Jacob got me two new tires at a great price, installed in less than 30 minutes from when I walked in. Super friendly, explained my options, excellent service. Ill be a repeat customer for any and all tire needs. Made buying tires a pleasant experience instead of one of those chores you just have to do.

I went in to get a flat tire repaired and get all my tires rotated. They told me that my tire was unable to be repaired and that I needed to buy a new one. I took that same tire down the street and got a plug put in it for $5.00. It holds air just fine now. Dont trust people just because they are supposed to be professionals, some are just trying to get more money out of you. I wont be back to this location!

I had an appointment and was perfectly fine with the wait. The customer service was good. Unfortunately though after leaving the store upon parking the tire valve cover was gone and the tire was very dirty with a yellow cream all over it. Fortunately I had a backup valve cover and was able to clean off the cream. I am definitely disappointed with the service.

I had a tire problem while out of town and there was no discount tire near where I was. I had to buy a new tire to safely make the trip home. I went to Discount Tire expecting to have to jump through hoops to get the matter taken care of. Within 20 minutes, the manager, Emmett and his crew put a new tire on my car and reimbursed me the cost of the tire I had to purchase while out of town.

Ive bought multiple sets of tires for my cars here for many years, and it has ALWAYS been a great experience (including best price). Just dropped off my car there for a nail puncture in a tire and a tire rotation, and about ten minutes after I got home, they called to tell me that it was ready for me to come pick up. Got my tires balanced and Jacob was genuinely concerned about the tread so I went ahead and bought two front tires at a great price and Carson was extremely nice and helpful as well and didnt complain when he took the tire off and fixed it put it back on then I bought the new tires right as he put it on and then he needed to take it right back off. As always, the guys at Discount Tire in Beavercreek take care of me and my family. Every car we have they have put tires on and whenever we have a mishap on the road they take care of us like family. Just had a big blowout on my Regal GS thanks to a huge pothole, but as I stated before they always take care of me. Best team in the area, and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This place is awesome! The person talking calls was super nice and professional, they checked me in promptly, did my rotation and balance in 25 min, and earned my business for life. No more Wal-Mart Auto Center for me or my family. That place is impossible to get things done and I come here and everything is easy - like it should be with simple maintenance!

Went to get a tire plugged - that i had purchased there - 4 tires actually - turns out they still want you to come to the office even though the signs say Please wait here, well be with you shortly. And Im not sure who it was, but whatever employee decided to yell throughout the store, complaining about having to plug a tire 40 minutes before closing time was SUPER helpful. SUPER HELPFUL in the way that I will never come back to this business and will also never bring our work fleet for service.I should have done my due diligence before giving this business my money. Please learn from my mistake and never support this company. They are the Wal-Mart of tire stores.

You have found your new tire store! Dave, a manager, was the gentleman I interacted with. After some spirited driving, my tires were damaged to the point of needing replaced. I needed to order some new tires but couldnt drive home due to the tire damage (picture below). Dave lent me a used tire, that met their safety standards, so I could make it home safely and back when the tires arrived.My car is my baby and isnt the average vehicle. The team here treated my car with the utmost respect, professionalism, and courtesy.Every employee I interacted with was well trained, professional, and customer focused. I knew leaving that I received the best tire at the lowest price by a team who truly cares.

The staff was great! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. Took my truck in to get new tires put on and they were done in under an hour. Only negative was that I didnt even get to finish watching my movie on my phone while I waited. Would recommend and will return there.

Absolutely amazing! This was my first time at a discount tire. I noticed my tire was basically flat so I thought I would get the air checked and have them fill it up. Turns out the seal on my tire was bad and they fixed it absolutely FREE! The staff was amazing, the inside was very nice and clean. I will be returning here when I need new tires!

Discount Tire is always great. Ive used them in 4 states now. Always fast, professional, good deals, good value. Free rotations and leak fixes. If tires dont wear as long as they warrantied, they discount your next set. Yellow tire warning light on the dash? They fix those sensors too--for less than half what a dealer will charge you. Whats not to like?

Friendly staff, great service, got me in and out quicker than originally quoted. Took every reasonable safety and health precaution. Made sure I had everything I needed in order to take advantage of factory and store rebate.... Which I received within 2 weeks of purchase. Tech told me air pressure and torque spec for my lug nuts when he finished up, something I really appreciated. Ive had the car a long time and already knew the factory specs. But he gained my trust by telling me because it showed that he took the time to look it up. And when I double checked everything the next morning before driving, every lugnut and each tire was exactly right.

Originally posted 5 stars. After I got home and cleaned my car, I noticed that my new wheels (never had a tire change prior to discount tires) had several gash marks in them. I watched as staff used pry bars to fit tires over customers wheels but assumed they had rubber tips to protect the wheels. I contacted Discount Tire and was informed they would attempt to repair them. They had my car for 3 days...50 dollars in Uber rides to and from work later, I finally got my wheels back from the repair shop. I inspected the repaired wheels with the owner and determined that the marks were still noticeable. The manager seemed legitimately apologetic, however, a routine tire change job turned into a major headache for me. The manager said he could look into filing a claim with the corporate office to replace the damaged wheels, but Ive yet to hear from them. The positive online reviews for this location encouraged me to try out Discount Tire. I would advise anyone using their services to take photos and inspect your wheels before and after to avoid having a similar experience.

I was needing tires, so I was doing my homework, and price checking multiple sources, from Amazon for doing it myself, to Costco, and other competing stores. Discount Tire just simply could not be beat in terms of pricing. Additionally, they had some far more valuable than any other store that I encountered, which was exceptional customer service. From Tyler speaking to me on the phone and giving me honest recommendations to the local conditions and which tire would be best, to James who provided excellent checkout and advice. This level of customer service goes well beyond and I will likely be a lifelong customer of Discount Tire from here on out.

Staff, Management & Technicians were extremely professional & ethical. Phone calls are answered knowledgeably & mannerly. Their entire operation is precise, orderly, punctual, & speedy. They have tire sales & installation down to a science. I was pleasantly surprised. Their prices are Fair & below competitors. I would recommend this location for consideration. Discount Tire in Beavercreek by Wright State just earned our business! Had two tires from our zero turn mower that needed sealed and inflated and they did it with a smile. While the other place by them with a similar name said they werent able to!

Have brought tires here for repair in the past. Recently purchased a set of winter wheels/tires. I was out of town when they arrived but they called me to let me know there was a promotion that was going to expire before I got back. I was able to pay over the phone and get the cheaper price. They could have easily let me come in next week and pay full price but they called as a courtesy.

A great store! Excellent service, relaxing environment, friendly staff. Good tires and they will not be beat on price. The free rotations and small repairs are great no matter where you are since they have so many locations. Second set of tires purchased from them->definitely recommend.

They were able to patch my tire (at no charge😁) and while they told me itd be 1hr & 45min as a walk-in, they were finished MUCH faster than predicted.

I wish customer service was this good at every tire store! We will definitely be bringing our Teslas here from now on. Just met me at the door and was very professional, had my car in the bay in seconds, repaired my tire in a matter of minutes, and did a complimentary tire shine and TPMS repair. They were a little busy but got the job done, how ever they did forget to check front tires for me but it drives good so I guess it was the back tires all along. Took the van in for my daughter to get new back tires,was just wondering about the weights coming off but guess its alright if not Im sure they will take care of the problem.

Helpful, friendly, and skilled staff. They fixed a tire/wheel issue that another shop screwed up. They were fast and my car drives more smooth than it did when new. Their shop and waiting area are new and clean. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

I rarely, if ever, post reviews b/c I think its entirely overdone and question the collective opinions of people who confuse online criticism with personal fulfillment.In any case, I took my car in this past week b/c my tire pressure wouldnt hold. The service manager said the tire was shot and he couldnt let me drive off w/ it. Immediately I was irritated. What a business model...right?. It virtually guarantees revenue.But as I sat there and thought more about it, I honestly GET IT! What if I were in his shoes and let someone drive away on knowingly, unsafe tires and caused an accident and harm? Something I wouldnt be able to live w/.In any case, I once again, apologize for acting like a tool when being told about my useless tires. Its really continued to bother me and Im really sorry. But I absolutely love my new tires. They make the drive so much smoother.Thanks for being professional and courteous, even when your customers arent. You guys gained a fan for life. That may be the silver lining through all this (or maybe not. :-) ).

I have been to quite a few discount tire locations over the years. This particular store is blessed with fully capable, young and cohesive team, management included. They operate as if they have been working together for twenty years. I was completely impressed with the 45 minute tire replacement and balance on my truck. They also completed tire work on three additional vehicles in the same time frame. I highly recommend you check out this store for your next set of tires.

Best place for a plug & patch

Super cheap selections. A popular destination that can be crowded in the evening hours after work. I made an appointment and got in and out very quickly.Tire prices can be as low as 40 each. I got the cheapest model and was glad to find them quiet and good handling. Installation and balancing etc has a small extra charge but very competitive.

Fantastic first time experience! Had some shaking happening with the wifes car and they were able to check on that and recommend tires for us. They quoted us the price of everything including labor so we knew what wed be spending and what wed be getting the entire time.Will definitely be going back!

Went in for 4 new tires and asked how fast can it be done and he said fast. So I timed the team and they changed all 4 tires and put the new ones on in 14 min flat. Now that’s what I call service.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service from the employees at this location. Ive purchased about 5 sets of tires from them over the last 6 years, on top of having them mount multiple sets of ATV tires. Have always been treated with the utmost respect. This last experience is why Ill never go anywhere else. I put a set of tires on my truck a week ago, and couldnt get them to ride the way it shouldve. Had a lot of shake and steering wheel vibration at highway speeds. I called and talked to the manager after one attempt at rebalancing. He said to come back and theyd swap them out. I went in today figuring they would have to order the replacements (completely different tire), but they had them in stock and installed in about an hour. The new set rides amazing. No shakes or vibrations! They couldve just as easily kept trying to rebalance the tires, but didnt.

Stopped in on a Saturday. They were busy. Was told my tire wasnt leaking air and the tread was fine. Stopped someplace else. I wasnt crazy. Tire had a 6 inch nail in it in a spot that was not patchable.Thanks Monro for taking time to find out what was going on with my tire.
