I have gone to Tire Discounters several times for oil changes, tire rotations, and other things. The last time I went I was highly unsatisfied with my experience. Overall, I felt like they were always telling me something new was wrong with my vehicle and trying to over charge me for things I did not need done. I am thankful to have a relative that is knowledgeable about vehicles and I could go to them for advice. Be cautious going to this place because they will try to rip you off! Had to give one star but they should receive no stars.

Bought four new tires for my daughters car here since it was close for her being in college. I told her to bring it here for oil changes and tire rotation every time she would bring it in they would say something was wrong and try to get her to let them fix it but I would fix it myself this happened at least four times they are just trying to take advantage of these young college kids!

Prefer this location because they have great costumer service. But when I go to get my balancing and rotation done, its almost like I have to get it done more then once to get it right. The first time all my balancing weights fall right off. We end up having to have the balancing re done atleast twice minimum before its actaully done right.

Aside from spending too much for a tire rotation and balance, you did a good job. I mean $47 is pretty expensive; but, I can’t balance tires at home and I don’t have a lift. I do have a door jack and jack stands. I’ll probably just do it myself next time.

The staff at Tire Discounters (Especially Mike) were able to quickly and professionally offer same day solutions at fair market prices. I have no complaints, and wont hesitate to utilize their services in the future.

He went ahead and provided us with a rebate even though we didnt quite meet the criteria after calling corporate for clarification. I had a nail/screw in my brand new, less than a week old tires, and the company I bought them from said it would take 4+ hours to repair and Id have to do a drop off (even though I purchased the road hazard). I only have one car, so that didnt work for me. Tire Discounters was able to patch my tire in about 20 minutes! They were extremely friendly and had a great place to wait outside. I only wish I would have purchased my tires from them in the first place. Thank you, you guys were great!

So automatic discount? Anyways. Told if I want that, $69.99 and $9 off. Asked wait time. Told average is hour and half. Left for Vasoline oil change center 8 minutes away. Took was done with over an hour and fifteen minutes to spare

Had a very slow leak in one of the tires, they found the problem and fixed it, no charge. Love this place and will continue to do business with them.

We had an odd situation with our vehicle, the shop was BUSY, but the woman running the counter did a fantastic job helping my daughter assess what could/should be done. After inspection, she called me and gave me a very fair and honest assessment. Unfortunately, that assessment was to junk the vehicle (which I was expecting), but they did prepare a list of all that COULD be done if we really wanted to fix it.

Waited 1.5 hours for them to refuse to rotate my tires because the tread was too low (aka force me to buy new tires). So now I have to drive with bad tires on the front because they refused to service my vehicle. Two hours for a scheduled oil change; they should pay me. Done with Tire Discounters who I relied on for years.

Appointment time was 1. Got there a little early. Gentleman took car keys, got some info from the car and said they would get right on it. Original estimate was to allow for 2 hoursCar was done by 1:45. Have always gotten great service from them.

I was refused an oil change because I didnt want to pay $101 for hood shocks. I am sure I will only be fed that its a safety concern but I am having someone hold the hood up for 2 minutes while the oil was poured must be incredibly tedious. Especially when you can charge $90 in labor for $10 parts. I guess accommodating a customer with something so minor would be too much of a task and obtaining another loyal customer isnt a concern either.

Good staff at this location, very friendly and upfront the two times I have visited. Originally purchased tires from them and they matched the best price I found elsewhere online and honored their free alignment deal. I have been back since to get them rotated which took about an hour. Great experience so far.

These guys were great! I discovered a screw in my tire on the way home from work, these guys got me in straight away. I was back on the road in under an hour!

Extremely predatory and unethical rates. They hope you dont know enough about cars so they can try to mark up parts by over 1000% and wont call them out on it.I brought my car in with an ABS/Traction control fault. Tire Discounters charged me $70 just to plug in a scan tool. They then quoted me over $200 a wheel to replace the wheel speed sensors ($110 each sensor and $100 labor) and said the sensors would need to be special ordered. When I called them out, they were incredibly rude and patronizing.Wheel speed sensors are incredibly easy to replace and OEM sensors cost about $10 each for my car. I was able to change out all four myself in about an hour in the parking lot of an AutoZone and they had everything on the shelf and the tools to borrow to do it. No more lights or codes. I will never bring my car back to Tire Discounters.

I just spoke to the manager. Hey told me it was impossible to warp a rotors from over tightening. mechanix.com says otherwise Can warp your rotors as well as your hubs.

Late review but I visited between the holidays and the garage was super busy. Staff was kind enough to squeeze me in to check my tire sensor.. turned out to be a screw. In reality, they DID squeeze me in and it WAS busy but it still took about 1.5 hrs to have my tire plugged. Cant complain though because they didnt even charge me! How sweet!! We decided to schedule two oil changes here in the new year and am happy to say their service was much faster and the staff was just as friendly. They were short staffed or something but were very transparent about the additional (maybe extra 15 minute) wait time.

Glad I didnt buy at the first place. I saved a bunch of money. My only complaint is that they lost about half my stem valve covers across two cars. No big deal as theyre cheap and easy to replace, but I shouldnt have had to.

First off, this store lied to me. I called around 3-4 different shops pricing tires, and found a set that I liked and a price I could agree with. They told me the tires were in stock, after driving 30 minutes to the location, they let me know theres only 3 tires in stock, but they would happily up sell for for $100 more.....Not wanting to drive back and waste my morning, I went ahead with it. Then, they tell me I need new tie rods and a sway bar, quoting me nearly $500 for the sway bar alone in parts.I ended up taking it to another mechanic, they let me know I only needed an outer left tie rod (this store said I needed full front rods replaced), and let me know a sway bar is a $150 part. I get it fixed, paying LESS than what they quoted me for the sway bar itself. Talk about trying to gouge you for parts.Honestly, this place is what gives mechanics a bad name, I would never come here again, I wont redeem my free alignment because I dont trust them to be honest - Im sure they would say I need something else done before they would do it.

We do not go anywhere else to get worm done our cars. Their customer service is great. I never feel like just another customer. The people there are friendly and they do great work. Their prices are also fair and they always discuss what needs to absolutely be done first and price estimate first.

I checked out their reviews and decided to go for an alignment. It turned out that my truck needs more work but I bought a set of tires, which includes an alignment. Great deal. The tech came out to explain the other recommended service and the charges before doing any work. All the staff was friendly and the customer lounge area was clean with free coffee. My total wait time was less than hour. Great service guys!

How in the heck do you have one guy in a tire shop doing tires?????? I spoke with Keith upon arrival. And as with most people Ive dealt with he was extremely rude and condescending. As if it was an inconvenience to be dealing with me. I spoke with them on the phone earlier in the week and no one mentioned the would have to order the tire that failed because they are phasing them out. So now I have to put on a tire I really dont want. Or, drive my car back 30 miles home and back 30 miles tomorrow. Im do for tires on my pickup truck in a few months. I can guarantee I wont be purchasing those at this or any other tire discounters. I will take my $1600 somewhere else. This company really needs to work on their customer service and friendliness. Ive been to 3 different stores and 4 different vehicles in the last year and a half and gotten the same service every time. I will not be back except for the tire rotation and balance due on the tires already purchased.

The staff was super helpful when I went in with a quick question! They didnt find anything wrong with my vehicle so they didnt charge, even after an hour of analyzing. I would be sure to go back here in the future!

Generally very honest, for tires the best in the area, their hazard warranty is above any other. General maintenance, parts and labor are slightly higher than your dealership probably. If you buy 4 new tires, its worth it to get that free rotation and alignment, otherwise your paying extra for honesty and convenience.

This place takes very good care of our vehicles and they are always professional and honest. I have gotten tires and brake jobs in addition to regular oil changes here for 5 years. Just had brakes, rotors, and calipers on my Sonata and Tim took very good care of. And $35 for an oil change and tire rotation cant be beaten.

I went into the Beavercreek, OH location a couple weekends ago for an oil change. I was greeted by Wendy very quickly, and Cody took great care of my 2010 Silverado. He was very honest, and sold me on the idea of going to full synthetic oil, which I am glad that I am using seeing how my truck has higher miles. He was very quick, and thorough with the work, and advised me that my brakes, suspension, and tires looked great, but I had some minor frame rust that needed attention. I will definitely be back. These guys seem to take very good care of you.

This place has great customer service and prices. Highly recommend their services. They do a lot with tires, alignment and oil/fluid changes. They are not full-fledged mechanics! So dont expect it, I guess.Five star business.

Good place to go if you need tires. But, I do not recommend letting them work on your vehicle for other issues, please take it to your own normal mechanic. If you do not it can end up being very costly.

Friendly, fast and fair. I buy all my tires from them and they have always done top notch work. Work hard to take care of you same day you call, even if they have to get exact tires to match from out of town. Last visit had a small leak from a screw -- fit me in to busy schedule same morning and performed the work gratis. What more could you ask.

This is the place if you need tires, they will treat you right, I have stopped by here a few times when my tire light was on cause of the temperature change. They have always taken care of my tires.

Took them 20 minutes to replace a tire after calling me to help find the wheel lock key. The tire was replaced well enough, but after paying almost $20 to replace one tire, youd think theyd be more aware and more adept at changing tires.

After returning to Tire Discounters on 12/23/17 to check why my steering wheel was still vibrating extensively after the tire were just balanced in August. They then proceeded to check the balancing of the tires and said they were balanced correctly and that there was nothing they could do about my steering wheel vibration. I then went to Discount Tire for a second opinion (see attached documentation). They informed me that the tires were counter balanced (meaning all weights on one side of tire). This is not the proper way to balance tires. They also informed me that all four tires were out of round causing the vibration. So Tire Discounters performed a lifetime balance and rotation incorrectly and on defective tires. I called Michelin to see what they could do about my defective tires that were less than 6 months old. They called Discount Tires for a verbal confirmation and then agreed to give me a $244.00 credit on a new set of tires since I was not the original purchaser (tire were on the vehicle when I purchased). Also I had to purchase another lifetime balance and rotation for the new set of tires.

No one like to see a flat when trying to go somewhere. It was 5pm and we were at wits end to get this resolve called down to Tire Discounters, and wanted to see if it was fixable or get a tire replaced. We were in and out in about a hour and got a great deal for a tire. Winter is coming and I will be back to get these tires replaced. Thanks again!

Went in 15 min before close because my heat shield was dragging from a snow accident. They stayed open a little later to fix it up for me when they could have said schedule an appointment. Everyone there was super friendly too!

In the past two months or so Ive had to replace two tires. Both times the guys at the counter were super nice, even when I showed up the one time at ten til close riding on a spare after I just shredded one of my tires. Theyre always quick, everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable, and its the cheapest price Ive found for tires in the area.

They never sugar coat anything and always get me in as fast as possible, most of the times I just walk it. They are very real about what my vehicle needs and don’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need. Plus their prices are way more than reasonable.

Dont fall for the gimmick. The whole free alignment thing is not worth paying so much more for the tires. Do yourself a favor and call Discount Tire. If you need an alignment (which you dont always need one) its 60 bucks around the corner. Even with paying for that alignment Discount Tire has routinely been considerably cheaper then TD. We have five vehicles and every time we need tires I compare the two. Discount Tire wins every time. The only add on TD gives you over the other guys is that alignment. Dont spend 200 bucks more on tires for a free alignment.

Very friendly, fast service. They never try to sell me things I dont need. I use to take our family cars to another big company, but they were always trying sell us the whole store, when we just wanted an oil change. They dont do that here. Never going back to the other guys

Will never do business with them again. Manager is a liar and they installed inferior tires on our vehicle and billed us for recommended tires.

Went in for a new tire because I had a flat and was driving on a spare. The guy at the desk was very friendly. When they got my tire out, they noticed it only had a nail in it and it could be patched up instead of buying a whole new tire. I was worried theyd try to sell me all 4 tires, but they actually saved me money! Ill definitely be going back to get my new tires when the time comes around!

Dave really helped me out. After some rowdy teens slashed my tires in the middle of the night. I called tire discounter who had to work with me and my father who was out of state. Dave was pretty awesome he got us in right away and fixed my Spark in no time flat!! Highly recommend!

Once again I am not disappointed at all by the customer service from Keith, Darrell, and Mellissa. My wifes car had a slow leak and I stopped by without an appointment and they were happy to get me in and taken care of. The tire was leaking around the rim, and they explained that it was corrosion so they cleaned it and sealed it up. The wait was minimal and they are always professional and supply the best customer service around.
