This location and the Flowood one are both fantastic! Dr. Lee Gary is especially outstanding. We came back after trying out a different dentist and having multiple bad experiences with them, and we will never cheat on Winning Smile again, lol! They did great fixing my existing fillings and giving me new ones, and I wouldnt have trusted anyone else to do my first root canal. They have been our trusted clinic for years and will be for more to come.

Every time I have visited The Winning Smile for a dental checkup, Hailey makes me feel very comfortable and at ease. She is thorough and professional throughout the exam and Dr Gary is personable and friendly while explaining the condition of my teeth. They always make me feel welcome there.

I’ve been going there since 2015 and I’ve never had at bad experience thus far. Mrs. Laura is the best because we have more one on one conversations, but honestly everyone there are super nice. Dr. Lewis recently put in a temporary crown for my bridge and She must know that I feel more confident in smiling than I every have before. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her!

This was by far the BEST dental care practice I’ve every been to! I scheduled my appointment and was able to get seen the day of. I had my 9month old daughter with me, so naturally I was a bit nervous. To my surprise the staff here were genuinely so welcoming, it felt like family! They took care of my sweet Paisley by checking the concerns and question I had about her teeth as a new mom. They took care of my concerns about my teeth! Dr. Gary thoroughly and patiently explained to me oral health and the plan of action of getting back on the right track. Lori was excellent about scheduling and working with me about billing information as well as showing me and my daughter nothing but positivity and love! The front desk assistants were very welcoming and pleasant in person and when assisting over the phone. Lastly, my dental assistant that helped me - She was super nice and very helpful! I can’t remember her name unfortunately.

This was my first office visit after being away from the dentist for over a year due to Covid. I have to say that they were very thorough during the introductory process and provided me all options when addressing my hygiene health. Everything was explained in detail and I was provided with a variety of payment options.

I started going to TWS after not seeing a dentist for 20 years!! Dr. Manning is the only dentist I will see now. I love his girls, Hailey and Mallory. They have always made me feel so at ease. They are the highlight of my day when I have to go see Dr. Manning. They get the job done and keep me laughing and comfortable. TWS is a great place!

Very friendly. Mackenzie, my hygienist, was very patient with me. I have a really bad gag reflex so the dentist is not fun for me or the hygienist. She was very gentle and took her time so it was the easiest for me. I appreciated the fact that no one seemed in a hurry and spent an adequate amount of time to explain everything that was needed.

I am a new patient to The Winning Smile of Brandon and from the moment I walked into this branch I felt welcomed. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. The dental hygienist I saw was awesome. She did a wonderful job at keeping me updated during the whole process(dental cleaning.. meeting the doctor). Lori Lowery was super amazing. She took so much time to make sure I was aware of the pricing of my scheduled procedure and answered all of the questions I had. On top of all of the things listed above, I was super impressed that The Winning Smile sets aside $5 per new patient and then donates all of that to a charity. Most places do not go that extra mile to give back. I 100% recommend The Winning Smile.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt very welcomed. I only had to wait about 3 minutes before someone came to walk me to the back for my appointment. The area was extremely clean and readied for my arrival. My hygienist was very professional and took great care not to be rough during my cleaning. We chatted about the baseball playoffs and other everyday things, so the time was spent in friendly banter that was catered to my interests. The clerk that checked me out was also friendly and so considerate of my next appointment! All employees were helpful and kind during my visit...even up until my leaving out the door...there were goodbyes and have a wonderful day remarks.

I have been going to the Winning Smile location in Brandon since 2016. I have always been greeted and welcomed by the staff. They are extremely friendly and professional. All of the dentist are well trained and will spend time with you to address your dental needs or concerns.I have had extensive dental work for, a more beautiful smile 😃from my front teeth all the way to my back teeth.Doctors Manning and Gary have both contributed to the health and welfare of my teeth and gums. And I am proud to show off my beautiful smile.Just look at the long range history of the staff... many of them have been here for years. If you are looking for dentist that care and will care for you this is my recommendation.

Dr Manning his assistant were wonderful during my visit today to get a crown started and fill a little cavity. The whole office is fun to be around they all seem to get along so well and are very good and confident with their profession.

The staff was so sweet and professional. Laurie was amazing and went above and beyond to help me when I had to be referred to a different dentist. It meant the world to me that she was still happy and willing to help me even though the procedure would be done elsewhere. I will definitely be back! You dont receive that kind of service anymore. Their staff is definitely one in a million!

I really like the winning smile. For the most part all the staff was very friendly, I do feel like the receptionist that was there could at least smile. She didnt seem very friendly to me at all. The lady that did my paperwork was beyond friendly, very nice. Also the lady that did my compressions was very nice. It doesnt cost anything to smile. Overall I would recommend The Winning Smile to anyone that was looking for a dentist. I would give you a 5 Star rating.

The winning smiles in Brandon ms definitely gets a 5star rating for me. All the staff members are very polite and friendly. For example for my birthday (12-17) the staff team made me cupcakes and a nice card which was very sweet of them. Every time you walk through the door they greet you with a friendly smile and it just makes patients feel safe and happy. if you need a dental family in the Brandon area the winning smiles should be top tier.

Recently moved to Mississippi and was looking for a new dentist after having spent years with a dentist I loved!Lucky for me, the Brandon location is just at the edge of my neighborhood, so I booked an appointment there.Staff was super friendly. Dr. Lewis was a total pro and made me feel super comfortable about the next steps!On top of all that, they went out of their way to accomodate my need for an early appointment and got me in quickly.Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff! They went over and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I called in for my first visit with a root canal and they fit me in as soon as they could. They didn’t bring me in for just a x-ray and reschedule for a root canal, they did it all in one visit which is nearly unheard of! Overall very pleased with this office and will definitely be coming back.

When our usual dentist in the area had not returned my phone call for two days straight, I had to find someone else quickly. As soon as I called, they told me come in right then. They rushed me back and had my problem diagnosed before I could finish filling out all of my paperwork. They got me back on my feet and laid out exactly what needed to happen next ! The staff was extremely nice ! A++ for courtesy all around !Now a lot of care providers can be nice and polite and take care of you, and kudos to them all. However, the next part truly impressed me.On the way to the dental office, my car got stuck on the ice on the way to the office. I had to walk the remaining 1/8th mile or so to the office. After my appointment, I started calling family to come get me . However, the dentist was willing to give me a lift to my house. Now, I live close to his office, and I’m sure he isn’t able to do that for everyone that walk in. However, you just don’t seem find many people to go above and beyond to help someone out. While. I can’t remember his name, It was appreciated.

I had guard that needed to be modified for comfort. It was too large from the manufacturing company. It has a comfortable fit that makes sleeping much easier.

I have been going to The Winning Smile since Dr. Mark Stevens was there and I still love it to this day. Dr. Wendy Lewis is amazing. She is knowledgeable and really cares about her work and her patients. You will not get the quality service and care going anywhere else.

I have been to a lot of different dental practices in my 57 years and have never enjoyed a visit like at The Winning Smile in Brandon Ms. This will be my dental office from now on. The Flowood location is definitely better. The employees are night and day different than Brandon.

Got some cavities filled and one of my teeth was hurting so I called to get them to look at it and they wouldn’t look at it, the lady told me that the doctor is to busy to see me that I shouldn’t be wasting there time. I’m a paying customer so you don’t tell that to your customer that help make your pay check every week.

So i broke a tooth on Saturday at work and it just so happened that Mallory from Winning Smile was in my job and told me about her job. So I called 1st thing Monday and they got me right in and the staff was amazing, Supper friendly and top notch.

Wow, what a complete and comprehensive exam that delivered understandable information. This is the *best* dentist I have ever met with--from staff to hygienist to the DDS I am impressed. Come to this dentist! I am currently sold pictures of their handy work to follow with before and after for work I thought I would have to wait until I was 50+ to get done. (The work is correcting childhood braces that were done too early). I am a proud patient and my entire family will be seeing this group!

Staff are very polite and professional at this office from the front desk to the dental station you are assigned. I enjoyed the specialist (hygienist) named Haley. She’s professional, answers any questions you have, walks you through your procedures all while “smiling “. You can do a lil Netflix too keep you comfortable and ease any anxiety. You feel comfortable and reassured that their office has your best interest at heart while providing your dental care. My dentist with the same last name was great too. At this point, they get a thumbs up.👍🏽

I had the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist today, here at The Winning Smile. Dr. Lewis & Miss. Mallory made me feel super comfortable and WELCOMED. They explained everything thoroughly before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Lewis was sure to tell me every step she was taking while removing my tooth which eased my anxiety a great bit. I didn’t expect to be having a tooth removed today but I did and even with me being 22 years old, they waited on my mom to arrive and hold my hand before she started anything! They’re great, fast, friendly and very affordable! I walked in as a first time patient with what i consider an emergency and I walked out with it taken care of! All around very pleased with today’s experience!

Everyone was very nice! The lady that did my appointment was very friendly and talked with me. Dr. Gary has always been very nice!! The only thing I’d say about my experience was the wait, but they apologized and got me in and out.

Bad Experience.I went to have my teeth cleaned and was told by one of the staff I would have to rinse with peroxide. Right away I refused to put an oxidizing chemical in my mouth, especially the 3%, store bought, solution that they were using. Peroxide can be corrosive for the eyes, skin, and respiratory system. Peroxide can cause damage to the skin, eyes and tissues.The hygienist ran off and told some other guy in the office who said if I didnt take his peroxide I would have to come back some other day. I told him I would find another dentist instead.This is the major problem with Covid-19, people are not educating themselves. More than likely Winning Smile was taking this advice from the ADA to have patients rinse once before and after visits, but they only recommend with 1% solution, not the 3% you purchase from the store, which can cause burns internally. Since Covid-19 can live on surfaces such as skin and clothing, having to rinse your mouth with a chemical does nothing to reduce the spread of the virus once contact has been made in such a close setting.I feel this effort to have patients rinse with peroxide is just a way to reduce liability more than actually protection against the virus. The worst part about the visit when the other guy came to Enforce what he called his Covid protocols his mask was pulled all the way down and tucked under his chin. I think Winning Smile needs to reassess this peroxide rinsing policy.

I felt safe here. They had a questionnaire at the entrance, sorted used and unused pens and checked temperatures before patients could enter the waiting room. The building was very clean and all workers were wearing mask. The staff was nice and informative, and my wait wasn’t long. Right when I got done with my paperwork, I was called to the back. I had to rinse my mouth out with mouth sore mouth rinse. The dentist helped determine that my wisdom tooth was infected and that my other three were growing in sideways! He prescribed me some antibiotics for my infected tooth, and the swelling has gone down and is less painful. They helped me set up an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed.

Run away from this place!!! If youve been here go get a second opinion!!! So my son who has never had a cavity in his entire life and also had the sealant put on when he was 13 went to their office as a new patient! He brushes and flosses religiously. He was at his regular Dentist in March... so about 8 months ago and had ZERO cavities!!Fast forward to this visit and they tell him he has 12 YES 12 cavities that will cost around 2000 dollars!!! They never showed him the xrays they just handed him his new dental plan! We go to his regular dentist for a second opinion and guess what? You guessed it... ZERO cavities! I wonder how many people they have swindled to date!The only reason he went there was because it was close and it was just for a teeth cleaning and check up! Guarantee we will be addressing this with the Dental board and speak with an attorney after they made him distraught!
