They were all very kind and professional. They know their customers well and do great work. The environment is very soothing and relaxing. Im giving two stars only because the employees are lovely. However, there were 7 people in the salon who came in around the same time and only 3 staff. I felt like both my toe nails and finger nails were rushed through and they all came out looking terrible. Again, everyone is super friendly, but they should not allow more appointments to be booked than they can handle at a time. If youre going to get your nails done here, I suggest going at a time with very little traffic and maybe on a weekday when there are less clients.

I have made appointments here alot of times and the people that used to be there where amazing now I guess they are in Texas the people now are so un professional I3 different times I set appointments she did not want to start my nails because it was almost 7 it should never take 2 in a half hours for your toes think about going to this place not enough ppl and the people that used to do these great nails arent here anymore

I do my own nails at home. Sometimes I go to local nail salons to see their quality. I came in with beautiful ombré nails I did myself, and walked out with ugly ones. Not the color I wanted, length, shape, or quality. I paid 50$ for a fill. Probably the worst nail job I’ve ever had done especially for the price. Not only that but they take years and use the very cheap stuff you get online. They use the same dull file for everybody which is also gross. Go anywhere but here. There’s places that do 15$ fills for better quality.

Super upset with how they turned out overall. I could literally cry. Some a super thick and some super thin. None of them have constant paint jobs.

Do NOT waste your $$...People were nice, but I got a new girl who didnt speak any English, which is not a huge deal but when you try to communicate and she looks to another person and cant respond it is a bit frustrating... anyways she should not be doin nails! She does not have the talent or eye for it! Went in for pedi and got up sold to get mani too with $5 discount on mani if I did both... so I did.... BIG mistake, horrible job on pedi and mani!!!!! Toe nails are all jagged/ different lengths... paid extra for french on both pedi and mani but got white streaks in the back part of nail where its supposed to be clear and not uniform white painted tips.(the white tips on my pointer fingers where much wider than the rest of my nails because the second lady tried to fix) I had shellac on my finger nails and asked then to remove and the girl didnt soak them off... she filed them... which made them all rough and bumpy and I asked her to buff them more and make sure all shellac was off b4 proceeding with new polish but I got the response of....they dont like to file too much because it makes the nails weak... well then how bout soaking them off like youre supposed to in the first place?! Always I asked them to fix white streaks and another girl took over and did not do any better. but then proceed to say they looked great ....WRONG! I was tired of dealing with them, if I could have canceled my payment I would have....grrrrrr! Its now 2 days later and my mani is already chipped and so bad Im gonna have to remove all polish. Do NOT go here!!! I will NEVER return!!!

I love getting my nails done here! They do an amazing job and they are so fast even when I walk-in without an appointment! I have never been dissatisfied with my nails as I have at other places. The staff is so nice and make you feel comfortable. From the first time I got my nails done here I knew I would never go anywhere else. I now have my entire family going here and we wouldnt have it any other way. If youre looking for friendly staff and amazing nails you definitely want to go here!

Jenny did my nails and I am extremely satisfied. She took her time, made sure they looked nice, and that I liked them. My nails are smooth and they arent thick with acrylic! They are thin which is what I like.

I like the service here they do a great job, the only issue is that I noticed, they don’t disinfect the are after each costumer how they supposed to now with the covid virus around, I was there and after the guy finish the services in 2 costumers he never cleans anything chair station or nail kit, they pass the nails to choose the colors without disinfecting, and that make me feel uncomfortable

Called for a fill. Prior to starting the male nail tech starts telling me the price is different then online prices it more for polish it’s more to shorten. I I asked him why the pricing was not disclosed online he had no answer. To say I left I’ve been to enough nail shops With horrific experiences the conversations among each other back-and-forth. Not even worth 1 star Bad customer service

Hung up while on the phone with them. They said they don’t use acrylic anymore but put “acrylic” on my nails yesterday??? So if that’s not acrylic on my nails then what the heck is it?

Love their service! They recently got chrome gel nail polish and offered to fix any damages within a week of the manicure. Cindy is excellent and detail oriented, also really gentle. They are the sweetest! ❤️🌟 My good friend recommended me to EXP and I also would be comfortable recomending to a friend. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

So far, this place is far from Express. Made my first and only visit today. Started my nails and left me to finish a pedicure. Been sitting for 20 minutes, unable to leave and getting frustrated by every minute passing.

The first time I visited this salon, I got the new girl. I might have actually been her first ever client, judging by her lack of finesse and her inability to complete my pedicure without step-by-step instructions from her supervisor. Fine, I thought, everybody has a first day.A year later, I tried again. It started out as a nice deluxe pedicure. I was the only client there. One woman worked on my feet while another watched tv. An hour later, the two women spoke in their native language, and the second woman came to me and began quickly filing my fingernails, not asking what i wanted, no massage, no cuticle oil, no care taken whatsoever. It seemed like she was just bored and wanted to close up shop, so instead of telling me when I walked in that there wasnt enough time ( or she wasnt in the mood to actually work) I got to pay for a manicure that I ended up having to complete myself. She tried on a few colors on my finger (not my nail, but my skin) and didnt even remove it before proceeding with polishing my nails. She did such a terrible, hurried job that I had to remove the polish when I got home, smooth out my nail edges, buff, and reapply the polish. What a waste of money! As for the pedicure, she did a good job on the polish, but my nails were not smooth, and she bored a hole in my big toe with the pumice stone! I tipped them 20% despite the terrible service, but I will never, ever return, and I recommend that you dont either!

So I went in about 3-4 weeks ago and got a full solar set with shellack and the guy who did it (I believe his name is TJ) did freaking awesome!! He not only educated me on why starting short would be good for my nails (I bite them) but also did them so fast and so well that they didnt even start lifting when I went and got my fill today 3-4 weeks later! When I went in today he did them for me again and did an amazing job! He was pleased to see how well my nails held up for the time frame I waited before a fill. I will always go back and have him do them since he does such a great job!!!

Came in with a photo of a farely simple design that would only be on 1 nail on each hand. I asked for a full set of solar nails plain black in color with 1 gray nail for my ring fingers and was told the price was $35. Instead of using the colored solar powder which is what most salons do they decided to do clear powder and use gel polish on top.. I thought it was strange but he had already applied before I realized what he was doing. When it came time for polish I had to go to a different station for someone to paint my nails, so he could start on a girl who had been waiting before I even walked in which I did not mind. I left the photo zoomed in on the design for her to be able to look at it whenever she needed. She did a very horrible job and it looked nothing like the photo. So she called the other nail tech over to redo it for me. He got the first one all right but pretty low quality.. he goes to do the other hand and does a terrible job and goes back to the other girls nails. The woman tries to start putting a clear coat on them and I said I dont think they look alike at all and she says nooooo they are cute! I said no I really dont want those so you can just take both off. So he comes back over and says well its almost impossible to make them look alike hands are different sizes I was thinking what?! Ive had plenty of designs done and they always look the same anywhere else but kept it to myself and let him retry. Needless to say I left there with half assed designs on my nails and now it is not even a full week later and one of the tips has broken off due to it being filed so thin. And not to mention I walked out of there paying $60!!! I will never go back.
