Michael was amazing!!! He did an incredible job on my nails. I asked for something I saw online and he did a better job than the picture.

Ive been going for the last 3 years to get my hair done and their hair stylist Vonda does an amazing job every time. Shes very detail oriented Ive always left more than satisfied with the results also very clean place.

I had an amazing experience, they were very clean and kind and careful with my nails. My nail tech took his time in shaping my nails and making sure they were perfect and made me feel so welcome and valued! My nails look fantastic and the price is so cheap for the quality I received !! Will definitely return!

If you come for shellac nails ask for Michael. I struggle staying still to get my nails done and he was very patient with me. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was HOW he took off my previous shellac nails. MY NAILS HURT and he rushed in that process. Other than that he delivered on nail Shape! I would definitely go back specifically for him to do my nails. He also asked me if I wanted my nails thick or thin “natural” I of course said natural and he delivered. He took his time and checked that my nails looked even throughout the whole process. I hadn’t experienced that ever and was shocked by it and totally made a difference.I wasn’t too happy how the lady who charged me kept telling me to next time call for an appointment when at the door it says walk ins are welcomed....

I visited this place last week and it was lovely. I felt safe with their COVID precautions. I usually get regular pedicures but since it’s been a while I decided to get a spa pedicure - it was definitely worth it!

I went in on my birthday in Oct. to get a set of solar gel, ohhhhh myyy gooood. He did an amazing job. Let me keep it simple for you. Im constantly being complemented on the fact they look so natural. The shape is beautiful. The nails are strong (1 broke after 3 weeks and Im a med aid at a nursing home so thats pretty good) the color Does.Not.Chip.Sis. I will forever return here for him to do my nails. I returned for a fill and color change and to fix the broken nail obviously. And was given the exact same quality nails as my first apt.The establishment its self is clean, open, bright. Does not appear to be too busy (for those of you who view nail care as essential but fear The Rona) my first appointment there was only 3 customers including myself. My last appointment I called the day before and asked for the first opening and was the only customer in the building.Anyways yall get your nails done here, you wont be dissappointed I promise.

Great place to drop in for an eyebrow wax. Ask for Vonda, she’s the best! I’ve always been super happy with my results. The shop is clean and it’s usually pretty easy to make a same day appointment for brow services.

I went in for a mens haircut. They had prices posted on their website of 14.99. They charged 20 dollars and still expected a tip. When I asked when or why the prices changed they said its been in the website for a few months. Thats not true.They were friendly enough but provided a poor haircut. Frankly Im not very picky on my hair because everyone else has to look at it not me, but my hair line was lopsided . When I mentioned it, she told me one side of my head had more hair......WHAT.....its chopped and has multiple lines with very poor blending and stray long hairs everywhere. Ill be going somewhere to correct it. Id rather pay for a whole new haircut somewhere else.Only reason not 1 star is because they were mostly nice....just poor product and shady pricing tactics.

I love this place! Michael is the best. Since he started doing my nails I will not go anywhere else. He takes his time to make them look perfect and I leave so thrilled each time.Best nails I’ve ever had.

Amazing Customer service! I was treated to such a refreshing and relaxing morning! All staff were kind and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. I enjoyed conversations with staff throughout my appointment. When it came to coloring my hair, staff took time to make sure I got what I wanted and listened. I felt so at ease and very trusting towards them on my haircut and it came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. They have so many nail colors choices as well. Definitely recommend this place to everyone who needs a day to unwind and relax, be treated with such caring and friendly staff. Will be coming here again from now on for my beauty regimen.

I’ve been going to XO for years. I always have Michael work on my nails and am always happy leaving bc I love his work, attentiveness, and patience. He does a great job. Every one is v friendly and accommodating and they always make time. Thank you Michael!

This place can be pretty unprofessional. I was getting my nails done and the girl was eating corn and fixing her own nails while she was supposed to be doing mine. When it was time to pay, she asked me “How much is my tip?” YIKES. They don’t really have a lot of exotic nail options either. The reason I’m not giving one star is because they did a good job on my hair before.

I had a great morning at this salon. I had a deluxe pedicure which was very soothing and relaxing. I also had my nails done by Micheal, he is probably one of the best nail tech that can do beautiful amazing acrylics.

We went and got pedicures for a last minute birthday treat. They turned out lovely. The ladies did a great job and really made my feet feel and look good.

This is the best salon Ive been to. Even though it takes me about an hour to get here, it is very much worth it! My fullset always last so long compared to the previous salons I have been at. High recommend everyone to come here!

I decided to get a mani and pedi last minute the other day and it was fantastic. Although, I came in 30 minutes around closing time, they did not rush the process so it was very relaxing. Overall, I high recommend it! Nice location, clean salon, the sweetest employees, and color selection!

Went for shampoo and styling. Staff was friendly but certainly not skilled. I wanted my hair just blow dry and set in turn. But lady was in a hurry and did not do a good job. She put so much hair spray and ruin my function. I do not recommend this place for hair style.

I haven’t been to this place for a while. But today I decided to have a pedicure at XO Beauty Bar. The girl who did my pedicure was a little grumpy. And when I paid, she didn’t give me the $5 dollars that was my change. Instead, she assumed that was her tip!😤. I am very disappointed. Because I like to give tips but PLEASE, don’t assume your tip!! . If this girl continues, the business is going to go down hill.

Amazing! I got my pedicure and manicure here for the first time and wow! They did a great job, very professional and friendly.

Called to make an apppiontmet for 2 fills and 1 full set. Was very specific when I asked of they had enough staff to do all 3 at the same time. Was told yes no problem...got there and only 2 people were doing nails. Needless to say I did not get my fill completed. I scheduled to come back the next morning. However, when we left my daughters friend who had the full set done proceeded to tell me how mean the lady was to her, that she refused to do her nails the way she requested, became irritated that she changed her mind on what color she wanted and then when she showed me her nails they were horrible! They were thick and lumpy and totally unshaped. The girl was afraid to say anything more to the nail tech because she was so mean. Wish I had known all this before we left. Needless to say I called to cancel my fill but nobody answered and no message machine. My daughters nails were ok but after looking at them we realized they do not so any fine clean up or detail to ensure nice edges and they glue under the nails leaving them goopy and rough. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No wonder why there were so few clients coming in.

All the ladies here are amazing. Not just the magnificent hair stylist but the nail ladies as well. My sister and I went here on a whim and I enjoyed every minute of it. I had a mani-pedi and a foil and cut, while my sister had a shalac manicure and an all over hair color and cut. And we could not be more in love with all the ladies that helped today. I havent had my hair done in a few years in fear of someone butchering it, and I was blown away with not only how comfortable I was with the hair stylist but the knowledge and technique she had. We had a blast and were so thankful for such an amazing service. Thank you ladies!!!

My Friend was having a pretty bum day, we decided to get a Mani/Pedi to help not only cheer her up to get both our minds off of daily life drama. We went to a different salon and they were too busy, so we called here. Unfortunately they said they didnt have time right then, so we finished the call and said thank you, moments after hanging up they called back and said they actually could get us in! We rushed straight there! As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a smile. The lady we first spoke with was a bit hard to understand but no worries. Its to be expected! I got my nails filled and a color change for $35 and a Pedi for $25. I have to say the guy who did my nails was a BOSS!! No complaints! And the Pedi was the best part, not only did we get a soak but got hot wax and a massage all for $25 INCLUDED HOT STONES! Loved it! They all got a kick out of my laughing though, I think they were tickling my feet on purpose haha! Wonderful Experience and will make this my #1 place! Thanks so much to all the workers here!
