The people in this place are SO AMAZING. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and they gave me exactly that and to me personally it looked better than the photo. Everyone is so accommodating and friendly, Especially Tina. This is my new go to place!

They welcomed me in like I was a king and treated me with great hospitality. Ill be going back in a couple weeks...The fellas and I went in and enjoyed ourselves. Aqua nail bar gives a wonderful service. Took my mom for a pedicure as her first outing after her mastectomy and the whole staff was so kind to her. It took us awhile to get her situated and the were very patient and helpful. They even gave her a manicure in the same chair so we didnt have to reposition her!! And man do they give a great pedicure!!! Best massage yet. Ty is the best he does my nails and toes!!

Had a shellac pedicure, which a week later has almost entirely chipped off. The woman working with me spoke very little English and actually ignored me several times when I asked her questions. If I asked her coworker (after she ignored me) the coworker would just point to her and tell me to ask her again. I wont be returning.

I was looking for a new nail place near by where I moved. Definitely happy! Will be back with a couple friends!

I’ve been going here for close to a year and I love them, they take a lot of pride in their work and I always leave with my nails exactly as I asked. Special props to Tina and Lily who are extremely sweet ladies who are great to spend time with!

Im having a Karen moment!! I was going to pay and was told it was cash only. I used their ATM, paid my bank fee (which will get reimbursed) and paid their ATM fee only to notice the Visa sign. I asked again if it was cash only or if they take Visa. I was then told they take cards if the customer doesnt have cash. 🙄 So then I resumed making my payment with my card! Not cool. Poor business practice.

They always do a great job. They never rush even if theyre busy they always do quality work. I find the salon to be extremely honest....they always let me know if I dont need something done like if it can wait instead of just doing it and charging me. I always feel good about getting my nails done here.

I only make appointment’s with Hannah she is the best nail gal in town she does such a great job especially if you’re into coffin shape or stiletto!

I came in a week ago and was charged $75 for this. Loved the outcome but very pricey! Today I came to fix one nail (thumb) and this is what I got. Never coming back to this place.

Honestly it was my first time getting dip powder nails with the extensions but the lady didn’t even make my nails look like the same shape or size and you can still see my nail through it and it was unevenly coated and she just kept commenting on the color and didn’t even follow the picture I showed. She made my nails look fat and I had to reshape them when I got home. She didn’t listen when I asked if I could get an extension on all of them she just kept saying they were long enough on a couple of them. After she cut the nails she didn’t even file them properly and just left them. Not worth $50 at all and I’m going somewhere else next time. :(

I got my nails done last weekend . I asked for a very translucent white . They are just a basic white , very lumpy. They look rushed . One lady started my nails and had another lady finish them . Who didn’t have on a mask the entire time I might add. Now I have been getting my nails done religiously for two years and have only broken my nail doing some heavy moving . I have TWO broken nails already and I haven’t done anything to do so. I would not recommend this place . Even if you’re in a rush and need something quick. Don’t do it

I super upset I went in to get my nails done the next day my nails started falling went back in got charge 20.00 to fix there mistake since I choose a different color because I could not remember what color I got the first time around they “fix” them here I’m 3 nails are off again I have had this nails for a total of 8 days I paid 80.00 for this super upset !

I want to give a lower rating but due to a good experience in past visits, I am being sentimental and giving a 3. Many shellac manis past, I had what was referred to as a reverse color Ombre? Where the base is clear and theone to have realized ths color starts at the tips and the colors fade away into a natural color at the base of the nail. The beginning of the nail bed. IT WAS amazing and I adored how they looked. I went back to get it done again and nobody knew what I meant. One tech said, I can figure it out and proceeded to do nothing like a reverse color ombre. It turns out, she was in training and the hack job on my nails would be enough for anyone to realize this. I told her I was not thrilled with them and still paid $35 as that is what I was billed. I of course was in the service industry years ago so I still tipped 20%. I took a chance about 6 months later and once again saw the woman who gave me the original, amazing shellac mani.. She is the assistant manager, I think, Michelle maybe? I told her I wanted her and she said ok.. Sat me down, looked like we were a go and then plops another tech in her seat and stated she knows how to do this and I will be right here for any questions she might have.. TURNS OUT.. This girl had NO IDEA what we were talking about and I asked her to not even bother and just paint them.. That too did not turn out that great. IT took over an hour for a simple shellac, paint job. They did not look professionally done, she too was still in training and I felt if you were going to use me as your guinea pig to train someone, DO NOT CHARGE ME FULL PRICE! But Of course I was. The polish started to chip off in less than 48hrs. I have yet to go back.. I dont mind training people and using my nails to do so.. I appreciate being truthful and transparent and say, we will give you 30% off since you are providing us the opportunity to give someone experience in different application and style types. Still looking for a tech anywhere that does Reverse Color Ombre.

They’ve got lots and lots of color choices in shellac and non-shellac. They’ve got many many different dip powder/acrylic powder colors to choose from as well. All kinds of jewels and special polished, etc. I’ve been getting shellac acrylic nails from them for a few months now. Every time my nails look fantastic and I get tons and tons of compliments. They’re always busy! I’ve also gotta say their deluxe pedicure is absolutely a screaming deal for $35. You get everything that another salon would charge $50+ for. I highly suggest getting a pedicure from them. They did such a wonderful job. Only con is it’s +$10 for shellac, which turns the $35 into a not so good deal. Same with acrylic fills. Why does it almost cost the same amount to get them filled as a brand new set? Nonetheless, this place is worth their prices. They’re amazing!! Highly recommended!!!

Hana is an absolute JOY! My nails are perfect every time. If you are shopping for a pedicure, ask for Tina and get an add-on callous treatment. Great service, friendly girls. A fabulous way to spoil yourself a little.

I absolutely love, love, LOVE this place. I highly recommend it. Everyone is nice and they never rush or do sloppy work. I also like that they will do a swatch of the nail color on your nails and ask you if you like it especially because some colors look really different in the bottle. I always leave happy!!!!!

I literally love this place so much! I live in downtown Portland within walking distance to many nail salons, and I make the drive to get my nails done at Aqua 100% of the time. They introduced me to the dip powder nails, and it’s amazing. It lasts longer than shellac and comes off with acetone soaks & no scrapping. Every nail tech is great. Do yourself a solid and go to Aqua, you will not regret it.

One star is being generous. This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve been to. I went in for a basic manicure, but I left with unevenly filed nails and polish that looked like it was unevenly coated, she also didn’t even remove all of my cuticles to add to the disappointment. It hasn’t even been a full two days since I got my nails done and they have already chipped away. I am now going to remove the polish because my nails look horrendous. This place doesn’t seem qualified to do nails and just want your money. If you do decide to try this place, don’t forget to bring your own nail kit or they’ll charge you extra without mentioning it to you beforehand over the phone. On top of all of that, customer service is non existent here. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

I go here every two weeks (ish) for a fill and they always do amazing. They just got new chairs and pedicure stations. The previous chairs were okay but these ones are bigger so I can fit my purse behind me. In general great prices and all the women there are lovely. Come try their new seats, they’re pretty good.

Just like any salon thats been around awhile ya gotta keep on them to be sure its done right. You also need to ask them for the complimentary drinks they wont offer anymore. Very relaxing place. I am a regular

I can give myself a pedicure no problem. Sometimes I an just not in the mood for the effort it takes and would like to relax and read while getting the job done. But the outcome of nicely filed and polished toes is the goal. I left this salon $32 poorer with toes that were filed unevenly and polish missing on parts of my toes. They didnt even remove all of the dead skin and cuticles. Very disappointing. Will never return.

This salon is such a gem. Im so happy my friend and I walked from Washington Square to check it out! Best price for solar nails and they even heave dip powders galore! Highly recommended!

My acrylic nails always turn out nicely and last for weeks. I never been disappointed and always choose this spot over any other nail salon. Some staff are friendlier than others.

My sister and I walked in here and got the aqua pedicure. They did a fantastic job. The water pearls felt great and the hot rock massaged rocked. We will go here again!

I love my nails! I get the SNS dip and they do a great job. Its a bit more expensive but the quality is always there.

By far the best nail salon in Beaverton. Andy always does my nails (pink and white solar) and they never lift. I can go about a month before having them filled. Their pedicures are wonderful and the massage is longer than ever. I recommend this nail salon to everyone as well as take my out of town guests!

I took a chance on a new place and Im so glad I did. Beautifully decorated and soothing colors, Aqua Nail Bar beats the established nail salons in my Murrayhill neighborhood. Just a regular manicure on natural nails, but the gal next to me was having gels put on and I smelled NOTHING. Good value. Cant wait to try a spa pedicure.

Love the atmosphere. I found that the ladies were conversational when they needed to be. Had waxing and shellac mani and shellac chocolate pedi. Shellac turned out great had a single bubble on both thumbs but I felt it was too late to fix and I know how to fix it at home.Waxing was, quick, painless, and efficient. Only lost a star because they forgot to put healing oil on. I thought they put it on but I felt my brows and lip in the car realizing there was no healing oil or aloe put on it.Small thing that they will remember next time. Other than that I enjoyed their services and will continue with them.

Great nail salon if you want a spa feeling without the price. The chairs and foot baths are amazing and there is no nail salon smell. I got a french mani/pedi for $50 and it was GORGEOUS. You have to try the paraffin wax- it is outstanding. We will definitely be back.

I seriously believe they hire people with no experience at all I had a horrible experience I am never going back,they dont know how to do nails at least the one gal that did mine had no clue what she was doing.

Only if can I could give no stars I would!!!!!! I’m not the type of person that would her mani/pedi all the time. They guy was so unprofessional because he was on the phone while I was in the middle of my service.I got a full set and the was very off thumbs two different shapes, both of my index fingers and ring fingers are not straight. I’ve been here three different times today I just wanted to treat myself since it’s mother’s day weekend and not happy about my nails and will not be coming anymore and it’s just so stupid that they will charge a fee if your paying with a card.

Fantastic service and very fair prices. I go there for manicures, pedicures, and waxing - they are always very thorough and detailed. I tried the solar nails a couple times and they were strong / surprisingly natural looking, unlike other places where they turn pink and have a weird curve to them. Very friendly staff and relaxing environment, I would definitely recommend going here.

The service is nice, but watch for increase. The prices changed and they didnt notify customers until you were paying for your mani and pedi. I give them 3 stars.

Love this place. They all around do a good job. I like their pedis, for being basic its actually really nice and extensive in the treatment they give you. Only thing they need to fix is their appointment set up. Because you make a appointment and the day you show they dont have you down or record you called and made one. How hard is it to write it down? So very frustrating when you have to wait and 5 different people are walking through the door saying they have appointments too. Its Sunday before Valentines Day and understaffed. Still love them though!

Went here the first time they did my nails great, not even a week later a nail came off they fixed it for me, but another week after they all just started falling off. Not worth $50 would never recommend coming here.

My first couple times were great but the last couple have been horrible! Very poor job on a new solar set but still compromised with the situation. Came back a couple weeks later to clean them up, make them even, and replolish. They barely grew out so I didnt want a back fill plus I didnt have the time. A different lady helped me and was more than annoyed by my request. She said they dont do this and everybody rents their own space and this shouldve been done by the original person, however she would make an exception.YOU WORK FOR THE SAME BUSINESS, ITS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND BRINGING CUSTOMERS BACK!! Highly disappointed by the attitude. Im a paying /tipping customer, my request was easy and YES other places do this. I was willing to pay. I still tipped despite the way I was treated. Ill be looking for a new Salon now though.

My friend scheduled a spa date for 6 of us here in advanced, when we walked in they looked annoyed and like they weren’t aware of their own schedule. 2 of the employees were extremely rude to us. I have gotten my nails done for years and know what I like, I went in for a full set and she made my nails so thick that I told her to go over them again. Even after she went over again they were so thick even my husband commented and said, “too thick huh” without me saying why I didn’t like them. She told me I needed to get a different type of nails since I was putting Shillac over a full set to make them not look as thick. This is comical to me because I’ve been getting m nails done this way for at least five years..... she really just needs to learn how to do nails correctly and make them taper to the cuticles. Smh 🤦🏻‍♀️, never coming here again.

Went here due to everywhere being closed or busy. They were able to take my three sisters and I, but it wasnt the best service. They were polite, but we werent given the pedicures we wanted.

I got a dipping powder manicure. I have had several times before at other salons. The nail technician Nini who did my nails did a terrible job. The polish looks translucent you can see the whites of my nails through the polish. She dipped all of my nails twice except my thumbs which she dipped three times so they were much different in color and more opaque. When I didn’t look happy she offered to fix them. When she fixed them she did a very rushed job and put more poweder and polish toward the base of the nail and not the tip ( the place where the color was lacking). So now my nails are still translucent and thinner at the tip and way too thick at the base. It looks and feels awful. She told me that my natural nails were “too white” but I was with 3 other women who also got dipping powder and none of their manicures were translucent. When I have gotten dipping powder manicures before seeing the whites of my nails through the powder and polish had never been an issue. Not impressed not worth the time or the price.Update: after 6 days I have already had the polish come off one nail in a large chunk as if it were An acrylic nail. Very disappointing

Good experience with dipping my nails for the first time. They were thorough but rushed when a lot of walkins came in all at once.

No attention to detail. Soaking my feet in broken whirlpool. When I asked why it was not working they said it was broken. There were many more chairs available but apparently they didnt care.

We had an appointment at 4:00. We got there at 3:50. They close at 5:00. We waited over 45 minutes to get our nails done. Poor service. Not very kind workers. Wouldnt recommend it there. I wouldnt even give it 1 star.

This place is by far the best place I have ever been to. The young lady that sits closest to the entrance, does the most beautiful pink and white , solar and eyebrow waxing. I went here to get a full set of stiletto shaped acrylics for my birthday. The women who did my nails did a terrible job because she made them abnormally thick, left black paint residue in my cuticals, and each nail had multiple air bubbles. I hated them so much i got them removed 2 days later.DO NOT GO HERE >:(
