I was very nervous but it went better than expected. The ladies at the desk were very kind, and so was the assistant. She was very patient with me. The doctor explained things well and it didnt hurt. Also, Mrs. Brooklyn made sure I was aware of the costs, and helped me plan. Im seeing them again.

I had a very difficult time taking in the x-rays I usually do but in this office Marry & Melissa helped me through my x-rays it made it easier for me They also work with me on a payment plan and so I feel really special and Its not easy to go to the dentist whenYou dont have the funds and and no now I can afford to have a beautiful smile a smile and a healthy mouth

Staff was very helpful and kind. The Dentist fully explained in detail what needed to be done. A challenge for those who becomes a patient there. The exam room that I was in, had a beautiful painting hanging on the wall. Sitting in the chair it would be to your right. If you were to stand up, take a good look at it, what do you see? It tells a story about someone or something that everyone knows about. Can you figure it out? That is only if you become a patient there at this fine establishment, and your placed in the same room I was. Something to keep your mind off of what is being done inside your mouth and for those of you who are afraid of the Dentist Offices. Please Do Not Call them and ask for a photo of the painting. Oral Health comes first and foremost. For you to figure out how, what, when, etc, a photo will not give the quality thats needed. Plus, its not good for the painting. Good Luck!

Amanda was amazing from the beginning till the end. Melissa was very helpful and patient withme. The lady with the pretty dreads was very helpful as well (I can’t remember her name) The dentist was awesome as well and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I honestly hate going to the dentist. However I had a dental emergency and the office was able to get me in the same day. Dr. Sheikh and the office staff were very kind and honest about the work that needed to done. It was affordable as well without any dental insurance. Definitely reccomend for a local dentist.

Today I became a new patient at Brandon Smiles ,best Dental decision I’ve made in years , the staff was incredibly professional , Brooklyn who was a complete doll , she made me feel so comfortable , she was so professional and informative, a jewel , Haylee was super sweet and very professional, Dr Sheikh, is so nice and made me feel so at ease , I instantly felt comfortable and knew I had made the right choice . Wonderful and comforting experience in every way!! They were attentive enough to notice my fear the moment I walked in. With that said, Ive waited until I couldnt take the pain any longer to make this appointment. My teeth are very bad. Not one time did anyone is this office make me feel bad or embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. Just the opposite!! My visit started with Brooklyn who works the front desk, what a delight, such a positive energy and atmosphere, an amazing effort to keep a positive environment, I cant say enough about the office manager James, he went above and beyond to take care of all of my concerns and there were some, schedule issues on my side, not theres, insurance issues, his attention to my concerns was amazing....really dont get service like this often, and the dentist is pretty cool too!

I was very frustrated by not being able to get financing as I thought they offered to all. But the service was good and not the dentists fault all is in and uproar with my credit history.

Brandon Smiles is absolutely the best when it comes to dentures. They are the most professional and gracious people I have ever met. Proper denture fit is a must to be able to enjoy the new smile and they worked with me and my wife over a year from temporary dentures to the final dentures and the end result is beautiful!. I received a deep cleaning, periodontist disease treatment, and well definitely be returning to get for cavities filled and a routine follow-up cleaning. This is my first visit and it started out really rocky. I waited over an hour to seen. I had a different doctors appointment that I had to get to so I was pushed for time. I informed Patricia at the front desk, and she quickly jumped to see what she could do to help me. After she noticed they were still taking long (short staffed at the time) she brought me to the back and did my xrays herself. I think that attention to detail is what made a bad experience completely turn around. Seeing someone handle a poor situation expertly really matters. I will be back.

Let me just say that Brandon Smiles is by far the best Dental office I’ve been to!!! Due to COVID 19 many dental offices closed and have yet to open. I googled some office and came across them and decided to give them a call. I’ve been to several emergency dentist to get my tooth pulled and they all rejected me because of how it was broken. Brandon Smiles literally took care of me same day. I just want to thank the staff for such an amazing and pleasant experience. I felt comfortable and the procedure was pretty fast! I was really impressed with this dental office. The staff was very friendly and eager to make me feel relaxed and at home (I guess as relaxed as one can be in dentists office). I was a new patient in tremendous pain and they got me right in. Once I got there I did not have to wait which was amazing. The dentist was just as nice as the staff and expressed real concern about my being comfortable. He had a rough time with the procedure and he made no bones about the fact that I would be pretty uncomfortable the next few days. I was miserable but he called a couple of times to see if I needed anything. I really appreciated the genuine concern. If you want a dentist office that goes above and beyond for their patients -- this is the place. I normally do not keep the same dentist for any extended period of time. This one I am definitely going to keep.

I never had a tooth extraction. So I was very scared coming here...I was so amazed the staff was very friendly and super polite. The dentist was very knowledgeable and very understanding. I had two of my teeth extracted and seriously felt no other pain but the injections in my gums at the very beginning of the procedure. I highly recommend coming here!

I’ve never left a review before and this place is horrible overall it wasn’t that bad but the office manager Tatiana is extremely inappropriate the office would be much better off without her. Tatiana has no manners whatsoever and doesn’t know how to talk to patients. When she left to the back the other patients in the room where uttering things about her and how loud and obnoxious she was. Your office would be much better off.

My wife and I have been going to Brandon Smiles for years and love the family feeling we get from all the staff as well as the super kind and gentle dentist.But - this past week they reconfirmed to us ( again) how amazing and caring they are when my 11 year old daughter was struggling with some pretty bad tooth pain from a baby tooth that was being pushed hard by the adult tooth behind it, but wasnt getting loose.We came by without an appointment or even calling first ( we were in the area already) and even though they were VERY busy, they not only squeezed us in, but also made us a priority. They numbed her up and pulled the loose tooth all while being gentle and assuring her everything was ok. Honestly, Ive been to a handful of different offices, but this is the best one Ive been to. Im treated very well, everyone is super kind and make sure that everything is taken care of before leaving. 10 out of 10, hands down.

I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Who is insecure about their smile. I had a dental bridge done July 3, 2019, I only have my temporary teeth in and I can only imagine what my final results will look like. Im very pleased with the work that was done ❤️❤️❤️😊😊

Excellent customer service. I was seen today for a dental emergency and I am glad I went there. The staff is really friendly, The Dentist was really good on how he handle my pain, and to complete my experience the manager explain to me my payment options the best way possible. 5 Stars! Above and Beyond! The professionalism of the Dentist and everyone else working in the Brandon office on Causeway Blvd, is excellent! I suffer from severe anxiety, when it comes to going to the dentist, and I admit I can be a very difficult patient! The patience, kindness, and professional care I received from the Dentist and his entire staff, made me feel calm and gave me the courage to go through the entire process from needles to the smile in my mirror, that was promised by the name, Brandon Smiles!

I have always had a fear of the dentist, and I’ve had some horrible experiences. But Dr. Sheikh and his staff have made my frown into a smile. They truly have given me my smile back.This is the only dentist I don’t mind coming to see.
