Kevin is very knowledgeable and thorough! It’s nice to always have Kevin come out here and service our home since he is aware of what is going on and will always ask about the last visit and if those areas need attention again. Jonathan does an absolutely fantastic job! I have been a Croach customer for close to 8 years and they do great preventative treatment work, are quick to respond whenever I think I may have an issue they can help with, and highly knowledgeable about how to prevent and manage different types of insects and other wildlife.One of our favorite things about Croach is how mindful they are about the environment and how, in Oregon, many people live in close proximity with many different species of creatures. Jonathan is always careful of things like nesting birds (calling us before scheduled treatments to ask if there is anything he should know about), how a treatment for one thing might impact something else, and that it is best in some cases to let something be; when it isnt too close to our house. Jonathan doesnt let spiders run amok on our house while also being careful not to treat close to our garden, where spiders feast on insects that would otherwise eat our harvest.Thank you again for a job well done!

Croach in general, and Jonathan specifically, has consistently done a great job with their quarterly treatments. It feels like they go above and beyond my expectations. He is always helpful whenever I am able to discuss my issues and concerns about the insects I see and has the proper treatment available to use. Also, the treatments they use are effective long past the application date, but have the added benefit of not being harmful to my dogs, which is the primary concern I had before using them. I have not been disappointed, and am satisfied with the service he provides.

Croach has been wonderful! We bought our first home in June of this year and were welcomed with some pests. Croach got out to us the day we got the house keys and took care of EVERYTHING. We haven’t had ants in the house since about 2 weeks after they came; they also responded when we found wasps nests and got out within the week. We’re set up on an every-other-month schedule to come out and it’s been nothing but professional, excellent service. Jaikob has been our guy! We enjoyed chatting with him, and he took notice of things we missed and just really does a thorough job!

The technician has been here before. He is always on time and does a great job. He communicates well, is professional and polite.

Sales rep in the field are known for signing you up and not explaining the pricing/agreement properly. I was told I would get a 30 day review after my initial service to ensure my ants are gone. I was charged $130 twice for this. Even their person who answers the phone said this is an issue theyve been having with their door to door sales reps. I am not being refunded Deloris the service manager has to do research and get back to me ... my account is now over drawn due to us not anticipating the extra charge. I also still have ants so I would not recommend this company.

Jaikob came out as a referral from our neighbor who also did the service. Although it seems somewhat high on price, we have the piece of mind that the wasp and hornets are taken care of as well as spiders and other concerns with flees and ticks. Jaikob was friendly, professional and didnt push any of the services. He just let us know what Croach had to offer and he answered all of our questions. Also, we liked that the chemicals used are not harmful to us and our dog.

Conrads not our normal tech, but he was very friendly when he came today. The techs are always very professional, and can answer questions if you have them. It would be nice if they gave you a little more advanced warning on when your next appointment was scheduled. Normally just 4-5 days and they pick the time. Its not as big a deal since I started working from home, but if you want them to come in the house to do anything you need to be there.

Joe was awesome! On time, efficient, explained the whole process. Highly recommend for problems big and small. :-)

The additional photos are the ongoing development of nests as well as those that were missed during the re-service.Hopefully my re-scheduled re-re-service for 060819 will be more effective.

We have used Croach going on a year. Kevin did our service today as part of our regularly scheduled services. He let me know when he arrived, was very kind, and had genuine concern for the safety of our pets. He let me know when he was finished, that there were a few spider webs around some of the windows as we are coming on spider season, and other related information. He dumped and moved our pet bowls for safety. Kevin is a very polite young man, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate his demeanor, and communication style. For those wondering during these times of Covid, yes, he wore a mask. For service, value, effectiveness and reliability, we will continue to use Croach as long as they serve our area.

We had only lived in our (new construction) house for two days when Tristian approached us for services. Pest services were the last thing on our mind but Tristian explained the benefits of starting now and was able to have us serviced that evening. Jonathan Workinger was our technician and he showed up exactly on time just as our Xfinity technician was finishing up after being over an hour late. Needless to say, Jonathan’s timeliness is MUCH appreciated. He was also thorough, friendly and asked lots of questions to get to know our house/lot. I’ve used Orkin in the past and always wondered what I was paying for. NOT WITH CROACH. You actually see them spraying several types of sprays and knocking down spider webs - they are all in and up every crevice! It’s nice to see my money at work. So far I am VERY impressed!

We just recently started using Croach and Doug usually is the technician servicing our home. So far Croach has been professional and the technician has been prompt and does a good job cleaning up the pests we have. We appreciate always being given a text/email alert of when we should expect them and they are also available for increased visits in addition to the quarterly visits. I had some concerns and spoke with Jonathan Workinger regarding a rodent issue. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in resolving my concerns.

We got ants after our quarterly service. I called Croach to explain that we now have ants issue. They scheduled to have somebody come out the next day. Jonathan came by to take care of them. Both Jonathan and Ranaweera do a good job.

We moved into a new development thinking we wouldnt need pest control but it was exactly opposite, I guess our house displaced all the critters and bugs so they tried to come back once the place was built. Doug and the Croach team took care of the wasps that started building nests outside, eliminated the garage spiders, and cleared out the ants that had made their way inside. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using a Croach for a couple years now and have found their service and professionalism top notch. This time was no different. I noticed a small nest under an eave and some bees going behind our siding so I called and asked them to come check it out. Justice, my technician, came a couple days later in the early evening which worked out great because thats when the wasps are more active. Somehow they got from just a small nest under an eave to a very large nest in the attic. Justice took his time assessing the situation and took care of what was a much bigger issue than we originally thought. I would highly recommend Croach to anyone in need of need of control.

Great service! We were using a different service previously that was far more costly and did not seem to take care of our problem as well. We used to have serious ant issues - but since Croach started taking care of us (Doug, specifically) - we rarely see them any more. And when we do - Doug is always quick and courteous and takes care of them. Thank you Croach!
