Older man who was setting my appointment thought he was clever when he insulted my appearance. Just set a new appointment with the 14th St. location.

Absolutely horrific. Took advantage of my daughter by only offering highest priced tires in her time of need. These people are crooks without guns. Go somewhere reputable. This is not it.

Terrible customer service and they give you a price by phone that is totally different after the job is done. I will never ever again will go there.

They do good work and give excellent advice, but I always end up paying more than expected. They were helpful. In my opinion the discounted price is always the real price. If you can shop around, please do, to find the best priced service for your money. If you are in a pinch and need it right away, Firestone will fix it and fix it right the first time while you wait or shortly afterwards. Thank you for your help.

This was a good visit. I just didnt feel confident that they had my best interests at heart. Usually you get alternatives. I brought it in with a plugged tire, but scrounged up the money to by the right tire. This is a great place and I trust that they will do the job right with warranties. But I shouldnt have to feel like Im captive. They are just a little bit under the dealer in prices, but I didnt have but two choices... buy the tire or leave with a slow leak. Couldnt you just replace the plug. Im buying 4 new tires in a few months anyway, oh well, now itll be 3, but not from Firestone.

Worest place ever to take ur car to they will broke ur car instead to fixed and then they will tell u that ur car had an issue before and its not there fault. If i can give them 0 star i will. Worest place. Dont take ur car to them. They dont have professional employees to work on the car.

Check and make sure the services you’ve paid for have been done and done properly. I drop my van off to have the oil changed a flat tire fixed and a alignment, They did not change the oil but reset the light, The alignment is worse than when I dropped it off and my spare tire is bouncing around because they didn’t reinstall it properly. I would steer clear of the shop

Staff was fast and courteous. They really helped me out of a jam.

They damaged my wheel rim on a brand new car and told me that was a curb. Aha curb of course

Called early in the morning to have a flat repair done on my rental at the suggestion of the rental company. Made the appointment with Zayne for 4 pm. When I showed up at 3:45 they had had no idea I was supposed to even be in.

I am giving a one star rating for multiple reason. Two men at the front desk are not wearing their covid-19 mask, despite the signs posted stating Face coverings required until further notice. As well as when I come here to fix one thing, I leave. Not even a day after the same issue is occuring.

I cancel for second time my oil change. The first day they dont have my appointment online and the second time they running late.

To high priced,friendly enough but soooooo costly.

Took a while but got warranty work done..needed slow leak repair on warranty tires..took a while but got it done with no cost friendly staff.

Had front axle work done there. Drove on it and a bolt came out. Could have killed us. They left lugnuts out of my tires (after purchasing new ones)... low fluids after an oil change... what a mess... no more.

Doug at the front desk is extremely rude and condescending. Asked several basic questions about my car repairs and instead of politely and professionally responding he chose to talk about how he could not guarantee me anything. What sort of confirmation is that on a car that you are servicing and I am paying for? I asked if it would be safe to drive after the repairs they had already preformed and he said technically nobody can guarantee safe driving...what?! Is my car up to code or not? Beyond disappointing experience, will be calling to speak with the stores manager (Elmer) and hopefully he will treat the situation better than Doug did. My boyfriend has had services here in the past that were handled ok yet this service was so poorly handled that neither of us will be returning. Beyond disappointing experience and would recommend calling around to other places before leaving your vehicle in their hands as they clearly cannot guarantee their work.

Bad days happen, especially when you get a flat, ignoring me for 12-15min when employees are walking all around me with out a greeting or acknowledging my existence made me upset. When I told one of the guys behind the counter I needed a tire repaired. He said how long do you have I said I have about 20min. I found itll be a 2hr wait other people are in front of me. The people that came in as I and received service quick. Guess it wasnt my day and this made it worst. I dont usually give bad ratings. I made an exception this one time. I know good help is hard to find.

Very pleasant/friendly people at the location. They explained what they would probably be doing, how long before the auto would be taken in (I did not have an appointment), and the time being serviced. Their timing estimate was correct. They had some service recommendations, none were needed and could wait. I decided to wait. They did not pressure me to have any of the services done at this time. Plus a surprise! They even had a free lunch - hot dog or hamburg, chips, and soda.

I love this location because its close to my job and theyve never steered me wrong (pub intended). Ive bought tires from here every 4-5 years for the last 20 years. Doug helped me on my last visit and even though it was non-stop phone calls and customers he was polite and extremely helpful.

IMO Firestone is the pitts when it comes to automotive service. The last time I used this Firestone, they ended up charging me $80 to fix a flat and ended up bending my hub cap out of shape. And they didnt fix the flat in one visit,, resulting on two visits and two charges to fix the same flat. The only reason I am here is because someone else used them and needed a ride.

These is the second time this mechanic leave a oil leak in my vehicle and never recognize their mistakes now I have to lose time to come back and made these people fix properly.😠

Horrible experience. They took my wife for almost $200 for front brake pads (its a $25 part) and they quoted around $400 for the rear! (Also a $25 part). She asked for them to check the air in the tires as well because she had a tire light on. They told her their was a maintenance fee... serious! Females are clearly taken advantage of at this location. Never again!

Took my car here to have it checked out. Problem was beyond their help. They didnt charge me the diagnostic fee for the visit which was great. Maybe they felt bad for me or something. Lol. Anyway, I can say theyre honest and reliable.

The staff is always professional.Sometimes it takes longer than I think it should.They have a lobby area and T.V. to watch while you wait.

These guys are great! I had my back brakes replaced on my truck and these guy were awesome. They did the job right yes but they went the extra mile. They knew I was in a time crunch and to speed it along the guy at the front desk jumped in to help me get out of there. You dont see that very often. I got to work on time thanks to these guys

Bradenton Florida 303 Boulevard. Service person Gruber. Very arrogant and condescending.I went to counter and a elderly lady walked in after me. When I saw grubber walking to the counter I asked him if he had time for a flat issue. He told me he was busy with someone else at the moment and that I would have to wait. He then had the audacity to ask the lady behind me if he could help her. He stated that he was sure she was 1st. She corrected him by saying I was 1st but he insisted on answering her request. She told them that he is very rude for what he did she will go somewhere else. I had no choice to stay there because of my situation. I told me that the time will be done about 30 minutes. I was there for approximately an hour and 45 minutes in the car were still in the lot untouched. When I asked him why he gave me attitude again very arrogant and condescending. Why does Firestone hire people like this I will never go to the store again. Meanwhile I can hear him speaking to lady on the phone and a couple of ladies in the store about repairs they obviously do not need. He sounded like your typical snake oil / used car salesman. Only attending to people that can potentially con into Services they dont need. Very bad PR for Firestone

I’ve been here multiple times with mine and my wife’s two cars. The service I’ve gotten seems to be done well and the full synthetic oil change price of $56 (at all Firestone’s) are far better then anywhere else. My only complaints are that they tried to sell me various services that I do not think I really need and their wait times are always much longer then what they’ve told me even with appointments each time.

Besides being a bit on the expensive side,now their service is starting to slack. Had front brakes serviced and since then our Service Traction Control warning is showing up along with check engine light coming on at same time.

I called ahead to see if they were busy or if I should make an appointment. They said theyre slow; come on in. It took more than 45 minutes to get one tire changed. I can change a tire that fast and Im not a professional with power tools.

Rick and George went above and beyond to thoroughly check the family minivan and safely get us back on the road. They showed me exactly what the problem was and made arrangements for the repair to be done ASAP and at a fair price. They did exactly what I requested and more! I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Went to Firestone in Bradenton to get a slow tire leak fixed. The manager/counter person (guy with glasses, Grubber) was a complete jerk. Told me the repair would be quick and kept trying to convince me to have a complete car inspection. After waiting close to 2 hours, I asked for the status and the guy was very rude. I decided to drive with the slow leak to a different tire company. Horrible service, they seem more concerned about doing a complete car inspection so they can con you into more repairs. SCAM

Fairly priced for brand new tires and complete auto care. My truck was making a knocking sound and the shocks were wobbling. I had 4 different mechanics look at my car and they couldnt tell me what was wrong. They also said my tires were fine. Went to Firestone, got 2 new tires and a tire rotation and they told me the knocking was my engine failing. 3weeks later my front tire blew on the interstate goin 80 MPH and the engine went out. Had they not suggested the tire rotation, it could have ended badly. Grateful.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Service.The guy upfront it’s so slow on everything and it took them 3 hours to find out that the tire has a nail and needs a patch. When I want on the back to see what’s going on with my car the guys were on their phones and not working on my car and they said they’re waiting for the service manager to approve the patch but the service manager was nowhere to be found.

Went in for 4 truck tires and an front end alignment. It took 41/2 hours. They couldnt do the job in a timely manner then they should of said so. There were 4 other customers besides me that were watching the TV when the salesman changed the channel to what he wanted. Like we wanted to watch a show about fixing carrs. NOT.

Replaced bad valve stem on 9/5. Today a different valve stem is faulty. Asked them didnt they inspect all tires. They replied yes and all were fine at the time. So I guess 2 valve stems went bad within 2 days. Really??? So 2 separate trips for an issue that should have been checked the first time. I would not recommend this locstion

Friendly people with fast service and got everything done!

I blew a tire passing thru town and my fleet service recommended this Firestone as the closest to my location. After I changed the damaged tire for the space saver I limped it here. The customer service guy Ali was fantastic. The whole experience was a hassle as sometimes life is but he made it much more palatable. Thumbs up

I have always found their prices and their service to be reasonable and competitive but then again I thought things like lifetime rotation alignment and balance when I got my new tires so although my oil changes are more expensive than the cheapest place around I end up getting a good deal with the lifetime packages and I finance everything on their credit card anyway

This place will take your money for services not rendered. Went in and described the issue with my vehicle-air in the brake lines. The customer care representative said a brake flush would fix the issue. An hour and a half later they said it was done. I paid and went to my vehicle. I noticed right away my pedal was still spongy and had the same issue as when i brought it in. The person who had sold me the service happened to be walking across the lot to a vehicle so i stopped and told him I was upset. He told me to bring it back in and wait while they try to fix it. I told him I was upset they would send a vehicle out saying the issue was fixed when it was not. The gentleman offered me a refund and in the process of that(30 minutes for them to refund a cash payment) I went into the shop to talk to the mechanic he told me he did the brake flush and it wasnt his problem if that didnt fix the issue. He told me he does what is on his sheet and nothing else. At this point a confrontation ensued. 3 employees put their hands on me and one mechanic came so close to my face he was spitting in my face as he yelled at me, his lunch was spewing from his mouth and was hitting me in the face. Horrible experience at this firestone location. They do not care about any kind of standard of service, at all.

Upsell upsell upsell. They try to squeeze dollars out of people anyway they can. Came here a flat spot on the tire and the guy attempted to have all of my shocks replaced as well as offered various other services. Sat in the waiting room and listened to them upsell to others too. Just another company that doesn’t care about the customer, but care more about their wallet.

The service is great, it took less than an hour for a tire repair and oil change. The problem is as of 6/13/2018 they are renovating the inside and the only place to sit is inside the body shop with no a/c.

Tom was very helpful! Advised me of other issues that my truck needed but didnt push, knew I was getting ready to sell it.

Blew my tires on the highway on a Saturday afternoon. The staff took care of my car and got it back running with in a few hours.

Just another FAILURE of an auto service center. Spilled oil on my engine and just left it, dirty hand prints on my paint, didnt balance my tires or set the alignment only checked it, but FAILED to do the work. The problem, I believe employee turnover. No one takes pride in their work. I think they believe we the customers are dumb, and wouldnt think we would leave their location and go elsewhere and have their vehicle checked and properly performed the same day after visiting Firestone.
