Ive been going to barre3 for the last 7 months and have had the best time there. The exercises are so much fun with a perfect balance between cardio and strength. The instructors are all amazing and bring so much positive energy to the workout. This is the cleanest exercise studio Ive ever seen. Everyone is super nice and youll make great friends there. They have had so many fun special events, such as outdoor classes and a glow party class. The lavender towel they give you at the end of class is the perfect ending to an amazing workout!

I have been taking Barre3 classes for almost a year, and it has changed my life for the better! I feel stronger and more confident than ever before. The instructors are very supportive and strive to make the workout best for each individual. I highly recommend taking a class at Barre3. You will be hooked!

Im actually from Oregon and belong to Barre3 Orenco Station, but visited this studio virtually since I had heard great things about their classes from someone on Instagram. I took Rachel for my first livestream class and it was wonderful. She was great with modifications and was creative with using the band (Barre3 prop) for our working postures. I also loved her playlist. If I lived in Boca Raton, this would definitely be my studio!

I’ve been using the livestream option for this studio and loving it! The workouts are fun and challenging, the instructors are motivating, and the music is awesome. I can’t wait to be able to get into the studio in person!

Have really enjoyed being able to the barre3 LIVESTREAM classes at 6:30 am before work. Besides having that extra zip in my step on Wednesday and Friday after class, barre3 has helped keep me in shape during these crazy times.
