I recently started going to Evolution Fitness and was so nervous because I’m a beginner in the gym world. Best gym ever! I have been going to this gym on and off for years. Every time I return from a hiatus they alway welcome me back with open arms. The classes are intense, but they alway provide an alternative exercise for beginners or people with injuries. All the trainers are super kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. They always make sure you have the right form for each exercise, suggest recovery methods and they even offer nutrition classes. I highly recommend trying out this gym.

Evolution fitness is one of the best group based fitness gyms around the Boca Raton area. The gym staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful for all levels of fitness. Most of their group classes are outdoors, socially distanced, and they keep the entire facility super clean. The classes are interesting, include both strength and cardio, and their programs really work. I have been a member for the past 5 months and my overall fitness has improved tremendously as a result of their programs. They also offer 1:1 personal training and they periodically run the “evolution challenge” - which is an 8 week intensive program that also includes nutrition guidance and access to a private Facebook group. The members are also very friendly no matter what your fitness level. Definitely worth checking out if you are just starting to get into fitness or even if you are an experienced athlete. The company is veteran owned and also gives back quite a bit to the community.

My husband and I have been here for months now, not only is the gym a comfortable environment, but the staff is warm and welcoming. Our trainer Matt is extremely knowledgeable about everything, I have back issues that have improved since working with him. We do the Bemer bed and stretching before every work out and he takes the time and really cares about our well being. He is fun, and energetic so we don’t even realize we are working out sometimes! I would highly recommend this gym since I am not a fan of most gyms!

I have always been on and off from my gym schedules because of all the different places i tried, before joining Evolution. Now I try my best to make it atleast 3 to 4 times a week. Wade(the owner) says 2 things that I love: 1. it only takes a 2.9% of our time that we would be spending for OURSELVES, if we can make it for 4 days a week. 2. If we can work hard for someone/something else for 8 hours a day, we can always work for one hour for ourselves/for our health. Everyone here works hard to make us look and feel better. The classes are challenging, the trainers are always correcting your forms.. Now i am sore in the right places and not suffering in pain. Matts stretching sessions are really helpful. This a one stop place for all your fitness needs. This is not a gym, but a Community, of all good, motivating people.

Great workout with a large crowd of nice people.Only weakness is the outdoor working out... it gets really hot in Boca, and I think that I was more tired because of the heat than the actual movements (I went there at the end of summer).Coach was great, very pleasant and seemed to know his stuff pretty well.

Ive been a member of Evolution Fitness now for the past 18 months. You could go on and on to explain what sets this gym apart from the other local gyms in West Boca. From the top on down Wade, the owner, sets a great example for his members and his employees. He is an approachable owner which is a key selling point for a local business you want to support, oh yeah he is a Veteran as well. My fear when joining a gym was being intimidated by its members and employees, Evo does the exact opposite. Its a family atmosphere, the members care for each other, look out for each other, and have become friends to my family. Wades team is also WORLD CLASS. They take their jobs seriously, are approachable, and are completely engaged with you and your goals. The most experience Ive had is with Matthew. Over the last 18 months Matt has become a friend and someone I can lean on for everything health related. He cares, hes focused, and he follows up.If youre looking for a new gym, I highly suggest you try Evolution Fitness on a trial basis to see what theyre all about, you wont be disappointed.

Full body workouts in their boot camp. What I like about this place compared to crossfits is that they take the time to do a complete warm-up. Definitely helps prevent injuries at all levels. This is the kind of place that when she get in the flow you can stick with it, which is important! Instructors are very nice and helpful.

I joined EVO a little over a year ago and I have never been happier! At first it was a little intimidating but after a few days I felt right at home. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts are always challenging and let you work at your own level and pace. I love exercising outside and its great that there are several time options throughout the day to attend class. This is my favorite gym in Boca for a great workout! Bootcamp-style group fitness classes out in the parking lot are a blast.Pros: The instructors are great at designing fun, challenging classes. Exercises that use a variety of equipment like sledgehammers, monster truck tires, sleds, and battle ropes will have you feeling like a badass. Trainers are comfortable working with all skill levels. Good variety of class times to fit your schedule. Other members are friendly and inviting which makes for a motivating environment. Personal training and weight-loss challenges are great additions to the classes.Cons: Classes are outside, so it can get hot in the middle of the day. Best time to go is early morning or sunset. (If it rains they move class indoors.)Bottom line: The classes are top-notch, but what makes Evolution special is the amazing staff and welcoming community they cultivated. Look no further to reach your fitness goals.

You know what I love about this place? Ive made so many friends here over the years that I look forward to going to the gym. The classes are designed for everyone. It doesnt matter if you are 18 and in incredible shape or 65 and everything hurts... You can do class and feel great about yourself.

I’ve been going to Evo for a little over 2 years. When I started I Weighed 260 lbs, had horrible lung issues, and a messed up left shoulder. Through working with the trainers and the awesome group classes I have dropped 40lbs while putting on muscle mass, greatly improved my lung function and now have full movement in my shoulder. Their hands on and caring approach to all of their members sets them above and beyond the competition. I started Evolution Fitness 10 years ago and fell in love with the classes that had a challenging and dynamic aspect to them.  The longer I stayed, the more I felt like family and eventually became a trainer/instructor through the support of Wade Waddick.  I encourage this family atmosphere by learning everyones name and acknowledging them on their effort and lack there of because a family cares about each other and what they want to accomplish.  I wouldnt be where I am without that philosophy.  Sometimes you just want to go where everybody knows your name.  Boom!  that just happened.
