Despite the industrys current low inventory, the dealership had a few 2022 GV70s with different trim options and colors to choose from. Knowledgeable and courteous staff, very reasonable negotiation, and my sales consultant ensured that I had understanding of all the features of my new vehicle prior to leaving the lot.

I come here for my genesis service and every freaking time Nancy at service desk is a class act. She’s amazing and always goes above and beyond. I came in there for an issue and she had me meet the certified repair tech Eric who was also awesome. Finally there is also Mark who Was leaving but stayed behind a bit to help me out. Love this place!!!

I have dealt with this dealership for several years now. I am on my third car from them, including my second Genesis. They have always been phenomenal to deal with. Tracy DeBruzzi is a top-notch sales guy. Hes been easy and pleasant to work with and has made buying both of my Genesiss a breeze! The service department, while not my favorite back in the day, really has had a dramatic turnaround under their current Service Manager, Carleen. Every time I need service on my car, she goes out of her way to assist. I dont dread having service on my car anymore. All around, great service, great sales department! I havent had any hesitation referring anybody to this dealership and they will have my business for years to come.

The whole purchase process was cool until three weeks after the deal was done, when I got a call saying Genesis didn’t pay off the full amount of the truck I traded In and I had to pay out of pocket. If you buy a car from here make sure they pay off your previous vehicle.
