I had Pedro and his crew assist me. As I pulled up all gentleman greeted me with a warm hello and was very helpful with anything I needed to know about my new vehicle. I went in to get my oil change and in the midst of being there I was told I am this weeks winner for a free oil change! How neat is that?! They had me in and out of there. I arrived right before closing time and they greeted me professionally. When I told them of my car problem they were very willing to take the time to get the correct solution and not rush. They found out what the problem was and got the battery but made sure to check that the alternator and starter did not have any problems as well. Pedro,Jordan, and Wesley took the time to do the job right. I was very impressed. I had been there before for an oil change and got good service than as well.

Very professional, honest company! I was in for new tires and an alignment. They let me know my alignment was good and would not be charging for the service. I appreciate their honesty so much! The entire staff is always pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. I wont take my vehicle anywhere else.

Antonio was extremely helpful he got us in and out in a little over an hour with no appointment. I was given an honest upfront price quote, Antonio catered to our budget and informed us of all of our options. Ive never been there before and found out you dont need appointments, you can just take up your car there. They service you while youre inside the car. Everything was fine but when it came to knowing my oil was clean and did not need to be changed. I asked for how long could it be before I could have it changed but the man didnt know. I would had liked something different besides I dont know but either way I got it changed just in case.

SERVICE IS AMAZING. Straight to the point. Repairs are repaired at a fair price and will not have defects. If something is still wrong the will fix it for you for free. Only reason I wouldnt give them a 5 stars because they are no appointment. And sometimes they are too busy to take you. So go early🙂

My girl needed her car service we happened to come around this place since I live right around the corner, and these boys Luke, Antonio, Jakob proved that they’re real specialist... they even advised me on servicing the car further cz a lot of the issues I had no idea about... Fast and hassle-free service. This is the first place Ive been to that doesnt try to constantly upsell you on things. They provide a printout of suggested services with zero pressure. Ive been going to them since I moved to Florida and will keep using them anytime I need service or just an honest opinion.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. The appointment was confirmed by a reply email. They did the oil change but said that they didnt have an available bay to do the tire rotation. They claimed their system didnt show the appointment. The tech was nice about it, but the manager didnt even come out to speak with me about it. This will be my last visit to this center.Follow up post: Your reply effectively called me a liar about not speaking with the manager. You now say the manager spoke with me and gave me some options for the tire rotation. That NEVER happened. You are the one lying about what occurred. This is terrible service and your reply only reinforces my view of your business and management.

Top notch service here. I wont hesitate to make the 30 minute drive for this place going forward. Got an alignment, no appointment necessary, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Very refreshing to see such excellent customer service at a place that does automotive service. Most places in this industry are lacking. Highly recommend 👍

Im not big on using Corporate places for my auto needs. I prefer to keep as much of my money in my community as possible.But these 2 techs i met here, absolutly Great!!Antonio has always been our go to tech for basic oil changes brakes ect. Wonderful guy always happy and informative. Recently we had a catastrophic water pump failure just up the road. I limped our vehicle into the lot and went to find Antonio. While he wasnt available we did get Dan. And 100% would absolutly recommend this guy to explain car stuff to anyone. Not once did we feel pressured or annoyed by the gentleman because our new friend made us feel like we were being taken care of. Within a few hours we were back on the road no quams no issues, Fantastic. Thanks again Antonio and Dan, you guys actually saved what could have been a really rough day. Great service!

This place is awesome. Best prices and the nicest staff around. I cannot say enough good things about the manager Jim. He has helped me out tremendously replacing my starter THE SAME DAY IT BROKE! I know some people would be hesitant to use a tire shop for mechanical issues too but Eric in the service department knows what he’s doing. Definitely would recommend them for all your needs.

The Express Oil Change located next to the Dunkin Doughnuts & Wal Mart in Braden River, I had a non oil change car emergency & walked to their shop to ask for help! Their wasn’t a minute of hesitation on their part & they could not have been nicer, or more helpful. Jarrett and Luke really helped me out today! I was so past due on a oil change and they were thorough in making sure everything was up to date with my vehicle. They kindly helped replace a tail light, flush and replace my oil, secured a hubcap of mine, and an air filter that was not replaced in YEARS... Wonderful customer service! This location takes care of all vehicles in our company fleet. They provide great, fast, and professional service! Our employees even bring their personal vehicles here as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers on SR 70 if you are in need of any vehicle maintenance and/or repairs.

They are fast and thorough. No complaints there. They were always careful about transmission change because I have an older car with million of miles. That’s probably the right caution they should take. Overall, doing a good job in car maintenance.

I called them one afternoon and they said I could come in asap with no wait! Upon arrival, Antonio was very nice and got everything set up for me. Their waiting room was air conditioned and I sat while reading a book. Kenny I think worked on my car, they said I had a big nail in my tire but it was fixable, so thankfully I didnt have to buy a whole new tire. They couldve easily made me think I needed a new tire bc I just trusted whatever they said. Glad they were honest and professional. Every staff member I came across was very friendly.

The staff is great! I have been going there for over a year, and every time I’m greeted right way and service is quick!

No indication of price as they strong armed me into a synthetic oil change that costed me 80 bucks! Also they said I needed a whole new front axel.. a real mechanic disagreed and simply replaced the torn boot saving me several hundred dollars.

It was fast. They gave me details on what I needed and allowed me to add the services I wanted right then. Will come back again.

Took my wifes car in for an oil change. A few days later noticed something was leaking. Took it back to them and they claimed it wasnt from the oil change and that it was leaking from elsewhere (leak they noticed during the oil change, but never told me about). I decided to take it to an independent mechanic. The mechanic found that the car was leaking from two places, one of which was the oil pan. Apparently, Express did not replace the filter and seal. The seal was flat and deteriorating. Proper procedure calls for both parts to be replaced. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company.

I went for an oil change and while I was getting an oil change I kept getting offered multiple services. I declined them and kept telling them I was there just for an oil change. Then got offered an fuel cleaner which I again decided. The. Man went back to the other 3 guys cracked a joked about and they all laughed. Once the oil change was finally completed I was told that my passenger head light was out. When I asked him which one (because it’s 2 lights on the passenger side)he couldn’t tell me he just said the passenger. I went over to auto zone and had one of the technicians to take a look and the took a look under the hood as well and showed me the cords to the headlight were clearly disconnected! He reconnected them and the light is now working. I called the manager of express oil change and told him what happened and he said his guys weren’t looking for that. But I guess it’s just asking WAY too much to see cords unplugged and to take the extra step to plug them back in. I will never return back to establishment, and I will spread how the professionalism lacks.

John was great. He was very polite and offered suggestions on what my car might need in addition to oil change but not once did I feel pressured to purchase anything other than the oil change. It was nice to go to a place with nice staff who take good care of you. Also liked I could stay in the car while my oil was changed. Express oil checks all the fluids, lights, horn, and tires for a good price. Will definitely return.

Getting off I 75 after an 8 hr drive, my right brake locked up. Pulling into Sams club for gas, I could not touch even my wheel. Sams tire service directed me across the street to Express Oil Change. This is where Nick Bingham met me to lift and diagnose the problem. While waiting in the office with Nick and thinking it might be the newly replaced caliber . Trying to call the Advance store in Ga. for a copy of receipt, Jim Miller Director of operations without me knowing had already call Chris, manager of Advance auto. When I got off the phone, Jim and Chris was standing there with a replacement caliber. Leaving the truck overnight as it was closing time Jim arranged transportation to and from our beach condo. All three Jim, Nick and Chris went above and beyond to help me out and resolve a stressful problem. This is the store in Bradenton FL you want to do business with. Again, I thank these men for doing a first class job and taking care of two senior people.

Over the top service. Had a flat last week, threw my spare on, called around and these were the only guys who could help me out at that time. The guys here are awesome!! They replaced a headlight for me a few weeks back and were so nice that I went back for my next oil change and to have them replace my other headlight. The other headlight turned into a nightmare of a job but they teamed up and got it all taken care of. For the extra time and labor I was expecting additional fees but to my surprise I was still able to take advantage of a deal they had going on that day. I actually felt bad for not paying them more for the work they did. They truly went above and beyond. I told them they could charge me full price but they wouldnt have it. Top notch team. Normally, I’m extremely happy with this service, what’s happened? First of all, I don’t recognize any of the techs since my last visit 6 months ago. I went in for an oil change & adjustment on my lifetime alignment. 45 minutes? Okay, had lunch and shopped. Come back to find alignment was not done. I was told it was only a one year plan. My tech checked and apologized for the misunderstanding. I was not going to wait any further. Then, my oil change was 84.69! WHAT? The prices went up...obviously! I have to have synthetic oil, $35 upgrade? Luckily I had the $10 coupon. Time to find another place to go. Surely it can’t cost $84 everywhere! We’re being “taken advantage” of!

Went for an oil change on my way to work this morning on my Chrysler 200. Fast and friendly service. Literally done in 10 minutes. Not pushy for sales like Valvoline and Jiffy. They simply provided a list of suggestions based on my current mileage and to keep them in mind for future service and repairs. Also got a reasonable quote on replacing 4 tires which comes with alignment with the special. First time and further customer for sure!

This is the best oil change place I have been to here in Bradenton. They are always so kind and keep you informed on anything they see needs changed or fixed. They don’t push anything on you and let you make the decisions. Always offer water bottles also which is nice living in Florida. Definitely recommended this place!
