We buy a new Wrangler Rubicon every two years. Went to my local Jeep Dealership where we bought the last three Wranglers. They did not have what we where looking for. And did not seem to care to help us find one. Went to other Jeep dealers and got the usual car dealers tricks. But then I called Firkins and got Justin Langman what a super guy. Liked him soon as we started talking Firkins is 100 mile drive for us well worth the drive. We got there and it was just like what we agreed to no games. Cant say enough how great Justin was to work with. Clark in finance was awesome no pressure at anytime. The general manager even came out and welcomed us to the Firkin family. We loved the way Firkins does business so relaxed.. Good to know there is still great Dealerships out there and good people to buy from.

I would give much better stars Brett McCant has been outstanding but I cant understand 20 minutes after I bought the truck the check engine light came on I went back to the service department immediately they turn the light off and said it was a vent issue they clear the code said it should be fine I drive home about an hour later the check engine light came back on and has been on.

Shane was awesome. I was dreading the process but I was pleasantly surprised to drive out of there with my new challenger in no time. I highly recommend Shane. He took the time to introduce me to my new ride answering all my questions.

From the first person I spoke to, who then rightfully transferred me twice (in order to answer a question and then make an appointment), all the way through the process to getting a result...EVERYONE was fabulous. When I arrived, I was immediately pointed in the right direction. I found my guy, and then realized that I was in the best hands. What a pleasure it was to work with John Orr. He has a great personal customer service touch. He was a lovely young man. Super friendly. Very informative. Made sure to relay possible issues if all didnt go to plan. (I LOVE that, as Im someone who likes to know all of the options or issues.) It took an hour from arrival to departure, but that was expected. Firkins is doing something right, as the employees are making the experience as pain-free as possible. I suggest they ALL get a raise!!!

Let me start off by saying what an experience! From the initial inquiry on a new vehicle to the sales staff reaching out. They never pressured me to buy. They asked what I was looking for and asked if there was anything they could do to help with my search. I told them I would be in to look at a new Grand Cherokee L and they left it at that. They checked in to just see how I was doing. Shelby reached out to me and we set up an appointment to meet with a salesman. They rolled out the red carpet when I arrived. I met with Chris Richardson and immediately I developed a positive rapport with him. We discussed what I was looking for and he took me right to a gorgeous Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve. As soon as I saw it I fell in love. We took it for a spin and when we got back I said let’s talk numbers. They completely paid off my 2015 Grand Cherokee and we made a deal for the 2021. They made the process as painless as possible. I signed on the dotted line and they took my new Jeep to get detailed. After waiting awhile Chris came back and said he didn’t want to hold me up anymore and that he wanted me to come back at a later date to have it properly detailed. He assured me that I would get a Grand Cherokee L as a loner while they had mine. So all I got to say is what a classy establishment. If you need a new or used vehicle Firkins is the spot!!!

The Firkins service department has kept my 13-year-old vehicle on the road and running smoothly. After a period of neglected maintenance, they recently brought it back from a horribly misfiring, undriveable state and got it back in perfect working order. The diagnosis took some time, but they identified the issue after 2 other shops failed, and fixed it for a price I found to be surprisingly low. Actually it came in substantially lower than the initial estimate, so I was a very happy camper. Oh, and I learned about a car part I had never heard of before. Great service all around!

Made the (over 3 hour) drive from Fort Lauderdale to Bradenton to pick up my new vehicle. Ashley B handled the initial contact through email and text messages. Have never been more disappointed in a service department as I am with firkins. My son has had two separate appointments to address safety recall issues and is now currently sitting in the service department for a third time instead of in school where he should be! The first appointment was scheduled, he arrived and was told that the technician that was to complete the work had called out that day, we were never called to inform us of this. He scheduled another appointment which was to be completed yesterday when he got out of school, only to show up and be told that there was not enough time to complete the work. As previously stated, he is now spending the better part of his day sitting at the dealership hoping that they can complete all of the repairs instead of being in school!! I can honestly say this is the most unprofessional place I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!!!

Austin was fantastic! Got a great truck at a fair price. Drove 3 hrs to the dealership. Bought the truck and drove it home and left my car there for the weekend as I was by myself and couldnt come back with my wife until Monday (Memorial Day) to pick up my car. Austin called me that morning to let me know that my tire was flat in my car. Upon arrival he helped me with changing out the tire and even let me borrow a jack and his own air compressor! We had a great experience here. We showed up a little early for our test drive appt, and they happily accommodated. They let us take a drive without a salesman, and there was zero pressure. They agreed to fix a couple of issues we saw, and gave us a great price. Everything was signed electronically and all paperwork was provided on a thumb drive. We were in and out in less than 90 min. Found this car I wanted offered by them on the internet. I talked to them by phone and was assured it was a nice car. I bought the car sight unseen and wired the money as I live in Ohio. I flew in and found the staff to be very friendly. I did all the paperwork prior to seeing the car. That was worrisome but I knew they were a highly rated and was confident. I was then transported to see the car and was amazed at its condition. It was better than I could have ever imagined. It was perfect and the gas tank was full. I drove the car back 1200 miles and it ran perfect. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Firkins Chysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

BBW!! Swear this is my first bad review ever!! 0 star if possible. But this needs to be addressed for anyone that actually cares about their car and thinks dealer work is better........ got into an accsident in my 2012 challenger SRT8 (custom wide body). Not my fault. Went to dodge to see if their collision team could help me. I stressed very much my car is not factory and if they cant do it please advise. However, Mark kept insisting DODGE could handle it. No one does a better job then dodge he said. So Mark made me feel pretty confident that they would get it done RIGHT. Comes to find out they havent touched my car for over 4 months. I have pictures as proof. Kept asking what the hold up was and they said they were still waiting for my fenders to ship. MONTHS HAVE GONE BY! so long they made me buy another battery. I called the place myself and they said they just put the order in. Relayed this message to collision, and now the excuse was the fenders are requiring a lot of work.... 1) I put the car together myself and had no issues. 2) $1000+ for 2 fender better be sent perfect if not it should have been addressed with the company that makes and sent them... My car is my baby just wanted it done right. Time finally comes to come pick up my car 6+ months after dropping it off.... my stomach dropped when I pulled in. The gaps on the car where unreal.. Honestly speechless. You could see into my engine bay from the front with the hood closed. My hood moves if you touch it. All the edges where peeling from the front bumper to both fenders. paint work was laughable. Lines, Dust, you name it. Car couldnt move without rubbing. I called him out for the paint work and his response to it was its because the fenders... I have a factory front bumper I ordered through them and that was just as bad!? They didnt even put all the parts back on my car he made me decide if I want my front bumper repainted or the skid plate they never put on. I said the front bumper and he got upset. the list goes on with what was wrong with the car. Some may think I am exaggerating but I assure you zero exaggeration. what I have said is an understatement. Mike the manager comes out to great me as Im leaving in misery and has the audacity to ask me for a 5 star review!!!! clearly wasnt in the loop! I then gave him the rundown he couldnt deny it because I was pointing directly at it. Mike the manager said he would take care of me so I gave him the chance and he just gave it back bandaged. and thats worst in my eyes. Just look how my car looked when I picked it up!!!!! This is DODGE !!!! They waisted my time and cost me tones of money. Seriously what I have shared in an understatement of what happened. Contact me if you would like more detail. I have emails too. Do NOT use this dealer. It will be worth it to get work done else where regardless of the extra miles.

I love these guys! Sean, James and Andrew treated me with such kindness. I had some issues with my power steering and not only did they explain everything they found to me, James brought me back to show me exactly what was wrong. I expected it to take longer than it actually did; that doesnt usually happen at other dealerships. Sean or James called me throughout the process to keep me updated and Andrew did a fabulous job of completing the work quickly and with great precision. I am just visiting a friend when I ran into the steering challenge, but because of the way I have been treated, she said she will definitely purchase her new vehicle here next year! Thank you for treating me with respect and courtesy, as a woman, it can be a challenge when dealing with car repairs. Im very grateful to feel safe on the road again! My only disappointment is that James boss would not allow them to do one other repair to my alternator. It is after-market, but two other Ram dealers have worked on it, now I have the real fix, so I will have to go elsewhere. This is self-pay and not warranty work, so I was greatly disappointed he wouldnt approve it to be done here at Firkins.

I went into Firkins to get a new Ram 1500 truck. Hunter was my salesman and he was fantastic. Made the discovery and sales process a breeze. He wasn’t pushy and let me make an educated decision. I’m very happy I elected to stop into the store that day and love my new 1500!

Was able to make an appointment the next day for maintenance and oil change. Service check-in was right on time and completed at the estimated time. Kudos to the service manager, Phillip, for keeping me informed about the service progress and being super friendly; same for all of the staff there.

I do not remember the young man that was in the factory warranty service area but he did an outstanding job. He informed me about the work that was going to done on my car, helped with a rental car, and went over the work after it was completed and explained in detail what I should expect concerning my car in the future.

I cannot say more great things about the used car side of Firkins Bradenton. I get so nervous buying used cars and i really found something i liked but didnt want it to have loads of issues. The tech Aaron Davis came out and spoke to me and looked over my car thoroughly and made me feel so confident and so comfortable in my car buying experience.
