Utterly useless. They rent all their trucks to the Forest service for an undetermined amount of time and cant rent you anything bigger than a 1/2 ton. Theyll put you on their wait list, but you better not hold your breath..

I cant say enough about the wonderful experience we had with Enterprise. From start to finish we were provided excellent customer service as well as a reliable, well maintained vehicle for our move. We needed a 15 foot box truck to pick up furniture from Eugene. The truck had low miles, cruise control and was very clean. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Im from out of town and my truck broke down and I contacted this branch and Alex the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, he responded to all my emails and questions right away I never had to sit around and when I picked up the truck he was very courteous and helpful, if it wasn’t for Enterprise I don’t know what I would of done
