Brandon Dental Associates office was the best! It’s normal to have anxiety about extractions, but that’s not necessary with Dr Lee. The pain free quick process took about 5 minutes from numbing to done. He’s the magic man! Thanks Doc for such a great experience. And yes…. I just started my Medicare insurance and they are in network for my plan. My son and daughter also use this dentist so I called to schedule. The receptionist was very friendly, took my information and sent a link for patient history to complete before my arrival. I hate filling out forms while Im waiting in the office.Everyone was super cordial and Eric the hygienist was outstanding with his teeth cleaning. He was very thorough and if you take good care of your teeth, he doesnt have to scrape too hard😉I highly recommend this office looking for a Dentist!

I had a crown come off & my regular office couldn’t get me in till the following week. I was directed to this office & they were able fit me right in that morning. The dental hygienist was great & very efficient. The office staff were very polite. I was highly impressed with this office.

Where do I start!! I went in for an exam and evaluation of a broken off tooth after my dentist of 12 years told me my only option was an implant. After getting an appointment the next day I went in to Dr, Mueller’s office and was greeted by the pleasant Jessica who quickly got me checked in and taken to the back. Andrea did X-rays and her and the Dr both said I was a candidate for a bridge. I was numbed up and had my tooth extracted and was prepped for my temporary. To my surprise, Andrea made my temporary right on the spot and made it look great. No more missing tooth. Andrea was a doll through the whole process making me feel comfortable and assured me I wouldn’t feel a thing and I didn’t. I will recommend my family to use this dentist and they definitely gained me and my husband as new clients. Office was spotless and the whole staff were super friendly and listened to my needs.

Just had 3 implants completed and a whitening procedure done. Everything went as planned and Doctor Mueller and his entire staff were very professional , very informative on the procedures, and very caring throughout. Special Kudos to Jenn and Andrea for looking out for me through the process!

After searching consulting with five other dentist and orthodontist I found this gem. I had my teeth straightened with Invisalign and had great results. The process was smooth and I would definitely recommend this over regular braces. Everyone at the office was polite and friendly. I mainly worked with Andrea who was awesome. She always had a smile and looked out for whenever possible. I would highly recommend this office!

I come from a healthcare family and am pretty critical about standards of care as a result. I had no concerns about their expertise and plan of care recommended. Andrea was the first face I encountered and her personal attention and enthusiasm for her practice translated to the time and effort she spent explaining the ins and outs of my dental needs. This really made me decide to post a review of support for the first time. Her consultation made decision making very comfortable that I had complete faith the minute Dr Mueller entered the room. I had a lot of work done, but Dr Muellers skill was really evidenced in very little pain and a seamless recovery.Similarly, the hygienist Jenn, made what I think is the worst part of dental visits survivable. You never even feel the weight of her hands, that is how delicate her handling of your cleaning. Such a nice way to round off the experience at a dental office.Theyre busy like youd expect, but somehow the visit is both efficient and never rushed. I have no doubt that this is through the smart handling done by the front office staff. This place is a gem, so stop looking.

My dentist assistant Andrea was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve met, she kept me calm, told me some stories about herself, and both she and my dentist did an amazing job with putting on my temporary crown; there was no pain and the job was done very quickly. This is the nicest, most organized and understanding dentist office I have ever been to. I came in as a new patient and Dr. Mueller and his staff have been so sweet and helpful. The staff here is amazing!!!! Eric is literally the best hygienist out there. He gets your teeth SUPER clean and teaches me about taking care of my teeth, as well as making dentist visits so comfortable. Andrea is an amazing dental assistant and did a wonderful job with my impressions. Dr. Mueller also was able to look at my teeth for 2 seconds and informed me that I have an acid reflux problem, something that I had no idea that I needed to check out. He was 100% right! The front of the house staff is also beyond friendly and helpful. Leslie is so sweet and was able to catch an issue with my insurance before my visit so that I could fix it

Visited Dental Associates of Brandon this morning, it was my first time at the dentist in almost 10 years. My nerves were high but Andrea was awesome. She was genuine, went above and beyond to explain everything throughly. (Prices too, which I was most nervous about... I feel like you never get to hear that before care is given most of the time), and no extra procedures were pushed on me. Just exactly what I came for.I really appreciate the straight forward approach but friendly care she gave me.I look forward to seeing her again, this time I won’t wait so long.

Do not waste your time with this dentist unless you enjoy giving your money away, this was the worst dental experience I ever had, do not be deceived by these 5 star reviews, I went in for 1 filling, the nurse took my X-rays, Dr mueller shows up for 5 seconds just to go over a ridiculously expensive estimate for a bunch of work I never did and skeeming with extra costs for anesthesia without even bothering to look at or check my teeth, the dr and staff are not concerned with anyone and they only care about your money, I left and decided to go elsewhere, and got a bill every 3 days just for the visit, my insurance covered the X-rays, they will charge you just for walking in, breathing, sitting in a chair, and maybe for using their toilet paper, I went somewhere else where they cared and got my teeth done, beware of this place.

Monica was absolutely amazing. I came in to have a crown done and given the extreme sensitivity I had she handled it like a pro and made me feel right at ease while sharing her knowledge along the way. The office staff was also very welcoming and efficient and the overall experience was great. Definitely recommend this practice!

They always got me in at or within a few minutes of my appointment time, staff, hygienist and dentist are professional and friendly. I feel they do a good job with my cleanings or other dental needs. This is the best dental office in Brandon. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I recently had to have a back tooth pulled. Andrea was there to be sure I was calm and relaxed. Dr. Mueller did a great job and it was over before I knew it. The front office staff is always friendly and helpful. I have also had my teeth whitened in that office by Jen. I loved the results. I love everything about this dental group and would recommend them highly to anyone.
