I have severe anxiety and was having a tough day with trying to purchase a new vehicle. I had two people with me to keep my wits about me because having a lot of info thrown at me at once, I have a hard time taking in everything important that I need to remember. I appreciated the kindness and patience shown to me by one employee in particular. Vance greeted me with a kind smile when I walked in and he walked me step by step through everything and probably over explained things to me to help me understand what I was signing and agreeing to. The only problem I had was I went to look at cars to see what I could get into. The salesman showed me a 2014 Ford Fiesta Titanium . We told him we wanted it and kept in touch with him to tell him we would be there. We went to get the car but the car wasnt there. The salesman then told us the car had been sold while he was off. Very disappointed. I really didnt like the car at first but it grew on me and when you keep in touch with the sales person and he knew we wanted the car. I feel that he could of held the car or told us to put a deposit down on it to hold it. I am on disability and was waiting a few days to get paid and explained that to him. He never said someone else was interested in the car or put a deposit down on it to hold it. We had to settle for a 2014 Ford Focus which is dirty inside .Seats are stained and the passengers window wont roll down with the passengers control but will with the drivers control. I had to settle for this car because my car was on its last leg. I feel like they should fix the window control and try to get the seats alittle cleaner for what I am paying for this car. I have bought in the passed and was always pleased. I would really like to have a Ford Fiesta Titanium. Very disappointed.

Steve was the salesman. He was wonderful to work with! He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He treated me like a valuable customer even before I was approved or had decided to purchase a vehicle. He asked several times if I had questions. The financial associate who helped me was a gentleman named Jeremy. He was very nice as well. He listened closely to everything I said. He was ran my numbers three or four times to show me what my payments would be depending on the amount I put down plus my trade in for my old car, which he was able to get a good price for. He also explained everything in great detail and didnt make me feel pressured to buy at any time. Both associates explained how the loan process would help my credit and made it about so much more than buying a vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I have been customers for quite sometime. At least 5 years. We recently had gotten a new (to us ) car for the second or 3rd time. I will start by saying I never had any issue with the cars we have bought. Never had any issue with any of the employees everyone was always understanding and always nice and professional. Then this past weekend we had no option but to take our car back due to some pretty high medical bills (which will happen when you have a medical condition that the doctors cant figure out) So we decided financially it would be best. Things happen right Life happens. So everything is going smoothly we are signing paper work get it all taken care of and drop the car off. Well as Im sitting in the car and my husband is getting the remaining items out of the car we just returned. I look up and see Vance standing at the door with the most disgusted and angry look on his face, shaking his head. I roll my window down and smile at him to see if he going to say anything and all I hear him say is Seriously!!!. still looking at me with disgust and still shaking his head. This is and was the most unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude act I have ever seen when dealing with this business. I for one have been trying to contact a supervisor and have had not luck finding a phone number. I am also going to attempt at contacting corporate because this is something that NEVER should have taken place. IF your going to have trophies and stuff in your office showing that your a great employee or whatever. You most certainly shouldnt do that or treat people like this EVER!!!! I am completely angry and offended that he did it in the first place. Seriously to get up from your desk and walk out side to quietly shame your client for doing something they need to do or end up in a worse financial situation!!!!! He doesnt know my situation, he didnt ask questions, just stood there being rude and hateful and unprofessional. I hope he gets in trouble for this.

As a car salesman, I am ashamed I ever set foot in this establishment. They tried to sell me two cars that had obvious electrical engine and electrical issues. They price cars far above Kelly blue book, true car, or anything above fair market price. The interest rates can be so high they rival credit cards. Ive seen interest from here as high as 21%. They also dont really check vehicles before selling them. They are more than content to roll a car off the lot with tires cracked and ready to go flat.Once they have you on a contract, you are no longer of interest. For the love of God, use every other possible option including carpooling before you go here. If you do come here, bring an educated friend and be prepared to call them out on bullshit. Places like this give car sales a bad name.

No idea how they have such high ratings on here. Ive never heard anything good about this place. Bought a 2007 Accord here with a little over 100k. After 3 months Id put over $1000 into basic maintenance (tires, battery, brakes etc). If it had a timing belt Im sure Id have to replace that too. Cant imagine how people manage with high mileage, lower quality cars from this place if an Accord was sold in this condition. Glad my credit is on the rise cause Im gonna refinance or roll over into a new car loan so I dont have to deal with the myriad of problems brought on by this purchase.
