Extremely rude lady. Poor communication. Poor customer service. I asked the lady about pricing. She got extremely mad and rude. She told me to get out and never come back. No knowledge of customer service

Like some of the others said I wish I had looked at these reviews first. . Never again we argued for 5 minutes about the nails I wanted she charges more than any salon I have ever seen to do basic pink and white nails $70 which I have never paid and Ive had nails for years. If youre going to charge that you have to have the quality to back it up which she did not it is subpar to say the least. In fact the truth is it is the worst set I have had ever in the three years that Ive been getting my nails done. Not to mention my nail popped off an hour after I left the place. But like some of the other said they were porous she didnt take the time to smooth them out she just did one shortcut after another. I never dont tip but I walked out with zero tip. BewareOne week update they have all popped off with the exception of two I almost think she should be reported to the better Business bureau

The worst place for nails ever!! The lady never listen to you, I told her nicely that the polish and acrylic is not even and smooth also it is porous. She didn’t listen to me and told me not to come to her place again if I don’t like it! She light cured once, when I went out the polish of all of my nails were soft and got ruined, I went back again I showed her, she put another layer extremely harsh and made it even worse! She was extremely rude she told me do my nails at home not here beside her bad job! I do my nails more than 4 years it is the first time I face such people!! I wish I lost my money than giving it to this place to do my nails! She doesn’t even worth one star, she was extremely rude with me eventhough I stayed nice with her despite her job! The lady that does my nails,Tina seems to be good but then gets in a hurry after 30 mins into the appointment. The rates are fair. But the after quality is low. She didnt do anything with my cuticles which I think is important of healthy looking nails 💅

Worst place ever to get your nails done. The gel polish work is horrible. I went in my nail polish is already chipping. It is very sloppy polish work. And lady was rude, said i was wrong.

DO NOT GO HERE!!Worst place ever. My daughter and friend had their nails done here. One of the girls told the lady that she wasnt doing what she wanted. The lady argued with her telling her she knew what she was doing. Didnt even let her pick her own color. She wanted just yellow but the lady told her again she knows what shes doing and this is what she was getting, each nail a different color. There also a bunch of smears all of the nails. One has smear with a totally different color. She also told her she shouldve just did her nails at home and told her not to come back. Dont worry, she wont neither will other people now because if your horrible service.

Wish I would have read their review before hand! Would NOT recommend!! WORST service and experience ever!! Took my daughter to have her nails done for her birthday, the acrylic was lumpy, their nail polish was dry and old..they dont listen to what you want, the lady created a seen and started yelling at us to leave if we didnt like it..she over charged my card $5 and said she would void that charge never did so I had to dispute the charge.

Got my nails done a week and half ago they were lifting already 2 days ago. Theyre lifting, really bad. I called and she said come in. I did and she said thats normal you need a fill. What? Im giving you a second chance to fix them. My nails never lift in 8 years of going to my regular place. No way I was paying her. I went up the street one nail was cracked in the the middle horizontal hurting from lifting, they had to replace five nails, they were lifting from the front and back. In 25 years of getting my nails done never this bad.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!!! 😉Tina the owner has been my nail tech for over 5 years. She recently took ownership of this salon. The store is very clean and it is a very nice environment. In the 5 years of being a customer, my nails are always consistently beautiful. Trust me when I say that its hard to find a great nail place. Im always pleased with the quality of service and products. If your looking for a great pedicure, this is the place to come. Also great waxing services available too. Its very nice to have all these services in one place.

I always get my nails done by Tina. My nails are always perfect and beautiful. My daughter often joins me as well. Her new salon is very clean and welcoming. I cannot recommend Tina highly enough. I will not see anyone else.

I went in to get a full set with my sister and we were just getting regular nail polish she charged me 25 but if I wanted a shape she would charge us $5 more I was okay with that the issue began when the male started on my nails he keep filling them down until it got to a very short when I started tell him I wanted them a medium size but okay so he continued after I told him to fix them cuz he kept leaving them very thick I’m very disappointed cuz when I tried tell him to fix it the female got up from her spot and started yelling at me telling me not to tell her how to do her job at this point I just wanted to leave I was embarrassed and over it I asked to leave them like that with no polish nothing but just the bad acrylic work, she proceeds to charge me still $30 for my sister and $30 for me after she didn’t finish nothing was fixed, I will never ever going back to that place again. Ashamed and screamed at isn’t a great business... (I will definitely give it no stars if I could)

Went with my boyfriend and a friend today to get shellac manicures and were all three disappointed with how ours turned out. All bumpy and lumpy and misshapen. The dude also freaked out on our friend for asking for a specific nail polish. He didn’t speak a word of English so he was visibly getting frustrated and threw a tantrum and his co worker had to come and interpret what was going on and they still argued very loudly and made us all feel very uncomfortable being there and still all had to pay after that awkward experience. The best part is that I’m a licensed cosmetologist and I can tell when they are doing things incorrectly and not up to health code. Someone from OSHA should really look into this place and make sure they are licensed professionals because they sure don’t act like ones and they didn’t have their licenses out. We will never be returning 💁🏼‍♂️

Went in for a full set of acrylic nails this morning 8/17. I have a job interview this afternoon and now my nails will look nice and pretty! The woman who did my nails (I believe the owner) was very friendly and talked with me the whole time. My nails look beautiful and they were affordable. She also wished me luck on my interview and gave me a nice gel topcoat for free! I will be back because of the quality of service and friendly environment! :)UPDATE: Went in for a fill 8/27 due to lots of lifting and the loss of two nails that needed to be repaired. She offered me a solar fill which I decided to try. After I got the two nails replaced, they were noticeably pinker than the others. I had a French set with white tips. I dont know anybody who would be okay with having their nails look this way. When I asked her to fix them she became very irritated and was shaking her head at me. I told her if she would have told me the powder was a different color then I wouldnt have agreed to it. Poor customer service will not get you far in this business. I did have a pedicure and it looked great. Its just inconsistent here, there are better salons.

This was my first time going there and last.. the older man did my nails they are horrible. The nail polish was super dry I mentioned it to him then he added a liquid which didnt work, the shape of my nails was not what I asked for, I told him and he pretended he didnt understand me. Very disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted by the level of hygiene or lack there of. The male technician’s nails were long broken and very dirty. He kept wiping his runny nose and not washing his hands. Then proceeded to give someone a manicure and the person refused then left. Sadly they saw nothing wrong with this so I also left.

Horrible nails! Ive been getting my nails done for years and this is the worst place Ive been to. Do NOT go to the guy working in there. He has no idea what hes doing. I got a pedicure and gel nail set. My pedicure only took 20 mins, from start to finish and my gel nails were bumpy and the gel was stuck to my fingers.When I told the guy to fix it, he argued with me about nothing being wrong with it. Worst place for nails. DO NOT GO HERE!

Went here with my sister it was our first time ever getting out nails done, mine were okay but very lopsided, they were very friendly tho but the lady seemed to try to hurry with my sisters nails and hers came off like the next day :| i dont recommend. But they were very friendly and tried to keep a conversation.

They were nice, placed was cold... maybe they were trying to save energy, but it was a little uncomfortable.

Horrible service. They will never decline your service, however, they will start your nails and before they are done start someone elses while you just sit and wait.My acrylic did not last. I got it done on a Friday and they started lifting and coming off Wednesday. Save your money not go here no matter how desperate you are to get your nails done.

Awful place. Horrible service. My nails have never looked so bad. Asked for a refund and they refused. I will be filling a complaint with the bbb.
