I decided it’s time to add a workout routine, having not really ever holding a steady routine I tried this studio with classpass and after the 2nd session I knew I wanted to become a member! Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly it felt like a community right away. The work out alone is the perfect amount for me splitting 20/20/20 style. It is a good push and a challenge as the strength room is always different. I can come to class feeling low energy but when I leave I feel great!! Energy flowing and my body feels great. :)

I’ve gone there a couple of times, I really enjoy the concept and the staff is super friendly Ricky at the front desk and Natalie was the Instuctor she was amazing. I look forward to my next class!!! 100% a great place!

Love Spenga - the studio is super clean, & smells amazing, the staff is always friendly, the music is a nice mix of EDM, pop, rock, etc., and the workouts are unique. I just took a night class with Sam, and loved her. She was uplifting, positive, knowledgeable, friendly, and had this incredible voice that I swear could convince Snow White to wake up from her slumber and start busting out jumping jacks. Although mainly female driven classes, I would suggest this studio to anyone. The time seems to fly by too!

This is the cleanest gym ever!! The class is an hour and it’s great to go the gym for an hour and have no wasted time. It is worth it!! Great instructors with great workouts!

Although I’ve only lived in the area for a very short while, my experience at Spenga has been amazing!The instructors are phenomenal, knowledgeable and so motivating! I’ve attended many gyms and classes of all sorts in the past but this is the best! These classes combine, spin, strength training and yoga! What a mix! The location is clean and sanitary.

I am beyond thrilled that I joined this SPENGA fam! I live in Ft Lauderdale and have been making the half hour drive 3-4 times a week because these workouts and instructors are THAT worth it! The studio is kept immaculately clean (even more so during this pandemic), everyone I’ve encountered is friendly and supportive, and I feel motivated to keep pushing to achieve my health and fitness goals with proper form in every single workout! The added bonus is the Performance Summary email I receive after every workout. It’s really helps me see my progress in black and while and GREEN 💚

I just celebrated one year at SPENGA Boca Raton and I cannot express how happy I am to have found this gym. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the facility is beautiful and clean, and the workout you get is AMAZING! Cardio, strength, and stretching in one hour but no two days are the same so you never get bored. I recommend SPENGA to everyone I know!

I just started this week and it was a great way to restart my fitness routine. The spinning & strength training was awesome and I love the small class sizes! So clean and friendly atmosphere!

Was looking to join a new gym and after I tried one class at Spenga, it was so hard not to go back. I love the idea of incorporating spin, strength, and yoga all in one class. I really feel like I can give it my all in each section. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and everything is nice and clean. Plus, I love the way this place smells! Only been going for a few days and I can’t wait for more!

Had an awesome workout at Spenga Boca Raton this weekend! Brian, Sam, and the whole team were super welcoming and helpful in all aspects of getting us started. This is a fun class, great mix up with 20mins of bike, weights and then yoga! I love the music and the trainers and staff are very nice!! It’s kept clean they’re separating everyone unless you’re married or together. Thank you!!! It’s been a motivating Experience.

I can’t say enough great things about SPENGA in Boca Raton! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and inspire you to push your limits, but make the workout your own too. I am a snow bird and signed up for 3 months. Brian has such a kind, positive spirit! His staff is second to none. The sessions are as difficult or easy as you want. I get more out of an hour session at SPENGA Boca than two hours at a conventional gym. This is Bocas best kept secret, but not for long. My unlimited membership is worth every penny. You get what you pay for! Thank you for offering so many classes with such top notch instructors ❣️

Great, unique workout. All in one hour. I was in Boca on business and looking for a place to workout and found the Spenga studio. The 20 minute spin workout to start you got the heart rate really moving. The next 20 minutes are spent on strength and really hit the focus areas well (I was sore the next day). Finishing off with 20 minutes of yoga was perfect. Before I knew it the hour was over and I felt great, like Id really accomplished something. Im going to look for a studio near me and definitely stop into the one in Boca next time Im in town.

Super clean in these pandemic times. Feel completely safe while working out. Nice people who are overly courteous.

Unfairly charges me a membership feeWatch your credit card information and offers that they don’t stand by.Brian you can spin the story however you choose, but the whole situation was unfair. I came with 3 friends and all 3 of them were able to cancel after only paying one month. That was the Founders deal at the time. But, when I wanted to cancel I was told that I couldn’t and was able to freeze the account and avoid that month’s charge. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON the account was frozen. I should have been able to cancel like the other 3 members I signed up with. The next day, after I naively froze the account, I called and explained to your manager that I really didn’t want to freeze it; I just wanted to cancel like the my other 3 friends. She then said I would be able to cancel and not be charged. But unfortunately, it was never done on your side. You can check for yourself. The other 3 were charged for ONE month. Why, if we signed together, was I NOT honored that. I even forwarded the offers to you. YOU DID NOT hold to the offer and you DID charge me when I was told I would NOT be charged. Please don’t try to re-write the truth !!!!Attached is the offer that myself and 3 others signed up with. SPENGA did nothing in good faith.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hydro-loungers are a must after a workout. Plenty of equipment to keep everyone busy. The 30 minute circuit really gets the heart racing.

If you want to get the most incredible workout and have fun, join Spenga! You can do anything for 20mins.

In the wonderful facility with highly professional coaching, it’s so fun working out there- Pumping up heart on the bike, toning muscles with weights and TRX, and then full Yoga stretching on the floor. An hour passes by so quickly. The instructor seems to be equally, highly-experienced in all three.

Unique program partially because they include yoga at the end of their block of supervised exercises. Facility is brand new and kept very clean, trainers are experienced and vigilant, and staff is attentive and pleasant. Best “group directed” fitness facility in Boca/Delray area.

I love spenga I have been going since the studio opened. Its the perfect workout combination of spin, strength and yoga. I always burn around 425-550 calories and feel amazing at the end of the class. The instructors are FANTASTIC at leading the class and making sure everyone is inin the right form. It is the first time Ive truly enjoyed going to a workout class, and anyone who knows me can attest to that. The classes dont have wait lists like some group class studios do, so you dont have to fight to the race when selecting your weeks classes. Always parking available, bathrooms are clean, studio smells awesome and everyone is super friendly.
