I have been to many dentists office and it’s all about business. At Aspen you feel their need and excitement to help you look your best and what’s best for you and what you want done. Yesterday was my first day and I walked out with a plan for treatment and a payment plan I am happy as I haven’t been in a while. Searching for a good dentist is no joke. This place was able to get me in when I came in on the wrong day for my appointment. The staff is awesome and really welcoming. I really don’t like going to the dentist but after meeting everyone there I’m actually excited to go back. They sat me down and went over everything that needed to be done with my mouth and I’m now set for my next appointment with major work being done. Inga was amazing and incredibly fast at what she does, I hope I’m able to see her again when I visit next. Thank you guys for being so amazing!!

The minute you walk in , everyone makes you feel like you are a part of the team, not just a patient. Areej was so kind and gentle during my deep cleaning, no fear what so ever. Great place to go.

I went for a root canal with a bit of fear but as soon as I got a call from the endodontist R. El-Hennawey and the assistant they were very kind and explained the whole root canal process to me. I felt more confident and relaxed even more with the music they had to relax one. It was a quick and painless process. I was super pleased. from the receptionist to the assistants and other staff are very kind I recommend this office 100%. thanks to all.

They have some of the most modern equipment I have ever seen in a dental office! They also use it during your initial visit which they did not charge me for!Their staff is so friendly! And so informative! You just can’t ask for anything more when it comes to that! I have a set up some work for them to do. So I can’t honestly say how that’s going to go but after my first visit I was amazed!I will update as soon as I get some stuff done!

Anyone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist should DEFINITELY make Aspen their home! I had to have 2 teeth extracted and everything thing from the music they played to the “hand holding” (I’m 40 years old) during the extraction was an excellent experience. I didn’t feel any pain, my dentist made sure my mouth was numb to the touch and both him and his assistant walked me through the process. My cheeks and and shoulders were in more pain from me tensing up over the anticipation more than my actual tooth extraction. Definitely a dentist I would recommend

Unfortunately I had ended up here at aspen dental for some surgery. No sane person wants to go through this; but The staff here has been nothing but exceptional. Chelsea has helped me tremendously through this experience by making me feel comfortable. She does everything it takes to make sure we get everything right. I went to Aspen in June 21 with a need, I needed two caps on my front teeth. First I had to undergo various X-rays where I told the technician the tools being used hurt my mouth. From there I was moved into a dental room, again I explained what I needed and came for. Dentist came in explained what they could do vs what I actually needed done. Then I was asked to meet with the finance person and was told I needed over $6,000 worth of work done! It’s all about the money and what they can sell you on!! They didn’t care about what I needed. I was told they cannot perform what I needed done until I completed everything else they wanted to charge me for!! So I left, then they had the nerve to send me a Bill!! Wasted my time when I went with a specific request and they tried to upsell additional work which included cutting my gums to make my front teeth look more aligned and bigger!Following week went to a smaller practice paid $800 and received the services I actually needed!

This is a review after being a patient for 1 full year & 2 visits. Aspen Dental is very customer service oriented. From the receptionist to the dental assistant, to the doctor and everything in between. The staff is very friendly and I can’t express that enough. They are accommodating with appointments and there is very little wait time, despite so many patients being there. I was in and out in about an hour, which I appreciate.HOWEVER the downside is the cost. I saw multiple Yelp reviews and a lot of people had the same issues as me. No cavities and complimented by the hygienist on how nice my teeth were but I needed a “deep cleaning”. The deep cleaning has some added costs that insurance doesn’t pay so you end up paying $200+ for this “deep clean” that will be followed up within 2 weeks for a “gums check” that will be another out of pocket expense of $72. And they will push Invisalign to everyone, which I assume the corporate benefits from some sort of agreement between the two businesses. And if you ask to only have a regular cleaning they will not allow it because it’s not what the doctor recommended.So there are definitely pros and cons to Aspen Dental. If you are willing to pay more out of pocket expenses but have a great experience, this is the place. If you are on a tight budget but need to have routine maintenance, you will be left disappointed with the financial obligations you will have to pay out, even with insurance.

Recently moved to the area and needed some dental work done ASAP. Made an appointment with Aspen on a whim and couldnt be happier! Everyone from the office staff to the dentist are always so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Dr. Hong and her team of hygienists! They explain everything they do, put on soothing music, and do things right.I highly recommend this team to anyone. Theyre rockstars!

Dr Hong is amazing!!! She explains everything and makes you feel comfortable and let’s you makes decisions towards your treatment!!! I was having pain with a crown over almost a year and she resolved it in a week! she likes things well done! Love that about her! The front desk is amazing! Everybody here is good! I was having jaw pain and couldnt get an appointment with my dentist so I called Aspen Dental. They fit me in and took good care of me.Great service. The staff were very friendly, efficient and thorough. The down side for me is that they dont take my Medicare insurance. The work I need to have done is pricey but I am still going to stick with them.

Clean and modern facility with friendly staff. They noticed I needed teeth work done during my checkup and the doctor was able to get me in that day last minute to fix what needed to be fixed. Overall super friendly and great experience.

I had the best experience, the staff was welcoming and so accommodating! I was able to get my teeth extracted in the same day as my appointment which was amazing! I just wanted to say I’ve been to a lot of dentists and unfortunately I had a bad experience with Brandon smiles .. a dentist office that is known around the Brandon area and I never seen the day they would offer me a payment plan and then out of no where tell me sorry we can’t help you because we can’t offer that plan anymore .. so I’m the midst of freaking out wondering who to go to next I came across aspen dental . The office is beautiful the staff is great .. one in particular ms saneike she was sweet and kind .. she did my x rays and made sure I got into a room and no matter how many times I said my teeth are ugly and I’m nervous she made me feel better every step of the way .. GO CHECK THEM OUT

If you need a tooth extraction have their oral surgeon do the removal it will be way less painful and much more quick he is extremely talented. But I wouldn’t have the regular dentist do it. Just based on my personal experience.

This Carrollwood location was very good. The front staff were nice, helpful and wore their masks appropriately. The dental staff were great and kind and knew what they were speaking about. Much much better than the Brandon location.

I had one of the best experiences at the dentist that I can remember. My hygienist was incredible. He was gentle but thorough and my teeth are super clean. I was so relieved that even with my anxiety that is usually a problem while hearing that sound of the cleaning instruments, He was able to distract me with his calming and interesting demeanor. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel welcome. My experience was quick and painless and so much more than I expected from my very first visit.

If you are looking for an over priced dentist that upselling is the norm and high interest financing is required this is the place for you. The drive for revenue is what pushes your treatment. I have decent insurance but this dentist cost me twice what insurance covers every time. Then they REQUIRED me to get procedures that were not covered.

Back in May last year I finally decided to spend the money and get dentures. Dentures are very expensive and I expected nothing but the best treatment and results for the money it cost me to do. Aspen Dental went over and beyond my expectations!People are absolutely shocked when I tell them I have dentures and they immediately ask “are they implants”. I get complimented on my smile all the time and love the fact that no one can tell these are false teeth.Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars on root canals and crowns and in time they either break or just fall off. Now I can eat carrot sticks, corn on the cob and steak without issue. I did not do implants to anchor the bottom teeth and I’m glad I didn’t because my teeth are perfect.Office staff was extremely courteous and the dentists were extremely professional but personable which I found comforting. Highly recommend them for all your dental needs

I truly thought I found a permanent dentist for dental health and cosmetic reasons but I was sadly mistaken. This company is all about MONEY! Regardless of whether you truly need something or not they will add it your treatment plan. They all try to NICELY convince to get things you don’t need or remind of things you never said. If you get a credit approved for a procedure done there, they will try to make sure they charge you up to the penny so that all of your credit is used with them. I declined all EXTRA services once I noticed how sneaky they were. I was approved for $4400 credit in November which I still obtain and my procedure was only $2700, they tried to add things on that I did not need such as a wisdom teeth removal, night guards etc. Once I declined and came back for my follow up appointment to confirm the procedure NOW all of sudden my procedure equals out to the cost of my full credit because their prices increased the new year? It’s unfair that because I declined services they “recommended” they still found a way to “increase” their prices almost $2000 more LOL I would not recommend going here unless you want people to put your request on the back burner and be overcharged. Yes I have paper work to prove it.

Staff that calculated cost of services recommended refused to schedule me a regular cleaning because dentist recommend deep cleaning so I left and wont return. My insurance only pay for regular cleaning. Im receiving unemployment due to COVID19 and cant afford extra bills. Think its ridiculous that someone would push me to accumulate more bills. Must say the dentist I saw was wonderful and he should consider working somewhere else. 1 star is too much due to how insensitive the the person that calculate the charges was.

Go to this place if your teeth are perfect. They have a very young staff that is upbeat but unfortunately dismissive. The dentist I had only practiced a couple years, and I could tell. There is a huge difference between and experienced dentist and 1 freshly graduated.I’m sure they see patients all day so they don’t have time to care if you’re embarrassed or insecure about work that needs done. They do push extra services. It’s true what others have wrote about costs. I am going to a different dentist. I never want to feel the way I did when I left that place.

I went drove 45 minutes to the Trinity office after going to a closer location and being disappointed. Dr Paul Francisco who I had seen at the first location 2yrs ago is now at Trinity. I tracked him down because I trust his professionalism and sincerity. He cares about his patients. I need a lot of dental work and I trust Dr Francisco. The office staff is awesome as well!! Very helpful, friendly and professional. My husband and I have been to 3 ASPEN DENTALs... We would highly recommend Trinity!!!

I am not sure about this location but I use to have a good experience till I went to the one off gandy in Tampa FL .... I didn’t get my prescription and had to take over-the-counter medicine and I been waiting for the doctor to call it in after I have my teeth pull but I am still having a lot of pain so even though my wisdom teeth needed to pull that is not what I came in there for and I am still having the same pain that I came in there for I just don’t understand why not take care of the pain first then get to the other stuff that needs to be done

If there is an option I would give ZERO stars to this place. Please ignore all the 5 star ratings and read through the 1 star rating comments you will see similar issue. These guys definitely over charge and suggest you treatments that you might not need and the highlight is you insurance will 100% deny the claim saying the same! My wife and I visited this location almost a year ago and our 1st impression was people who work here at the front desk were keen in making you do your 1st payment so they can get hold of you with a confirmed appointment. And they don’t explain you all charges that comes out of your pocket clearly. I was personally not happy with the treatment as I went in without any issue and came back out with sensitive teeth that is still an issue. We received a notice from the insurance company few months back saying that there is a dispute going on between Aspen and them over claims and we were told not to worry about anything and ignore it. Then after almost a year, yesterday we receive a payment notice from Aspen saying that we owe $450 for the treatment we received. And we need to make this payment in few days! When we called them and our insurance company we understood that the insurance company denied the outrageous claims which is because they chose to do some treatments that is not required and is non-claimable. Please stay away if you value your money and expect good/honest service!

I recently visited an Aspen Dental clinic and it was the best dental experience of my life. The facility has a clean and professional atmosphere. They had COVID precautions in place; masks social distancing, clean and sanitized pens and hand sanitizer conveniently placed. The staff was super nice. Not that phony smile kind of nice, but true heartfelt nice. This was my new patient visit. Usually in a first visit they do the exam tell you what work they think you need then send you on your way. Not Aspen. I was seen at my appointment time, no long waiting. Each staff member that was involved with my care introduced themselves and explained exactly what they were doing and why. After the x-rays and evaluation the tech told me what to expect next. Then the hygienist came in and discuss mouth care and then I saw the doctor who was just as pleasant as all the other staff. She asked me what I wanted in terms of a care plan. She actually listened and advised accordingly. She provided several options. She did not try to sway me in any direction. It was truly my choice after the options were present. After the doctor I was taken to discuss the cost of my care plan. Again I was presented with several options on how to pay my portion after insurance. I was provided a detailed listing of procedures and cost. But this is my favorite part, the hygienist, Jonathan was open and I was able to see him on that first visit for a cleaning. He put the icing on the cake. He was very pleasant and so funny. First time I ever enjoyed getting my teeth cleaned. Johnathon took his time to explain to me how to properly use an electric toothbrush and to floss. They recommended a mouth rinse and a paste to help get my mouth healthy. They didnt hand me a prescription to run out and buy. They gave them to me. WOW!!!!!. I am looking forward to going back. Save yourself the headache and time and go to a smaller, more personal dentist office. This place is too big and too busy and the quality of care is poor because of it. You have to make a separate appointment for every little thing. I thought I was coming in to get a cleaning at my first appointment but it was just a consultation... I had to come in a week later for the cleaning and then again the very next day after that for another issue. The dentist I saw was always in such a rush to get done with me and be on to her next patient. During one on my appointments she told her dental assistant to notify the front office staff to reschedule the remaining appointments for the day because they werent going to be able to take them. Ive also experienced incredibly long wait times once back in the room and in the chair. I wasnt having any issues at all with a particular tooth but the dentist recommended I have the filling replaced and so I did. That turned in to needing a root canal on that tooth. Several weeks and a ridiculous amount of appointments later, Im now having awful pain and issues with this tooth that resulted from having the root canal done. I went in again to have an adjustment made on the tooth and the dentist told me she had now done everything she could and that I would need to make another appointment to see the endodontist who performed the root canal... so yet again another appointment to try to resolve an issue I didnt even have until after I took this dentists advice. The woman who works at the front desk needs customer service training. Every single time I was in the office waiting to be called back I witnessed her poorly handle patients and patient complaints. She can be very cold and rude. The one positive about this office is the dental staff who work in the back are very friendly. However, moving forward I will be finding another dentist office to go to.

One word: Professional. This location is 2nd to None. I was pleased.

My wife sum this place up very well. She said her favorite,sarcasm,thing that they did was that they loved to call her 15mins before her appointment. To say they didnt have something or they were closing early.They always had an attitude about questions or concerns with the fitting. And paying with their financing always left you feeling like they were trying to hide something..

Worst place, this time waited one hour after my appointment then decided to cancel it, the girl there just told me if I want to reschedule, if not OK. I stopped going there because last time almost 2 yrs ago I waited almost 2 hrs, they just said “we are a little behind”. Plus they do not care if people have mask or not, I saw patients without mask and no one said anything. They are getting worst and worst every time. If you appreciate your time go somewhere else. Plus they always overcharged you for thing you do not need. They charged me more for a rinse that took less than ten seconds with some mouthwash because my insurance doesn’t cover it than for the entire deep cleaning.

I went in for a broken tooth and honestly I was a little rude to the staff because I was in pain, but they still treated me kindly and they were able to help me the same day. The treatment was a little expensive but honestly good dental care is worth it. I would rather pay a bit more to be treated better and to have more competent doctors. And they have payment plans, which helped me so much! I am so appreciative and so happy that I chose Aspen in Brandon. I have read the reviews and honestly I am not sure how anyone could say a bad word about these people. I felt like family and I cannot wait to come back for the rest of my treatment. Thank you all so much. You all do not get recognized enough for the great job you do!

I had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr Daya (Oral Surgeon) and being in my 50s i thought it was going to be an event. Actually, in was a non-event. The discomfort was minimal and a week later no issues. I would also commend Dr Daya and his staff and the team at Aspen Brandon for their focus on customer service.

The staff were very professional and well informed. Their communication was impressive. The hygenist was top notch and was eager to answer any question I had. The dentist did not act like she wanted to get this over with and move on. Something I have experienced elsewhere. She explained everything so well that I could not think of anything else to ask. Tjhe procedure (tooth pull) was painless and quick. So why only 3 stars? For nitrous oxide there is a $75 fee. Ridiculous. I declined. This tooth was in very bad shape and once the novocaine war off the pain was very rough. I was presscribed Ibuprofen, something I can buy cheaply over the counter.. I returned the next day and was given a list of what they prescribe for pain.ANTIDEPPRESSANTS? That was just one of some very strange things that dont affect dental pain. They are very anti opiates even though they have been proven safe and effective for hundreds of years. I would have only needed a weeks worth at most. We are not all junkies and should be treated with respect. Fortunately someone had some extra morphine for me. A bit strong but at least I can eat. They should prescribe responsible amounts of opates when called for.

The office was neat and clean, the office staff friendly and helpful, and best of all, they were able to do everything I wanted done, and financed the entire amount !! Many thanks to all the staff at this Brandon office. They were absolutely remarkable.Completely understood my situation.Said they could have my tooth fixed in 2-3 days, then they called the very next day and had it fixed beautifully.Thank you just doesnt express my gratitude enough.

This office is absolutely amazing!! I broke a tooth in my denture and I was able to be seen the next day. I got a brand new denture and I love it! Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. A special thanks to Dr. Hong, Dr. Arias, John, Inga, Dr. Luu (the owner) and Mr. Mchgie. Mr. Mchgie was the lab tech and was so sweet. He worked with me for hours trying to get my smile perfect. Also the finance ladies were amazing as well. Overall an awesome experience!!!

Put off having the rest of my teeth pulled for years even though they were making me sick, Veronica took me under her wing from my first visit... Even stopping to say hi when she didnt have to when I came in for my fitting before surgery. All staff here are wonderful, and wonderful at what they do! Thank you :)

The company is just too big and the quality of patient care suffers because of it. I needed them to release X-rays to a specialist that THEY referred me to, and was told it had to go through corporate for approval, and it would take 10-14 days???? On top of that, the person I spoke to on the phone acted like they just didnt care. This is why our family has switched dentists.

When I moved from Merritt Island to Brandon, FL I intended to find a new dentist focused more on my dental care versus one that churns patients for profit. I had a dental issue and decided to try my local Aspen Dental and I am so glad I did!They were able to see me in the same day, and easily accessed my digital records from Merritt Island. The staff is awesome, they have state of the art equipment and most importantly, Dr Alexandra Arias is a wonderful dentist! She spent time discussing my previous dental history and set up my dental plan to address existing issues.I feel like a valued patient with Aspen Dental in Brandon. Dr. Arias and her team truly care about my health. In my opinion they are the best dental team!

I love Aspen. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The staff are friendly, the doctors are amazing badass females who give excellent care and the service was a step above the rest. I highly recommend going to Aspen in Brandon! You walk in and you feel like all your worries just go away. I’m sending my entire family soon!

Great experience. Didnt have to wait past my appointment time. Everyone on the entire team was friendly!! Dr. Hong was nice and very informative of my treatment plan. Becca was the hygienist that I saw, and she was so nice and personable. First time I was actually enjoying a dental appointment.

The office is exceptionally clean and the staff are very polite and professional. Every procedure they unwrap a new set of metal tools and are serious about hygiene and cleanliness. They are excellent with follow-up appointments and did a great job making my husband feel comfortable during a surgical extraction when he was very nervous. I’d highly recommend this place.

Ive only been to Aspen two times today will be my third time and I love it. Jackie is great who assisted me yesterday and the hygienist is wonderful and the dentist is also wonderful. Nice and clean and very friendly. I would highly recommend this dentist Aspen Dental...
