Employee suggested I try the dip manicure vs. shellac due to the length of time it lasts and the ease of removal. Worse idea ever! The employee started by shaving down the top layer of my natural nail. After dip was applied it was so thick, resembling an acrylic nail, she again used the drill and went so far down by the cuticle that she created a deep ridge into my natural nail. I explained I was unhappy with the look of the nail during my appt and they completely ignored me. The manager even came over and asked me if I was trying to tell the employee something to which I again explained I wasn’t happy and he simply walked away. It’s always hit or miss when going to these places but this is one I’ll never return to.

After two days my shellac manicure has bubbles and is already chipping. wherever the bubbles are, is where the paint is popping and chipping. Manicurist was not happy when I told her to reshape my nails because they were uneven - but i’m paying for a service?! Really nice place, not the best quality of service. was not offered anything to drink either, and the entire experience felt very rushed when I came to relax. unfortunate.

This place is new and very clean. I like they line the tubs with new plastic. The massage chairs are comfy. The polish color choices are good. Ive been twice and pleased both times. They offer a complimentary drink which is nice.Review update: LeAnn is the sweetest person, love her pedicures! Nicole is great too! This is a very nice place.

A bright and airy nail salon in Cedar Hills with lots of color and service selection! Had no issues being a walk in customer and was seated right away. Lots of experts available for your personally tailored care.

I was in today had an appointment at 11 we got our chairs a little after that and started our pedicures right away. They didnt seem rushed and asked how we were doing at the start of every step. I had Hannah and she was great!!! We had a laugh when I flinched because my feet are ticklish!

When they went to do my pedicure they were Shaping my toenails they end up making me bleed To make matters worse they kept adding alcohol to alcohol to it to the cut 3 different times I kept telling them to stop.

I have been coming her for a while and they do a great job. Clean, reliable and all around quality work. I had a pedicure from Van and she knocked it out of the park. Best massage, thorough and polite but not overly chatty. Will be requesting her go forward!

Great new spot in Cedar Mill. Prices are reasonable. They have a huge selection of polishes. The pedi chairs are so comfortable. They get busy so you should plan on making a reservation in advance, even just calling 30-60min is a good idea.I always try to get Sophia, she is very detail oriented and friendly. Sometimes there variability in the quality of service but that was resolved by seeing a regular I prefer.They push hard to always pay in cash, I make an effort to do so but sometimes don’t have it on hand and would like to use my card without feeling bad. I’d be willing to pay a small $1 fee if required to dodge feeling guilty.All in all great spot.

I got a set of acrylics on Sunday August 16 and yesterday, Wednesday August 19th, at work ( I am a cashier at a fast food so I dont do heavy work) 2 of my nails broke. Ive had acrylics before and one place even lasted me a month doing heavy duty yard work and yet this last of me a few days. Truly disappointing I was even recommended this place so I tried it on a whim. The nails are just too thin and while I was there I was never even offered a drink so reading comments about that had me a little surprised. I even had an appointment set for 2 pm and I had to wait an hour to even get seated in a chair. I dont think I will be going here again

Ive been coming to the Cedar Hills location since they opened but was going to Timberland before. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Leann did my pedicure today and it was just what I needed after a couple long weeks of working and holiday preparing. The best thing about all their salons is the cleanliness. Always use sterilized utensils. You dont have to worry about getting an infection. Totally worth it!

I love it here. They give me wine and have super nice chairs and just a good facility in general. They do a pretty great job with my nails. I usually get dip(sns) on my naturally long nails and gel on my toes if that helps. They have a massive dip(sns) selection. I’ve been over a dozen times and can’t recall a bad experience. Whatever the case, it’s a good place to relax. The people who work there are super nice and have a good sense of humor, easy to talk to or not whatever you’re feeling. They work super hard, touch strangers feet, and are around harsh chemicals all day, so tip your techs!!!!

Ive been to this location of La Belle twice, and have had wonderful service on both occasions. While I cant remember the young womans name from my first visit, this week I visited and saw Leann. She was very attentive and did not rush through the application of my shellac manicure (unlike the woman I saw at the Timberland location recently).While this location is new, it has great potential. The space is open and clean. Plus, unlike some places Ive been to, they do not require the purchase of a kit for your service. Ive only recently left food service for a career that allows such little luxuries as nail paint, so my experience in nail salons is limited. But if youre looking for a nice space for a basic manicure and mimosa, this is your place.

Ive been here a couple times, and the staff have been very kind and helpful each time. Theyve helped me go through the kind of service I want. Walk-ins are welcome, but its best to call ahead and make an appointment.

My husband and I make a regular date to come here and get the best pedicure. Nicole and Leeann spent so much time massaging, paraffin dip, hot steamed towels and we got first class treatment. We will be here again!

We were helped as soon as we walked in the door. We were given a menu of pedicure types when we sat down then we were asked if we want tea or water. The pedicure was great and the gal did a good job. Everything is new and clean. My only complaint is while my nails were drying I saw another customer was given a drink menu that had tea, coffee, soda, champagne, wine, mimosa. We were only offered water or tea and were not shown the drink menu.

Save yourself the trouble and find a different salon! I got a fill last week and within 4 days almost all of my nails were chipped. The staff also seems to only understand English when it is convenient for them. I have been here before and was charged $30 for the fill, as stated on their website, and this time the lady doing my nails tells me its $40. I told her no, a fill is $30, I was just here 2 weeks ago and paid $30, and she suddenly acts like she has never heard English in her life and has no idea what Im talking about. I couldnt stand to look at her DUMBfounded face anymore so I gave her the $40 and left. The salon has poor customer service, workers who lie to steal money, and terrible quality. Ive been getting my nails done consistently for over 3 years and this is the worst salon Ive been to.

My favorite spot for a mani/pedi. Staff is professional, consistent, and they have strong covid measures in place.

The first time I went here it was great! The technician did a fabulous job. Today I went and got a gel manicure and it just looks bad. Its chunky and uneven; you can tell that the technician (different woman than the first time) globbed on too much polish. I could have done as good a job myself, it does not look professional.

They did a great job of the pedicure but definitely had problems with the manicure. I felt like they did not listen to what the request was in the first place. Just assumed what we wanted and ended up being wrong.

I just moved in this area and i saw some good reviews on this shop so i gave it a go. 1st time I went they were busy and said nobody is available to do my nails, came back the 2nd time and got the same welcome. And today on a Wednesday I tried again and the guy said they dont have time. Their sign says walk ins are welcome but everytime I come in this is what they tell me. He said i shouldve called 1st. Whats the point of saying you guys accept walk ins? Not so good customer service. Ill go somewhere else!!!!

I love La Belle, Mindi and all the ladies are top notch. Its clean and beautiful, with a great relaxing atmosphere. They never rush and always do a fantastic job.

Huge salon but more than half empty when I was there. It was very clean and appeared to be quite new. The service was prompt and the girl was very nice. My pedicure, itself, was decent but not great. A little bit expensive for what was received. Ill continue to go to my usual place in SE Portland even though its a bit of a drive.

We booked this in advance, it was a surprise for my 50th birthday, from the time we walked in we were rushed, we tried to explain exactly what we wanted for our Manicure, but barely got two words out an were told yes yes we understand, well our pedi,s were great I will say that, but our Manicures were awful it was 3 hours of mistake after mistake, and they still did not do it right, nor did they take the time to listen to us, two of us looked like a twelve year old did our nails including haveing red nail powder still left all over one of our hand,s, and two different staff members worked on one of us and you could tell, sorry I dont usually leave reviews, but this was a truly awful experience, and I get my nails done regularly but, I will never go back here.
