Members here are friendly and happy. Fabulous customer service. Clean. Great equipment. Great classes and diverse. Everyone is treated as family.A cut above all others. Had a horrible experience at Athletica. Avoid that gym. Palm Beach Gym is devoted to their customers. A real oasis.

For the price this is the right place. I also am apart of the Black Sheep Crossfit (Which is so awesome) Not to crowded and also really friendly people working there. These negative reviews are so out of bounds but thats typical boca people in this town freaking out about nothing.

It used to be home to the Jaco training center ( home of the blackzillians) mma gym. Now it is known as palm beach gym, but its still cool to know that you are training in the same space as legends such as Karmaru Usman, Anthony rumble Johnson and Sugar Rashad evans. Who trained here at one point. And yes I can confirm they still have the same heavy bags and some of the gym equipment that they used as I trained here back then and still do to this day, so I would definitely recommend this place over LA fitness any day, considering its also cheaper.

The gym is amazing loved the machines and stuff they offered; l CrossFit section was nice but we did not like the coaches or the workout. But we were told about upcoming changes to everything so will come back again

They are raising rates on longtime members. There are way too many other gyms around that offer a better experience.

Great gym if you’re looking to be left alone and just lift. They’re not going to pamper you, but they’re extremely fair with membership changes/payments and overall polite and professional. Clean facility and the members are nice enough. Definitely recommend

I went here on a small visit to Boca Raton this past weekend and was greeted by Bob. Immediately I asked if I could try it out for a day because I was only in for a short visit, and he buzzed me in for the remainder of the day (Sunday). The gym is packed with tons of goodies, a boxing part, a cross-fit part, and a cycling room! It has everything you could want, and a very old school type of vibe which I love. The sanitation stations are EVERYWHERE, and I love it because I sweat like a grease-monkey. It helps because you dont have to scour for spray or paper towels. The gym is very clean and the people are friendly. I would recommend this place over and over.

Very nice gym and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. Also after the covid-19 pandemic nonsense they gave you the choice of wearing a mask they did not make it mandatory which was nice to see. If theres one positive thing post covid-19 it looks like everybody is cleaning all the machines after each use. I would visit again

First impressions are important and I felt welcomed here! Dawna offered me a weeks guest pass to try before I joined. There was no pressure unlike some other gyms. After attending their excellent classes, using the machines and getting familiar I felt totally comfortable joining this club! Now enjoying every visit!

Great gym.

Everyone was friendly enough but not very communicative. Seems like they only care about charging you then you’re on your own. Machines need Updating. Customer service was less than average. Bathrooms okay. WiFi shotty. I came here with a friend and I didn’t get the “welcome it’s your first time let me show you around” that I was expecting compared to Other gyms I’ve been to.

I live in Palm Beach Gardens but I spend every other weekend in Delray so I signed up for a gym member ship here for those weekends and I was blown away by how nice it is. I wish I could make this my every day gym. State of the art and well maintained equipment and lots of it as well. I also cant even go to my regular gym at peek hours because it is so busy but I went Saturday morning at 9AM which would be a madhouse at my regular gym but at Palm Beach Gym I didnt have to wait for any equipment. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area.

WHO are these people that complain bout staffers harassing them etc etc... ??Ive been going here for two years and everyone is waaaaay chill and laid back and pleasant. Maybe these complaints come from people who go through their lives peeing vinegar and expect everybody to bow down to their overly entitled snowflake Boca Raton mentalities.If you go in with a humble attitude and be gracious and have good energy then you will find like minded people. .. .These people need to get a life. My only wish is that this gym would get HEAVIER Heavy Bags to suspend from the ceiling beams. Other than that, what do you expect for thirty bucks a month??😎.

Its okay. Music is good. Staff inconsistent on details. One day Im charged, the next Im not. Weekend guy is professional and welcoming.

Customer service pretty bad, it doesn’t exist in this falling apart gym.

I was at the front desk making a complain about the lack of benchmarks for the body pump class while the front desk employees was lounging and grinning . At that point ,I addressed the unprofessional attitude of an employee to her manager who continued to laugh about the situation. She refused to disclose her name. I suggest that the company hires people that are able to behave professionally. Sadly, I have been a member since 2002 and went through different transactions but now thinking that my loyalty should change.Upon me leaving she continued to laugh stating that she has no problems with anyone and gets compliments all the time.

Was a member for multiple years but only because it was usually dead and you could easily use any machines you want. It was great if you just went in and kept your head down but it’s also on the other side of the coin one of the most unprofessional gyms I’ve been to. It’s one of those gyms that’s fine until you have to deal with staff, they are rude, condescending and will make sure you do not feel welcome if you lodge any complaint whatsoever instead of treating you like a customer that you are. Not just make sure, but go out of their way to treat you horribly after showing any disapproval. The guy on the weekend at the front desk is great but the rest are half awake and don’t pay attention to anything, the bathrooms are disgusting. I would never use a shower there without wearing full shower shoes and the sink is always slimy and grimy. For the cost, I’m not expecting much but when their brown streaks in the shower and the toilets are constantly disgusting, you’d think they’d find someone to clean and wonder how often they clean anything else there. Anyways, there are multiple gyms in the area I would recommend in a heart beat over this place. A youfit or planet fitness will at least clean, here I feel like I’m going to get ring worm.

Everyone is helpful and personable when you walk into the front door . If a machine is preoccupied, people are willing to share at times. Great environment to workout in.

I was a member for years, put my account on hold as I would be gone for a year. When I went to re-activate my membership, I was told I had to pay the sign up fee, then they were doing me a favor by only charging me half. After years of being a member and referring family + friends, this is ridiculous!!

Amazing facility, classes all day, great knowledgeable instructors. Kid, women and family friendly as well as a great facility for men looking to become Mma fighters. Day care is a great perk and free for members. Bring the family and train!

Best people in Boca area work out at the Palm Beach gym

Great Gym, whether you are experienced or at the beginning stages of training, these guys know what they are doing. Highly recommended to try them out. Great Staff!

I feel violated from the rudeness of certain staff members. Let’s just say it’s not a safe space. The lady with the fake lips is very rude and almost just as hard to look at.

New training facility is very small! would not pay 150$ a month for such training plus they get you in a contract where you pay 150$ deposit but they dont return it back to you... really not pleased with this gym

I’m only visiting the area for a couple weeks, so I called several gyms in east boca. No one was as helpful or friendly as Palm Beach Gym.I worked with Dawn to sign up for a short term membership, she was awesome. The machines are pretty diverse (I’m used to a huge gym back home at I still felt I could do my regular routines), facility was clean, and it seems like there’s a wide selection of classes offered. Also the location is super convenient for easy boca/Delray.

Love this gym- its always kept clean, employees are friendly and things get fixed if they break (my last gym left stuff broken forever). Only recommendations would be to stay open later and cut space out of the crossfit room (which is almost always empty) so there could be more cable machines and the weights wouldnt be on top of eachother.

We are a new couple to the gym since may. Very close to home and we like it so far. My only complaint is In regards to a very few people who bother you while you are trying to work out. You cant lay claim on a machine that you walk away from for several minutes. To talk to your buddies or use another machine and then when someone who pays just like you do comes to use the machine you say oh i was using that. Guess what i am going to use it. Management at the gym has told me once you leave a machine its fair game. I watched a machine vacant for 20 min during my work out and as soon as i go to use it some guy asked to work out with me i declined i am using it now he got mad . Then another time a rude old lady came up and demanded how long i was going to be. I just got on the machine only did one set of ten. I politely said i am not sure i just got on. She proceeds to tell me that is not what i asked you and that i am being ignorant because i dont know gym etiquette. I told her i am not bothering her during her work out do not bother me. Management was notified. I was told she was an independent trainor not an employee and this was not the first time someone has complained about her. So do whats right for the customer you have cameras. Put clear rules visible to your clients about machines and personal space. Let paying customers work out. They also said i could stay on the machine as long as i like til i am done . Everyone’s work out is different. So in a short time these are the issues. So instead of working out stress before work now i have stress going to the gym because i dont want to be bothered. I dont want to work out with anyone. I just want to find a machine no one is on and get in shape. I have limited time . Eventually i want a personal trainor and more but we are considering changing gyms if we cant work out in peace. Maybe management will read this and care maybe not but i know other people have the same issues . I post both good and bad reviews and i read them when making decisions where to spend my hard earned money. Thank you

Awesome gym! I am active duty military and travel everywhere and this place allowed me to try their gym for a week while every other gym required local residency and charged ridiculous prices from 40-60$

Hybrid, says it all. You would need 3 separate memberships to get everything you can get here at Jaco. Weights, cardio, cross fit, classes. Not to mention a full MMA schedule with grappling and striking. If youre an MMA fan that is a bonus. Often times professional fighters join in, or teach the classes. Great for all ages. Cant think of anything I dislike about this gym, except for the fact that there arent more of them.

I developed a terrible pubic infection from the stress of going to this gym. Some of the staff harassed my children at the gym. The lady with the fish lips and the melting forehead told me I would never amount to anything in life.

This training facility is a great place to train kickboxing, jiujitsu, mma and crossfit. They are constantly evolving and adding new equipment. The equipment seems real cutting edge.The instruction is top notch. The instructors create a very welcoming environment. You will notice improvements very quickly.Pro athletes walk around this place on a regular basis. If youre a UFC fan, you are essentially training amongst many of the Blackzilian fighters. Really cool.

Amazing training here. If your looking for muay thai, jiujitsu and mma training in South Florida, this is the place to go. The instruction is great, the facility is impressive. They invest in a lot of top of the line strength and conditioning equipment which I appreciate. Its also pretty cool to train amongst the talent on the Blackzilians team.

Im shocked by the comments that say this training center is a little small! 25,000 sq ft. training facility is small?!?!? If youre interested in training Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, or MMA this is the place to go! Ive never been able to use one gym for all of my fitness needs until now. They have state of the art weight training section, circuit training areas, a full crossfit gym and classes for all of your fitness needs as well! From the front desk girls to the world class instructors, everyone at Jaco is awesome! Its pretty hard to not give your workout 110% when youre surrounded by professional athletes. This is a phenomenal dojo and I cant say enough good things about it. Stop by and try it out, trust me you will love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
