I am visiting from NY and was looking to train at a world class facility. I was impressed with this place, great vibes and great equipment. The people and staff were wll friendly. A great place to train. Recommended

Great gym. All the equipment youll ever need and more than enough quantity and space to get things done and be in and out without delays.

By far the most phenomenal gym I have trained at in the South Florida area. Lots of pro level athletes training around you which adds crazy energy and motivation. Facility is filled with imported, state of the art machines I guarantee you will not find at any other gym, like the standing chest press. Staff is super welcoming and inviting, members are very communal, respectful and friendly which is awesome. So stoked to have found this gym, my new home!

Awesome gym but not enough space. Its also not powerlifter friendly. Not enough room on platforms to do cleans/jerks/snatches. Besides thats 10/10.

This place is the best gym I ever been, and I’ve been imin several different gyms nothing like this one, right energy, great music, actually the only place that I can forgot my headphones and train in peace, LOL, important detail if you like music. Thanks redcon1

Never been to this gym but today on the 20th anniversary of 9/11, I rearranged my entire work schedule to participate in their 5k after work. According to the receptionist at the gym the run was hosted this morning (AM not PM) and there was a typo on the Redcon1 Foundation site. This is a disgusting disgrace and not the day or year to be making “typos”. As folks look for 9/11 activities to participate in I wish I hadn’t trusted this gym with my time. What a waste of this day.

Great equipment, trainers and atmosphere. I really enjoy working out here. Everyone is very motivated in reaching their goals which encourages me.

A brand new experience for me! I was suggested to visit this place by my coach in Bay Area, California. They offered to me a day to try out the gym when I offered to pay for day trial; there were no furthee questions asked, no time taken out for formalities check with member accounts person, no pressure, none.. Staff is super nice and helpful all the while. And the gym itself looks like a trendy club or lounge more than a gym! If you love it, - great 😃, and if you dont love it, and I cant imagine it personally, but no one asks you any questions, no one takes offense. You get in, sign guest waver, get out. And if you feel extra nice, you can tell the front desk about your amazing experience on the exit ☺️ and that you are definitely joining once you move here 😝♥️☝️. Feel cold fans. The fans make it to cold to train. The owner was very RUDE when I brought this up. Ultimately I decided to cancel my membership but before I could, the owner AARON SINGERMAN revoked my membership saying he didnt want to be associated with people like me.Ive never felt so disrespected in my entire life! Its times like these I wish I had a legion of adoring fans on the internet to help me out!!!TERRIBLE!!!

Horrible gym overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Staff is very unfriendly and the girls there give off a nasty vibe, sorta like a weird energy. Hygiene is at its worst and there’s snot and sweat on every machine, a place for covid-19 breeding. The CEO is a lawsuit maniac so if you break a rule your bound for getting your membership revoked and even a lawsuit! The staff is also against the LGBT community so that reflects everything you need to know about this horrible gym, STAY AWAY.

One customer unpacked a Mr. Potts protein cookie. The staff saw it and revoked his membership for promoting products from competitors.He went to the changing room while eating the whole cookie. He released the onset diarrhea all over the floor and only partly into the toilet.The staff didnt care to clean up and told me it just needs mopped. It was still visible the next day unfortunately.

Fantastic workout experienceFrom staff to equipment to lighting to music.....all fantastic.Sensory overload. If you cant get a good workout at Redcon1....then it cant be done.Ill make a trip to Boca just to workout!

I was training at this establishment, when the owner came up to me and tried to sell me his supplements. I politely told him no, and that I am a natural lifter, after which he started getting closer to me saying it got hair on it. Very unprofessional and not appropriate behavior.

Me and my friends were told we arnt welcome here before ever coming. The owner is a real head case. He’s currently in some legal trouble and the stress must be getting to his head.

Buddy of mine brought me here today now that gyms are finally open again! Got to say was really impressed! Bruce and Gabe are really on top of their game. You can tell these guys really have a passion for this gym, by just talking to them about it, and their plans for the future!As it stands this is one of the better gyms Ive seen if youre serious about lifting. Awesome equipment, and really cool atmosphere. Really easy to get on the machine you want too.Id definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area who takes their personal health, and fitness seriously. Ill be back.

Best gym in south Florida. I drive 45 minutes just to train here. Staff is very welcoming from the moment you walk in. Lots of equipment, especially higher end, and very clean. Staff is walking around every minute maintaining cleanliness. Staff is very knowledgeable about supplements and equipment and theyre eager to help with any questions, and even give out samples. Highly recommend!

Unlike any other gym in south Florida. High energy and positive atmosphere, very friendly members and staff. You will find unique equipment at this facility that you cannot find at your standard gym. Tons of squat racks and benches; not an issue to find one thats open.

This gym has everything you need if you are serious about working out, and meeting and achieving your goals. Spacious, clean, and not croweded.

This gym is on another level! From the minute I walked in I felt the vibe. Brenda welcomed me with a beautiful smile and showed me everything this awesome place has to offer. If you are serious about your fitness, joining this gym is a no brainer!

My friend walked in and was accosted verbally by a very rude female member of staff, she loudly exclaimed that He was giving her “weird energy” and asked him to leave. Very unprofessional.

Awesome! Very unique and RARE equipment. Body building based gym , and the other attendees are very motivating to be around , friendly, and not intimidating like I thought it might be. A trainer who wasnt with anyone at the moment was kind enough to take the time to show me a few machines I never used. She was so sweet & she spent a good 10/15 minutes showing me around.Go here if you want a change and a positive pump of motivation!!!

Front desk girls are very rude. Staff have bad manners, music too loud, over crowded, gym always dirty, never clean. The worst cleanliness in Boca.

Im impressed. All things considered, Its probably the best gym Ive ever been to. The diversity and quality of the equipment is incredible, and the place is kept clean. The customer service is great as well. My first day there I had 3-4 employees introduce themselves to me and ask if they could help in any way. You can tell that people on staff enjoy being a part of the brand. The same can be said for the people who train here. Its a cool place with a good vibe. I highly recommend it to people who are serious about training.

Very uncomfortable gym unfortunately, the staff are rude and if you look up the owner Aaron Singerman hes facing jail time, dodgy place would not recommend.

This gym is the place to be. The environment is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and there is always open equipment regardless of the time of day. There is always good music, the facility is always clean, and the equipment is top of the line. 10/10 would recommend!!

Found a flyer for this gym, and decided to check it out. Arrived, and was greeted and given my tour by Gabe. He was awesome, very informative, and friendly. Broke everything down for me with the prices, and even was able to make a great recommendation for some of Redcons supplement products as well. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products as well.Ill definitely be coming back to this gym, and cant wait to check out some of the amazing equipment they have in there!

Best gym in area! The staff are customer service oriented and go out of their way to accommodate. The equipment is top notch. The management team, especially Bruce, continue to make changes to give clients the BEST workout experience. The addition of the Redcon products is a bonus. Highly recommend!

First things first, Im originally from NY so where Im from we have Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym. My first impression was, Amazing presentation, Great atmosphere, I havent gotten a chance to train there yet, but equipment looks legit and I hope I can train there one day. Staff is very nice and its like the members are very respectful of the space. Thats what I think. Many different equipment options which Im used too. I think the Owners hit it out of the park with there Redcon1 Gym.

Loving Redcon1! We made the switch from another gym as this place fits our lifestyle and budget. The equipment is so legit and is a muscle-building playground. Such a great place when you want to improve yourself, inside and out. Seriously, it’s awesome.Don’t even forget about the best kids club where your kids can PLAY while you get in a few hours of PUMP IN PEACE! Mrs. Kim and Ody are such a godsend watching over our soon-to-be 2-yo daughter! Every time we pick her up, she’s bursting with excitement from having so much fun. Couldn’t ask for a better way to start the day. Thanks Redcon1!!

Not one for writing reviews but this must be said: Ive been coming here for weeks because of the atmosphere (its a great gym). But, not without my hand sanitizer. Equipment is never wiped down by maintenance (Ive seen the same fluid/sweat stain on the plank crunch machine for weeks. Gross, I know). There are NEVER wipes for before/after machine usage.Im not a germaphobe, but as a man with fairly good hygiene, Ive had my patience tested more than I care to admit. At least get wipes so I can clean it myself. At $40 / month, you guys can do better.To give credit where its due: floors and bathrooms are usually clean.

Rude staff and dirty locker rooms

Went to the grand opening today and the vibe in this gym is crazy! If you want motivation, caring staff, a clean facility, and the chance to train with pro’s then this is the gym for you! If it was located closer to me I’d definitely get a membership!

After changing ownership,, they experienced “a few bumps”, but now they’ve figured it out and have really gotten it back to being Bocas most beautiful gym. The staff is extremely helpful and shows willingness to assist any way they can. The equipment is superior to other gyms and the convenience of the juice bar, fully stocked & upscale locker rooms, child care, infrared sauna and much more make RedCon1 Gym outstanding!!!!!!!!!!

Not worth the $60 for a gym. Better of going to lifetime fitness for that amount. If I’m going to pay that for a gym, I’d pay for better amenities at lifetime. Plus it’s not a homely gym feeling. Just feels like steroid central...

Came for a day pass, and it was super dead which was nice. But then the weights were just scattered everywhere. Front desk was just sitting on their phones doing nothing. I know there are signs saying re rack weights but not everyone has a brain.... Not worth the $60 membership. I’d rather go to lifetime for that amount.

So it’s basically trainer space with a Redcon1 logo on it. Nothing original here. It’s a cool gym but getting a 1 Star for unoriginality. Don’t lie to people saying you created it. You bought it and put your name on it....

Awesome gym, plenty of weights and different kinds of unique equipment.

Overall the Atmosphere feels like an actual gym and people are there to workout. There’s people that will help you get the results you want and help you better yourself. I like all the different types of equipment they have then the typical stuff other gyms have. Thanks again Redcon1 for opening a real gym in PBC.

Best gym in SFL! Ive been coming here since about 2 weeks before their grand opening. This gym totally helped me get my groove back and Im actually excited to wake up in the morning and go (which says alot, Im NOT a morning person) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was a big fan of Trainerspace, but the new gym is terrible. I can appreciate some of the new (used but new to this gym) equipment, however everything is a mess, the equipment is too close together and poorly organized. I have banged my leg a few times on machines. Every day they are out of gym wipes on 2/5 places. 3 days I a row now with no paper towels in the bathrooms just a roll of towels to use. Gym is far more crowded than it used to be. I dont really enjoy coming here anymore but its convenient and I enjoy my trainer. No one replaces their weights and no one from the Staff is coming around to pick things up which they should, every hour or so, this is what they did at Trainerspace and I can certainly appreciate that more now.

Honestly if you’re looking for a real gym with real equipment then sign up. I canceled my LA fitness membership after one visit to this gym. Real trainers with real ambition to train. Once again Redcon1 goes above and beyond.

Went for the opening. Gym was decent. Just not a fun loving gym vibe. More of a overpriced hey we want your money vibe. $60 a month for some weights. Yeah I’ll pass.

Unfortunately for me and my girlfriend we canceled our memberships cause constantly crazy loud and very heavy music was playing almost every night after 8 pm. You need to use headphones to train there. Staff there not friendly especially management, a lot of dust in the gym, cleaning needs to step up, big time! One day some couple came to train with a dog, it was running around everywhere, no leash. That was very disturbing for all.

Place has really fallen off since sold by Trainerspace. The gym is dirty, always. Weights unracked. Also, for what you pay and how crowded it gets, you can get the same experience at one of the chains. I paid in full for a year because of the proximity to my house but have already joined somewhere else.
