Trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. I prefer this format and style to the traditional Pilates I was taking prior. Always a challenging workout and my core is stronger and abs flat (like they used to be) after only two weeks of classes. Thank you so much!

Valentin and Linda are amazing instructors! They challenge you and make you break a sweat! The best part is you can continue to challenge yourself with these classes and you will never be stagnant! Highly recommend!

The studio is beautiful, great team, brand new equipment. Just love the atmosphere you come in and feel like you are welcome

Absolutely loved this studio. I am relocating the the DC area and was wishing there was one near me! Clients and Instructors were so helpful and genuinely kind. Classes were small which made sure each person was doing each exercise correctly! I loved it, if I was staying in the area I would join in a heartbeat. Thank you :)

Bad class never offered us a place to lock up our keys or phones. Never offered us towels. Never even showed us where the bathrooms were. Instructor was annoyed that I had an injury and he would have to modify things for me. Instructor didn’t participate at all just looked at his phone and shouted out 30 seconds. 15 seconds. There were only 4 people in the class and he didn’t even come around and show us the proper stances for the different stations. Overpriced boutique place. Not worth it. Stick to working out at established places where instructors actually care about the clients and are happy to make adjustments and modifications for injuries. Save your money. Find somewhere else.

I wrote this email to the studio a few days ago and never had a response....Hi, I took 2 classes at your studio last week. The total body class I took with Eva was great - she was professional and the class was challenging. I took a second class on Saturday at 10:30 with Sherri. While she seemed like a nice woman, her constant use of her cell phone, checking on her son and whether or not he found his shirt, was completely unprofessional. She seemed disorganized, unfamiliar with the equipment and preoccupied. As a teacher myself, I found the cell phone particularly unprofessional. It is her job and she should be focused on her class - thats it! The phone should be away somewhere - I felt like she was one of my high school students that cant stop checking their phone and texting. Even after class, while we were cleaning the equipment and putting things away, she was on her phone.I wouldnt return to the studio or recommend it for that reason. I was able to use my Groupon 2x so I only paid the 18 dollar fee and an additional 4.50 - which Im not sure what that was for but regardless, I would have demanded my money back had I paid the 30 dollar drop in price.Just thought you might want the feedback.Thank you

Such a beautiful experience! Have never been to a studio like this before. The instructors are encouraging, energetic and extremely knowledgeable! (I just can’t wait till they open a studio closer to me 😅)

Absolutely amazing! I have been going for a month now. I used to have a personal trainer at LA Fitness and I went to Youfit. Then I found FITSPACE on Groupon. I bought the Groupon (5x classes) and extended to a monthly membership. Teachers are always here for you to do your best - they are focusing on each individuals. If you can’t do one of the exercice they will give you another exercice that works the same muscles. I like all the classes but my favorite are Sherry’s classes. Her Pilates and total body classes are simply amazing! She is always on top, making sure everyone is good and she has a great positive attitude and energy. If you want to try one class, I would recommend her class.
