I took a chance on these guys a few years ago, and they have been good to me. Their service keeps the majority of bugs out of my house, and they are easy to schedule for any problems that occur. They provide encouragement and effective solutions when they see something that causes the bugs to be worse.

Prime Pest solutions has been our exclusive pest control company for several years. They come every 90 days and we have zero issues with pests inside our home.

Use to love this company and I completely understand the limited staff during covid but had contract to have my house serviced every 3 months and then they started coming every single month and billing me. No way of reaching anyone and kept leaving messages to STOP doing monthly but kept happening. No choice but to cancel service all together. Worse time ever to be billed monthly for an unnecessary service!

They were on time and very professional. The initial visit was very thorough, with the entire property being treated. Bait traps were reloaded and ant trails treated, good job. Overall very happy with the first visit.

I had used Prime Pest Solutions for a couple of years and it seemed ok during the first year. No problems with their technicians coming over to spray my home during the time I was on contract. But when we moved to the 2nd year, I had so much difficulty just getting an appointment. They’d pass me on to different departments and couldn’t even come for an emergency service! I always needed to reschedule because I could only be home on my days off and they couldn’t even accommodate that. Is that how you serve regular clients, huh?? Well, I let that go until one of their technicians came over unannounced and parked his truck on my driveway. I asked him to move it as I needed to get my vehicle out. He made me wait but the only thing he did was take out some cobwebs around my main entrance then took a photo of my home. He wasn’t even wearing a mask which I think is a must at these times! So I called Prime to request for a refund for such sloppy service but they told me they’ll send another technician another day. No way I’m gonna waste another precious day off! Such a waste of money and no more of Prime Pests when thinking how they do service when I’m not around.

I absolutely love Prime Pest Solutions. They are affordable. They have excellent customer service. They are kind, respectful and thorough during home visits. We used to have a very big problem with very big spiders inside and outside of our home, now we dont. Our ant problem is under control now and when ever I see them I call up Prime and they send someone out ASAP. The products they use are safe for my pets and child. I highly recommend their sevices.

Its our first service but if every one is like this, its great. Jeremy was very thorough and explained things well so we would know what to expect going forward.

They show up when they said they would. Did what we asked for. Left. Kept gates close. We’re good chatting. What else could we ask for.

Very disappointing. My lot is 2 acres and I have a 12,000 sq-ft home in it. Aren’t they supposed to do a thorough inspection plus treatment? The technician from Prime Pest simply wandered about with his spray for 10 minutes or so and didn’t even reach the other side of my house. Did he actually do something? My landscaper could have done a better job so I will definitely call to cancel. Such poor service and I really think the guy didn’t know his stuff.

Prime pest was recommended by a neighbor. She told me about their competitive pricing so I decided to give them a call after seeing a line of ants in my house about 10 feet long. My initial contact with the office was very pleasant and I was happy to learn that someone could come out within the next day and a half. The technician was easy to work with and addressed my concerns. Im happy to say that the ants were gone by end of day!Im editing my review because I now see the reviews from others that mention unprofessionalism and punctuality. That simply is NOT true. I only encountered friendliness and professionalism and my tech was 5 minutes EARLY.

I have used Prime Pest solutions for about 9 months now. After the initial treatment my ant issue was resolved. With rain at times, I would see more ants come in places. I would call them for treatment and they have always been quick to respond. When they come out to treat they spend time following the trail to treat everything. A++

This is a great establishment and they get the job done! I had a really bad ant problem over the summer, and they were able to prevent the ants from coming to my house shortly after. However, due to hard times, I had to cancel their services. When I explained my situation to them, they were very understanding and sweet about it. Once I get my finances figured out, I will definitely continue services with them. Everyone I have came across from this establishment are all very nice and professional.

I have Prime Pet Solutions come out each quarter for services to keep my house clean from pests. Between those visits, I have needed them to check for ants, fleas, and silverfish and they immediately put me on the schedule for an inspection. Sam, the owner, is very proactive and his employees are very professional and efficient. I am extremely happy with this service.

Prime Pest is always right on time, professionally outfitted, exceedingly polite, and very efficient. Most importantly, there has been a night and day difference between the the number of ever-present seasonal ants and spiders we Oregonians contend with. I tried everything to get rid of the tiny ants that we all seem to have in this area and some of the solutions would work for a short time. But its so nice to have Prime helping us out...no more ants! :) And if theres a problem, if were seeing ants when we shouldnt, they come back and make it right, ASAP.

They came out between quarterly services until our ant problem inside and outside was solved. The company takes care of details. It’s great to not have daily spider webs all over our porch.

Received good notice of appt, rep arrived on time. We were leaving the house when he arrived but he asked about any ant problems and if there was any need to come inside, and we said no and left him to do his work.

5 star happy with the quarterly service Ive been receiving for over a year now. Staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful when Ive been home during their service (and nice that I dont have to be home each time). They always text/email reminders a few days before they come and leave a detailed note of what they do each time, will pay extra attention to your specific concerns and send detailed invoice/receipts. Ive never had any surprise charges. Ive never needed it, but they will come out for free to address concerns between regular service times. Ive never had any reason to call customer service or tried to cancel so I cant rate that but I feel comfortable they do that well. I do have a no soliciting sign on my door and they just happened to catch me when I was being tolerant (not often) and fighting wasps daily, but I really do hate when the sign is ignored, hence they only get 4 stars.

Like everyone, I get pest control services knocking on my door weekly but I will never switch. Prime is reliable, priced fairly, and incredibly responsive. If I have a problem in between my regular service they come out within a day or two to fix it. I cant recommend this company strongly enough.

Prime Pest is great! They automatically come every few months. They always send a reminder text and they have an auto pay system. When we first moved to our new house we had ants everywhere and just sitting on a chair or the deck, they would crawl up. After the first visit, all ants were gone. They now do maintenance, but they have done extra when they visit, and sprayed our swing set and/or play structure for our kids.

Quick walk around outdoors to spray for ants and sweep for spiders. Also left us with traps for ants indoors for us to place.

Really great service! Montana is the best! One of my favorite things is that we have dogs and asked them the first time they came to not knock and just call so the dogs dont bark. They always remember to call first. Danica is always great at scheduling a prompt service and working with my schedule.And after they come out we dont have any issues with ants or spiders. The technician showed very close to the front of the two hour window. He explained what he would be doing and accomplished everything in about 20 minutes. Prime Pest treatments are effective and keep pests at bay.

Ryan arrived promptly today and treated our home for the first time. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened carefully to some of our specific concerns, and explained his proposed solutions thoroughly. He cleaned the exterior of our house of all webs and egg sacs, and then treated the entire perimeter quickly and efficiently. We have an interior atrium, and a garage with large windows that both attract a number of pests. He spent extra time working on these problem areas. Weve signed up for a year of service, and look forward to seeing the results, once the quarterly treatments begin. We had a LOT of spider egg sacs that were about to hatch, and were expecting another bad year of spiders all over the yard. Ill post another review once that process begins.

After having a great introduction to Prime Pest with the owner, Sam, I decided to give them a try. Within 30 minutes his technician showed up and got right to work. I’ve already checked with my neighbors in the area and they all say wonderful things about this company. Especially relating to solving ant problems which plague Garden Home.Doing business with a local small business is a major plus and by the workers using iPads so I don’t have to fill the same info out twice makes it a zero hassle relationship.So far, 5 star service all around!

Im just maintenance visits now...knock on wood. I love that they use less harsh products...better for environment, pets etc. So why not a 5? I dont believe in perfect. Everyone can always improve somewhere. I would give 4.8 if it would let me!!
