This is our second time to have a mole. Edge handled it efficiently last year, but a new mole moved in after a neighbor started doing yard work. Today’s technician was the best; he actually dug into the mounds to see where the tunnels were going, he built up a bridge into the biggest one, and reset the trap. I don’t know if this works, but he’s been the most “hands on” tech we’ve had during this process.

Very happy with the first treatment in an ongoing three this month and confident of the outcome. The professional (Sam) was very helpful and informative. As part of the service he also inspected outside the house for other insect problems (found none).

Ive had 3 services with this company now and its always a great experience with their servicing people. They are professional, respectful and kind. They also do a great job and go above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Daniel was exceptional. I have never had such a great job done. I was ready to cancel my service but Daniel came and I was so impressed. He should show other service people how to do the job. Give the young man an increase in pay and a gold star!!

The service was on time and quick. We had some spiders coming back a few weeks after the service so we requested the re-service at our residence. They provided the re-service free of charge. We will see if the spider issues going away after the reservice.

I will preface this by saying we live in the Fanno Creek area. There are rats here. We started the service because one of our neighbors was having an issue. We had seen two rats in our back yard at this point and wanted to bring in professionals.Bait stations were put out and the problem was under control.Fast forward a year and I can tell we have rat activity under our deck. Aside from the holes, my dogs go crazy sniffing them out at night.Edge came out to service and without consulting us REMOVED the bait stations. The very next day we saw a rat where the old bait station was. I called the office (which takes forever by the way) and asked why this happened and asked for out bait stations back. We were first told because we had not had any activity that we were put on a maintenance plan. When I pushed further they said they are no longer allowed to use poison in the bait boxes. I asked to cancel my service. The person on the phone asked if they could send a tech out to replace the bait boxes with traps the next day. They assured me these trap boxes could trap and collect up to 10 rats and they are as effective as the bait stations. Long story short it obviously didnt work. When my husband checked the trap boxes himself the SINGLE snap trap in each box had been triggered and no rats were trapped.We were forced to hire another company who does use poison bait boxes. We hired another company to go down in the crawl space. We have been suspicious of activity down there. Sure enough the musty smell is not that of a couple dead rats, rather rat pee in our insulation as they are nesting down there.BOTTOM LINE:DO NOT USE EDGE PEST CONTROLI spent $2,460.00 for services in less than 2 years. It will cost me more than that to clean up their mess!

They come every month in the summer and spray the front and back gardens. Always courteous and thorough. Im very pleased with the service they provide and would recommend them to anyone wanting to enjoy their outdoor space, free from mosquitos

I will say the service people who have come out are very nice and have been good about returning for services when some ants show up. At one point they kept sending the same person which felt nice to have a familiar technician who knew trouble spots.Where I have a huge problem with this company is their sales tactics...they say you are signing up for a year of service, but when it all calculates out youre stuck with them for about 18 months. This partially is on me for not calculating it out, but it should be much more clear what your start and end dates will be - as that doesnt seem to be called out in the contract or on the customer portal.Guy on the phone was super unhelpful when asking what could be done the other day. He simply said sorry, nothing I can do about your early termination fees.

These poison pushers hosed down my neighbors yard and literally hit me directly with pesticide spray while I was working in my backyard. Two days later all the baby birds nesting in my yard died. Then they had the gall to come to my door after I expressed my frustration with getting hit in the face with pesticide spray and try to convince me that I need all the spiders on my porch killed. Apparently they cant read because I have a no soliciting sign clearly posted! The sales person told me I can drink gallons of their pesticide and be just fine. Im currently taking legal action. Oregon Department of Agriculture is investigating too.

Had our first/initial inspection. The technician was professional, but I don’t think the work order was clear on the companys end. Overall I was not impressed by the quality of work. The main reason I signed up was for a rodent issue. The technician was here for about 30 minutes. The technician seemed like she was in a hurry. She didn’t go over nor take action on the main issue, which was regarding rodents. When asked if she will be needing to see the crawl space she said no. At the end I had to ask her to put down a bait station. Not only that, but the station was in plain view sight. I will not be renewing our contract after our the term agreement nor would refer them to family and friends.

We had mice in our rental house. I called Edge Pest and they came out quickly and took care of the problem. Bryce Cayton from Edge provided awesome service and communication while working with me.Having rentals required giving tenants 24 hour notice and Edge appointments were always on-time and professional. They respected our tenants privacy. Mice gone!

But to ignore my GIANT no soliciting sign pisses me off the most. Why would I want your business when you cant even follow simple instructions? And stop lying that you work on the neighbors, they use a different company 🤣

I called for an extra service as I had been seeing some activity in the house and I was still cleaning out the cupboard when the technician arrived. The technician saw that I was struggling to reach the top shelves and insisted on vacuuming them for me. Great service.

I had an initial visit and one of the services was not completed during the first visit. I called them back few days after and talked to the customer service department. They were more concern about the issue than I was and sent someone out the next day to complete the work at no cost. I know that sounds pretty usual for companies to do that but during the Covid price spike every company I worked with tries to push it out or not complete the work.

At 8:55pm a solicitor from this company rang my door bell which is directly over the NO SOLICITORS sign, he wasnt wearing a mask and never stepped back when I answered the door. Completely unprofessional rude, and inappropriate of him. Website states that they follow Covid protocol, but I did not see the slightest hint of this guys awareness.

Unfortunately switched from a different service company to edge due to them being cheaper and the door to door sales guy throwing a convincing pitch. Completely regretting the decision. We had mosquitos the next day when they have never been a problem for us. We all got bit like crazy. But conveniently they had offered us a new customer discount on mosquito treatment that I declined as mosquitos havent ever been an issue for us. Within the first few days our entire household had multiple bites from who knows what and where from but we hadnt left the house to if gotten them anywhere else. I now have ants in my garage and house that werent there before and when I called and expressed my frustration and disappointment in the service. They didnt seem to care and offered nothing other than a revisit to treat the ants. I would recommend everyone to look elsewhere for pest control services.

They did a very good job checking for things outside and inside our house. They were quite a bit better than the others we have used.

Currently waiting on the phone to reach a customer service rep to cancel my service. Have been on the phone over an hour this time and it’s my 3rd attempt. Very poor customer service if you need to reach them by phone. Also, every time they have been scheduled to come service my house they do my neighbors and say that mine was completed. I know this isn’t true because I work from home and watch them not come to my house and also my ring door camera has never seen them come to the house if I was gone. Huge waste of money and time! Can’t wait to cancel my service and never have to deal with their unprofessional BS ever again, if they ever answer. If they come to your neighborhood close your blinds and pretend you’re not home, trust me they will talk your ear off while you’re supposed to be doing anything other than sit outside and talk to a stranger who doesn’t give you personal space.

I worked with Edge from mid-2020 until March of 2021.They had some friendly people who were able to come out and offer some free treatment to attempt to see if they could fix the problem. We received two free reservices, with the promise for more. They will certainly go the extra mile *if you call them* and let them know youre having issues.Good luck to you, Edge.

David has provided service several times now. He always goes the extra mile and is very observant of all issues. He had previously found a vent hole to our crawl space and repaired and then set traps for rodents and caught one today. Plus he noticed a water leak in the crawl space that he informed us of. Just called the plumber. Great work David!

Deceiving contracting practices. Was told specifically that there were no early termination fees and ... surprise surprise ... not only they are extremely expensive for the same service other companies provide for a lot cheaper, they do have early termination fees.Look elsewhere and save yourself money and headache.Edit:I have to revise my original review. All applies still but they called and really tried to remedy the situation. They offered to cancel the contract with no repercussions. I decided to stay with them because they really tried hard to remedy the situation.

Techs that visit the house are great but the office is pretty marginal. Pretty tough to get people on the phone. And dont bother leaving a voicemail because they wont call you back.

Tried to cancel service because we sold our house and wow! All I can say is Wow! You should not have to repeat your self 40 times. They wanted me to keep the service or move it to a new place. They wanted to transfer me to a supervisor before cancelling. The guy talked over me the whole time and would not listen to me. I just went on repeat. I want to cancel. Over and over and over. Kept asking why. Why? Because I sold the house. Period. End of story. Just cancel my service. It is not that difficult. Will never sign up again.

ThIs business is awesome! We had a yellow jackets nest at the bottom of our redwood tree in the ground. We found out the hard way that ,y husband is highly allergic! Edge Pest Control sent Joe out the same day we called. Joe was so professional, hard working, understanding and he worked extra hard to not only get the yellow jackets under control but got the hive dug out of the ground and removed! He also was soooo professional and continuous to get the spider webs removed, treat all areas around our home and yards. I am so glad that we found this company! Highly highly recommend! I had three services done over 3 months to eliminate ants in kitchen pantry. The ants are still there and there numbers is increasing. I doubt they have the right skill and products to solve this issue. I am going to call customer service and will cancel the contract as it is useless for me.

We started with Edge when we saw rats in our yard. Turns out we had one living under our house. Edge came and checked every opening under the house. We identified one area of access and a plan for remedy. They set traps in our crawl space and pet safe bait boxes outside. The trap worked in one week and bait boxes showed some use. They also treated perimeter of house for spiders, ants, etc. A few weeks later we discovered a Yellowjackets nest in shrubs. They were right on it. We are very pleased with Edge service.

Gene is always so friendly and listens well. We have an area that we didn’t want treated and he checked in before starting so we could show him the location. He explained what they would be doing during the appointment. He also pointed out areas of the house that could be a potential rodent issue so were aware. Before he left he double checked the gates to make sure they were latched to keep the dog safe. I appreciate his attention to detail - Gene is the best!!

Run from this company. I tried to transfer my service to my new area Im moving to and after a long call to do it, I got a call back saying nevermind we dont service your area and we now need to charge you $300 to cancel. Ummm what!? You dont service my new area so I have to pay you to cancel ?! Find a company whos policies arent this bad.

I have used Edge service regularly for the past 3 or 4 years, and I appreciate their personnel, who have always been courteous, helpful, and most efficient in the completion of their job. Most recently, Edge personnel addressed a difficult rat problem in our crawl space, and their suggestions and service have helped to resolve this issue.

Edge was able to squeeze us in for a same day appoint when I we would be stuck waiting weeks, high pest time of year. The technician came and placed mole traps and interesting rat food training devices in the pouring rain. He was very knowledgeable on both mole and rat behavior that gave me trust in their process. He also made sure there were no signs of roof rats or rats in our crawl space. I feel confident that will have a good update soon.

He had excellent social skills.The two young men who applied the chemical however were a different story. they did not wear face masks when they exited the truck and approached me. I have a compromised immune system and if they are a carrier they could very well have put my life in jeopardy. Please ensure that they wear face masks at all times when dealing with the public cuz you never know when somebody is immune-compromised.The two young men were very good-natured and excellent in every way except with regard to the use of a face mask. They seem to consider it as an option instead of a requirement for the safety of themselves and the general public.I would gladly have given 5 Stars if it were not for the unfortunate lack a face masks on the two gentlemen who sprayed the house.

I had a wasp (yellow jacket) Nest in my backyard and I thought I would try it myself but got stung by one of those rascals and it really did hurt so I thought no this isn’t for me so that’s when I decided to call a pest exterminator and Edge came to my rescue. Aaron came out and got me all signed up and with the prices I was quoted I should have done this years ago. Not only ( STINGERS) but Spiders and Ants and a whole variety of other creatures that nobody likes !!! The protection plan is very affordable and like I said before, Aaron did the house inside and out, took care of Spider webs and definitely gave those Hornets something to think about in the after life. Every time I need to call them, whether to have something on my account fixed or to try and get an extra session in, they dont answer their phones, I literally have to wait for them to call me. I have sat on hold for 45 minutes twice today before giving up.

We live along a creek and were experiencing problems with an overactive mole, who had individually made abbout 20 mole hills in our backyard lawn. My spouses comments were the critter was ruining our lawn.It took a couple of weeks to catch the crafty little critter, but they did, after others had failed.The following week on a follow-up visit to check if it was only a single mole. With an average of 2-3 moles/acre, and the backyard being a 1/4 acre, the odds were high. The service representative arrived while we were sitting out in & enjoying the backyard. We had a nice conversation in which he further educated us about moles.Yesterday, another mole made the scene. Since were on a 2-year contract, this should work with a simple phone call & based on this past experience, Im expecting similar results & to be able to post a similar report.

The first tech came out and serviced the inside and outside of the property. I thought everything went well but during the next week we still had a lot of spiders and when called back they sent someone right over. This guy was like every pests worst nightmare. He got down under the deck and under the bushes, inside the gutters and so on. Didn’t miss a thing. Super impressed and guess what?!?! All pest are gone!!! Thanks for a job well done and thanks for coming back and redoing the job to a high standard with a great attitude!

This time it went quite well. Explained what was going to be done and also filled all 4 rodent boxes with bait. He came to my door at end of work and told me what was found . Very pleasant and knowledgable about product. It was a great and positive service especially in comparison to my last.

I had the worst experience in my life Saturday, seeing a dead rat in my yard and I thought I was gonna die. Literally. So I called so many exterminators and only one called me back, Edge Pest Control. I was very emotional during my call and the representative was so caring and listened to my whole tantrum, after all, it was the end of my life. Anyway, she assured me that they would perform the best and complete service, for the most reasonable price. Unfortunately, I got called away to an appointment and my son stayed to meet with the exterminator, and my son shares the same exact sentiments as I. The exterminator was professional, thorough and understanding to my plight. My son and I both HIGHLY recommend Edge Pest Control to service your home.

Their service is always 5 stars, but today their employee did not wear a mask, rung the front bell and waited at the doorstep to talk to us. When I opened the door, I had to be the one moving away from him. I was wearing a mask myself. In my house two members are in the high risk group for Covid-19. Edge´s web page talks a lot what they are doing for the pandemic ...and then this. He was all over my house perimeter and front and pack patios without a mask. Not safe. We are never going to flat the curve this way.

We had ants coming out of an outlet in our new home so before move-in they came and sprayed around the outlet twice (once with outlet cover on and then once again without outlet cover on which did the trick). Theyve been out again for the 30 day checkup and did more, removed some spider eggs, put more bait in the boxes, etc. It all seems great - no more ants and havent seen bugs in the house. Yay!

They were great, let me know they were there. Asked if I had any questions or concerns, did their job and left. Very professional.

Edge misrepresented the contract and the service I committed to. Pressured me to quickly sign contract before work could begin. Used very small tablet and scrolled to signature pages in way that did not allow for reading contract. That was bad enough, but then, after I explicitly instructed them to not set up autopay, they set up autopay and charged my credit card immediately after service without my knowledge or consent. Very shady practices, all around. Other things happened that I wont get into, but I have been extremely disappointed in their integrity.

Wonderful company. Great customer service, very polite employees. We have a contract with them and they keep track of the schedule and never miss a scheduled date. If we notice any little creatures after they have sprayed, an employee is out the next day to spray again at no added charge. The employees make note of their visit & what they did to inform the next one to visit. We are more than satisfied and highly recommend Edge.
