I cannot get over how in love with [solidcore], I am! Not only is the studio amazing, the coaches and workouts are just as incredible! I am officially addicted to the shakes! So happy I gave this class a try. I am now a LIFER!

The energy from the coaches to the intensity of this workout, solidcore is hands-down the best workout community I’ve been lucky to be a part of. Truly fitting to the saying “pilates on steroids” but worth every minute. You won’t be disappointed and your body & mind will change for the better. Highly recommend!

Best workout of your life! Pilates like you never saw before... all coaches are amazing, very clean and organized studio! Convenient hours, they have so many classes 7 days a week, 365 days a year.I did pilates before in different studios, but NOTHING compares to Solid Core. You have to see for yourself!

I highly recommend! Best and most effective workout I have tried. This studio is extremely clean and everyone is so friendly and welcoming, but studio manager Adrianne is the best!

Excellent instructors, workout is intense, fun and effective. I have leaned out out and built muscle mass quickly .with 3-4 days a week. Get going :))

I cant say enough positive things about this Solidcore location, the coaches and the studio manager. I discovered Solidcore in the DC area and I fell in love with the classes. However, when I moved to Florida, the manager and coaches went above and beyond in all possible ways. Thus, despite my love of Solidcore, the team down here in Florida took it to another level. They are just an amazing group! Since Covid, they have went above and beyond to maintain a clean and healthy environment! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

Amazing Killer class Adrianne is a super instructor. Giving each person corrective instructions as well as kudos, motivating you to do more than you thought you could.... Reminding everyone this is only 50 minutes of hard work (which seems like torture at times) if you want to see results thats why you come here! Will be back loved it!

I love this studio. All of the coaches are very helpful and make class fun for every level. The studio is always clean and the environment is super upbeat and fun!

Solid core is amazing! It is a great workout and the trainers are very motivating and help push you through the workout!

Omg! This workout had me dyin’! I loved it. Intense, but you can feel it working. The instructor was highly motivational. I can’t wait to take another class!!
