Hiit 56 is an incredible workout and studio with great members and trainers! Each workout is uniquely designed and never repetitive! Allowing the workouts to be fresh, fun and challenging so you don’t plateau or lost interest! As for the trainers, they are amazing! Very fun, energetic, knowledgeable and supportive! Definitely recommend!

DO NOT GO IF WANT TO BE COVID SAFE!! I booked a class online that indicated this was an outdoor class. When I arrived at the gym, all the equipment was set up indoors and nobody was wearing a mask. Since I was THE ONLY person (including the instructor) that was wearing a mask I left.

Hiit56 is by far the best workout experience I have had that has also shown the best results! The workouts are challanging and fun with straigtht forward moves usings weights, bands and a multi functional machine. I easily burn 450+ calories each class while bulding lean musxle. The family like atmosphere is special & something you wont find at Orange Theory or La Fitness. Love HIit56!

Great group circuit training. Owner and trainers are so great. Very comfortable atmosphere with all levels training. Workouts are tailored to your level of fitness. Love this gym and atmosphere!

The training was good. The owners attitude was rude. I asked the girl in charge before the class if the first class is free and she said yes. But they hit us with a $40 bill anyway afterwards.Me and my boyfriend told them casually that we just escaped from the Hurricane in Puerto Rico and we are stranded now in Florida and they were very sorry. The instructor actually kept on saying how sorry she is and that they want to help and so on. Actually this class was such a positive thing after the Hurricane escape and we felt so good working out.After the class they hit us with $40 charge for the two of us because we are not local and the free class is only for local people. I told them we might become locals now that we havent got a home anymore in Puerto Rico and we actually liked the class and planned to come back, its also near the house we are staying. I found it very rude to hit us with a $40 charge although I explicitly asked if the first one is free. We are not coming back.
