My husband and I pulled into this shade tree, so called mechanics business 10 minutes before they closed because our air wasnt blowing cold. Charles did a Freon check and immediately said we needed a new air compressor. We were desperate for air so we went along with it. I went back the next day, trusting them. $750 and me waiting 6 hours he said that was not the problem it was a switch. Again that was not the problem. He then said it was the control panel. The owner said he found one on eBay. I told him to fix it. Well needless to say it has been 3 weeks and still not fixed nor has our money been refunded. I am definitely seeing an attorney in the near future.

Got me in on Saturday 10:am. Charles found a bad ground and 1 bad coil pack on my Nissan juke and it was fixed by 1:30pm. My cars running great and the price I paid was very reasonable! Thank you Midway.

Andrew was awesome! Took great care of my Toyota Camry. I was told by Toyota that I needed a whole new transmission due to a leak that they stated was severe but could not tell me where it was coming from and that you cant check the fluid levels because its a sealed transmission. Took it to Midway and Andrew took a look at it. Not only did he tell me where the leak was coming from he told me it was low. He added the 4.5 quarts it needed tightened the bolt where it was leaking and now shes running great again. Will definitely be returning for regular maintenance! Thank you to Andrew for saving me thousands of $$.

I found this place because I am an Uber driver and drove the manager/mechanic. He was super nice and gave me a great price on an oil change. I do them quite frequently as a driver and since my normal place was and is still closed due to COVID I figured I’d give them a shot. I didn’t even need to make an appointment. It was FAST. It was professional. The staff were friendly. Then after going a few times I ended up with several different people working on my car. For me that’s a no go. I want consistency and to build a relationship with my mechanic. The next time I went they had no availability... okay, that happens. The next time after that I was told no more walk ins. Wait, that’s one of the biggest appeals to this place for me. Then I had specifically asked for the mechanic I originally met and worked with and someone else ended up doing my car anyway. I can honestly say I made a little bit of a polite fuss making sure my point was made. They offered an apology and my next oil change was free. I had also inquired about tire rotation. I needed it bad. My old place charged 10$ extra so it was always done. Well they have a new, very sweet front counter person, seriously you’ll love her! Only problem was she didn’t know the price. At first it was 10% of the labor time. Okay that’s not right as it only takes like 10 minutes. Then it was 10$ and then 20$. Which is it? I figured I’d simply ask the mechanic when I dropped my car off. Nope, he wasn’t there remember? So at this point I’m just really frustrated. I’m not sure who or what is going on. I personally want ONE person driving my brand new 2020 vehicle and that same person working on it. Again, consistency. Trust. Building a relationship. My car is my livelihood. It’s my other baby. In the end it all worked out because I was able to communicate my wants and needs and they noted them in my file. And they even discounted my tire rotation. So all I would say is make sure you are clear on what you want, need and expect. They are very friendly and want happy customers. They are a small business and do really good work at a reasonable and really good price. They are mind boggling in their quickness but also thorough. They don’t rush, they just know what they’re doing. All the mechanics are experienced. They work hard. They are genuine. I’d recommend them. And if I remember correctly they also sell used vehicles. Just make sure you let them know what you need and want. Btw Andrew is amazing and I highly recommend him.

By far the BEST experience Ive ever had with an auto shop!The owner is very helpful, caring and trustworthy. He is also very fair with his pricing. The head mechanic is very experienced and his team gets work done efficiently and effectively. In Real Estate we say Realtor for Life. I say Midway for life!

I have two vintage Mercedes Benz vehicles. Most shops don’t want to deal with these cars because you have to go a little further with Sorcing out parts or even outright fabricating parts that you just cannot get. Not these guys they go the extra mile and get the job done. No nonsense shop that gets it done reasonably.

They fix the problem but cause other problems too my car ,Im very displeased on the way joe the mechanic treated my car ,mind u I had diagnostic done way b4 I had the car done ,by them for free b4 I had the money together, they cause me to lose a job a wrost damage car and a bad holiday ,I WARN YOU TO THINK ABOUT IT really bad for business
