I just had to write! I usually do not take the time out of my day to do this... but the experience I had with technician Sydney was wonderful. She answered all my questions, and was so kind to both me and my husband. She ensured we were both fully “in the know” about what she would do and how the treatment would work. She was quick, polite, and efficient. Highly recommended! :)

Great service, they listen and do the best anyone could ask for to help solve any issues needed. Very polite and professional! We have problems with Ants mostly, we pay for the Quarterly service however have had to call them back several times in between, they respond with no charge. They also leave us traps for inside the home and explain how to use them. Thanks Terminix

Don Gault is my pest control specialist and he is amazing! Totally nice guy, flexible with time and really knowledgeable about his job. He even listens to me babble as I have been isolated for a year due to covid and clearly dont get enough human contact! 😂.However, Don is the only reason I am still with you guys and why I gave 5 stars! I dont know what he makes but give him more money!Your customer service folks need work. Ill get one nice person for every 3 rude people. Last time a woman asked me for my phone number 3 times like she wasnt paying attention. I thought hmmm, did she eat her Saturday morning edibles? I was nice about it though. I asked if there was a different number on file for me or something. She hung up on me! I had to call back, wait forever, then I got Amber who saved the day because I was dealing with ants! Lots of them! She got me scheduled right away and was really apologetic for the last woman.

Always great service but most recently Sydney came to the house on short notice to resolve a problem with ants, She knew what she was doing and was quick to find the source and take care of it. A total professional.

Terminix is a great communicator as a company. My technicians have been uniformly polite, kind and respectful. This last visit, my technician walked down the two flights of stairs to do a perimeter spray, when he saw my dog was in the yard, he walked back up the two flights to knock on my front door to suggest I bring the dog in so he wouldn’t be attracted to the wet application.

Your team is always very courteous and helpful, whether it is on the phone or on property service. They always offer to come back if any pest issues arise between pre-scheduled visits. Overall, we feel our home is safer for the long term with dedicated pest control.

Before Terminex came to our home i was fighting little sugar ants in the kitchen every day. For two days now we have not seen even one! Such a relief!

I am absolutely beside myself with the horrific customer service I have received from the Terminix corporation and their local Portland branch. On Monday, May 11, 2020, I made an appointment for a home inspection for Thursday, May 15, 2020 between 10am-12pm. When I called to check on the technician’s eta at 11:36am, I was informed that the technician had instead put me on his schedule for Monday, May 18, 2020 between 12pm-2pm. At this point I had no recourse but to say “ok” and that I would see them on Monday instead. This was the first occasion that Terminix wasted a huge portion of my work day. Today (Monday, May 18, 2020), I took additional time off work to accommodate my appointment (12pm-2pm). I attempted four different calls to check the technician’s eta and spent over an hour on hold cumulatively and was never once put in direct contact with the local office (on one of the calls I was hung up on after 13 minutes on hold). Neither the technician nor the scheduling supervisor bothered to call me despite the fact that they completely elapsed their time window and now I have wasted 2 work days waiting for a home inspection that never happened. I am absolutely shocked as I have never been treated like this by any company. Shame on you Terminix for having absolutely zero regard for my time and loss of income from taking off work to accommodate your schedule. I am writing this review because I literally have no recourse with the company and cannot even get contacted by the local affiliates. I hope that any person reading this review will learn from my mistakes and never attempt to do business with this outfit. Pure and simple this is disrespect of the highest magnitude and I am genuinely mortified to be treated this way.

One of your drivers almost hit me while I was crossing the street, and then had the nerve to yell at me. Absolutely rude and disgusting.

Terminex is great! They recently came out and removed a giant hornets nest from our yard. Plus they come every few months to spray for ants. They are always prompt coming out and very friendly staff.

Terrible communication. I was given four different time slots for my initial exclusion, and had to make multiple unnecessary trips to the property, taking time off work. When scheduling my follow-up appointment I never got a call back. After calling to confirm the appointment, the time slot allotted was not the time slot when I said I was available, so I will have to take time off work again. VERY disappointed in this companys communication. Also, they are very expensive. I recommend shopping around for a better price.Service technicians who came out were friendly. Will have to wait and see if the rats disappear or not.**update**The follow-up appointment was scheduled for today from 10am-noon. The technician never showed up. Changing my review from 2 stars to one. Save yourself the headache. Use a different service.

Terminix is reliable and consistent. If I have issues in between visits, I can count on them to come out and address them. They are also flexible and work with my schedule. Most of the time I just need the outside of my home sprayed to prevent bugs, ants, spiders, etc and this can be done anytime. However, there are the occasional times when we have need for the inside of the house to be sprayed and I can setup a time thats convenient for me to have the technician come out and spray. Really great service. Highly recommend.

Thanks to Terminix my carpenter ant problem that happens every year has gone away. I don’t have to worry about spiders either and they even helped me figure out how I can get rid of my bats. I appreciate the way I have been treated by the man who does the service and I no longer have to try to find or store chemicals that will do the job. I also like getting a text with the service provider’s phone and ETA.

Technicians are on time, friendly, professional and really know their business.Terminix has a great reputation.I’ve tried at least 5 other competitors and finally have Terminix.Terminix Technicans must be treated very well, because they stay with Terminix for years.

David is our bug guy and has been for years and a couple of addresses . He ALWAYS gets the ledger boards and surrounding areas clean of bee nests, webs and gives us a heads-up on any places he thinks may be a problem area, like pieces of wood too close to the house because they harbor bugs /spiders. If I have a problem between regular visits, he is always out here to take care of the problem. He is always friendly, is great with our dogs and that includes any new dogs over the years we have brought into our home. You never hear a complaint out of the guy and my husband and I have both agreed that if we had a company... any company, we would make sure we had Dave on our employee list. High up on the list also, as my husband says, he would make a great boss man! He is, by the way, the reason we are still with Terminix . We had a sub guy come out for a couple of jobs while David was gone somewhere. I didnt like the job the sub did the first time and when he did the job as sloppy the second time, I personally told the guy either come back out and do it right or we leave Terminix. Both times the sub spent less than five or six minutes here. The second time I asked if he would get the bee nests at the corner of the house and also get the cobwebs. He told me Terminix didnt do those things, they only sprayed. Thats when I called your office, asked if you did. The answer was yes , you also get the boards up high as well as spray. You also have a good staff in your office that I called, I think its in Portland, Oregon. The next guy we saw was David! I think we have been with you guys since 2001.

They were called out to our apartment complex because I found a roach in one of the cabinets. We got new neighbors not long ago, and I suspect they came in with them, which is difficult to do anything about, but I wanted to be proactive and eliminate the possibility of an infestation. Our complex contacted Terminix and they were punctual in coming out the same day. However, the Terminix guy didnt inspect the unit at all, and just sprayed and walked out after 5 minutes. We keep a very clean apartment, so it was a surprise to find the disgusting little pests. Less than a week later, I find another one in the coffee pot. The spray did nothing to keep them away because he didnt even look to find where theyre coming from. Terminix came back today to do the whole building after I requested, and they did all the other units except ours. (Likely because they already sprayed last week, even though the Terminix employee didnt bother to check in with us while he was here) Ive been driving myself up the wall cleaning everything with bleach, vacuuming constantly, sweeping, and keeping dishes clean. Which doesnt sound bad, aside from the fact that Im losing sleep, imagining all the places they can hide that I cant reach to clean. I anticipate finding more roaches soon, due to the total carelessness of this company, and the unclean habits of our neighbors.

Everyone at Terminix I have interacted with, from the phone customer service, to our Technician, Don, were pleasant, professional and helpful to work with. Don communicated with me extremely well, with phone calls before and after our appointments. With a scheduling conflict on my part, Don handled our first treatment in 2 stages, outside coverage when I wasnt able to be home to greet him, then a rescheduled inside coverage the following week. During the inside visit, he took time to talk me thru the main pest risks to our home, inside and out, and explained a few things to watch out for regarding pest that our common to our area. Overall, a great experience working with Terminix to gain the piece of mind of having lest pests to trouble my family and dogs.

I really appreciated Terminex his ability to come right out and take care of the problem. No one likes to have pests inside their home, so being able to reach out and get someone to come within 24 hours to help solve the problem was awesome!

We are in the process of selling our home and wanted to rule out any possible rodent infestations. Bob came out and did a thorough inspection of the outside, garage, crawl space and attic. He found a few minor items with the insulation, but other than that he didnt find anything that need our attention. I appreciated him not trying to sell us any services not needed. If we address the insulation items, we will certainly call this Terminex location.

If there was a minus 5 star I would. They can to my house the other and cleaned the webs around the outside of the house. We left and came back no more then 10 minutes later because I forgot something. The guy was already gone. I have security cameras around my house and have proof they did nothing and took the money. This was the Wilsonville location

Aaron Nelson is always here on time, always asks if I have any particular issues, just a nice man to chat with. Does a great job of spraying, and taking care of any problems (bee hives, ants, etc.) I may have. Its nice to know he will be here every quarter to keep our house bug free.

Called them and scheduled an inspection, no call no show and randomly showed up the next day without notice. Called again and made an other appointment. No call no show AGAIN. No one could tell me where they were or if they were even going to show up. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding.

Terminix has been our regular service for 5 years. Recently we experienced a problem with rats and called for assistance, Terminix sent s/o the next day and he spent a substantial amount of time locating the ingress points and setting traps. They followed up with us several times a week until the problem was taken care of. James Bradford is our regular guy and I have enjoyed every visit with him. He is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and punctual. He has listened to any concerns I have had and addressed them. I highly recommend this service.

Termites are a worrisome problem. I found the man who I talked to on the phone impatient and rude so I wouldnt use this company.P.S. I eventually used Terminix because of their good reviews. I believe they did a thorough job. Their headquarters left doesnt know what the right is doing, but my local Terminix is great. I trust them.

Our Terminix Tech comes out every Month to take care of the Mice caught in his Traps so we dont have to deal with them and to spray for Bugs. Hes thorough.

I was convinced to change my service from Orkin to Terminix. Horrible decision. I specifically stated I had yellow jacket nest problem and was told they would take care of it. The man came out and did a half a$$ job. After 20 minutes he comes to my door he said he took care of the nest over on the cans and asked me to sign something. I specifically asked him if he double checked all three cans (recycle, garbage, and yard debris) he said no but he would before he left. In that moment I knew he did a half a$$ job. Well my children go to take the garbage and recycling out later that evening and what comes swarming at them Yellow Jackets. He did not remove not one of the nests. I contacted the rep, he said they would send someone back out. After two weeks nothing. My husband ended up removing them himself. I called customer service and at this point I want my money back. They sent it over and said someone from the local office would be contacting me. Well a month later and nothing. Worst service ever! Ill stick with Orkin!

Leo (Shane) was educational, thorough professional and incredibly polite. He listened to my concerns, took instructions about animals and gates and correctly implemented them. (Orkin did not, twice in the same week) Leo was more educational than salesman-ish and because of that approach I am highly likely to purchase additional services. This is exactly the type of service I was looking for.

We have found Terminex to be pretty darn effective in ridding us of our ant problem. It took two visits, but they are happy to return if the first try did do it. My only complaint is that I was told, when I first signed up, that they include a full house inspection, including the attic area, with the fee - we have not had that inspection. The only other issue is what appears to be a commication breakdown between the person you talk to on the phone about dates and the actual person who comes out - there were two erroneous times that required a couple calls to correct. Other than that, we are very pleased. Very professional technicians come to the home.

Service is efficient and professional. I have quarterly service and now have almost no insects in the house.

Some people dont like chemicals, but I fought ants for a year using the boric acid, diatomaceous earth, and so on. Washed dishes as soon as I was done eating. I even found a nest they had started between two cans of tuna fish. The Terminex person went through the kitchen and basement, opening each cupboard, examining each wall and beam in the basement. Ive had no problems in the last three years.

I DEFINATELY would (and have in the past) recommend TERMINIX to my friends and family to take care of any pest control issues. My technician David Pagdilao has always been wonderful and most of all very thorough in maintaining control of my home’s potential problems. If I could give them no stars, I would. Terminix is unprofessional with the lack of communication and Terminix took upon themselves to schedule an appointment with a technician without talking to myself or the company I work for. The technician was a no call no show to the appointment scheduled for Tuesday August 7th, 2018 from 1pm to 3pm. When I call the number, all calls get routed to the call center. There is no phone number provided for the Wilsonville Location and the only answer I get is You will get a call back from local branch office Terminix Wilsonville is unprofessional, rude and lack of communication. Horrible Service.

If the supervisor is Jesse, then double check or even be there in person to ensure your instructions are carried out. Having ignored countless reminders to check under the house for our cat, with strict instructions to call so we can bring her inside, the cat was killed, causing deep upset to our family. There was zero remorse, with a quote of well Im a busy guy as the only response. Avoid this company, there are plenty of others.

I had terminix come to my home for pest control, every time they would come out hours later after they said it was safe for my dog to go out I would let him out and every time my dog was ill for the next 24 hours. He would vomit and have uncontrolable diarrhea, lay on his bed and cry. I then canceled service.They continued to come to my home, and bill me, even after cancelation. I finally had that resolved. Terminix called again to advertise and I explained my concerns of hem coming back to my home. They assured me that if I were to go back to them they would make sure to call and let me know when they were coming and set up a time, so I could let my dog go and before treatment and keep him inside after that. In the beginning they were good about calling and then stopped and informed me that tehy do NOT do that. This companys products are NOT SAFE for animals and I would NOT reccommend them if you have pets.

Had a visit from their guy since they were in the area. Despite the fact that theres a no soliciting sign directly above the doorbell he rang. What other corners do they cut and codes do they ignore?

Scheduling is ridiculous , makes up excuses and lies about showing up . Don’t recommend at all . They don’t answer your calls .
