We have been living in Walden village for almost four years now and really love it. The kids always have someone to play with, the pool is clean and well maintained and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We appreciate all the events they host such as Halloween parties for the kids etc. The maintenance team is always on top of work orders and during Covid made sure everyone was complying with safety standards. I have in the past, and will continue recommending Walden village to anyone looking for a rental in Beavercreek.

I lived here for a couple of years a few years ago. The location was good, never had any problems with neighbors. We loved to walk over to the Greene to walk around, catch a movie, or get dinner. My only complaint was that they tried to raise rent a significant amount every year. They always backed it down again when I threatened to move, but it would have been nice to not have to do that every year. The office workers were always friendly. They didnt charge any excessive fees when I left. The only reason I left was that I bought a house instead.

I lived at Walden apartments for almost 7 months and had to leave due to taking a job in a different state. The staff there was always helpful and friendly! Maintenance was quick to respond to issues. The apartments were quiet and my neighbors were awesome and friendly! I miss my fireplace for sure and loved having a 2nd full bathroom and washer/dryer in unit! Its close to everything but has that quiet country feel at same time. I would highly recommend this place and would love to live here again if God wills for me to come back! Thank you everyone for such an awesome experience! I wish everyone there the best! God bless!

I lived at Walden Village for 8 years....overall 3 stars. Office staff are good overall...esp the manager at the time, Kerry. Shes pretty nice, however one of their staff can have an attitude problem as I have noticed a few times living there. Maintenance staff at the time was okay, but sometimes they would have to do the same repair job twice, but got done still. The maintenance guy I dealt with a lot was pretty good, but he moved onto better jobs right after I moved away. This place is too noisy to live at, too many college people making too much noise with NO consideration for anybody else and with the Lakes of B-Creek next to Walden Village, not a good lifestyle for older folks trying to live quietly. If they closed off the road going into the Lakes of B-Creek and open the side road from Wagner Road, that would work nice for those living at Walden Village. I had a 1 bedroom upper unit, very nice, but appliances were old! Nice layout in that particular unit. I had to move out of the area and now I am retired, I could not live at a noisy place like Walden Village.

I’m giving them 5 starts because I was only in the application process and received the absolute BEST service from the assistant manager, Sara Couch. She really went above and beyond for my husband and I, coming from a different state I had a lot of questions and Sara answered all my questions without getting impatient with me, she was extremely professional and just overall a pleasure to work with. Although my husband and I did not go through with these (Reasoning was not at all anything to do with the apartments, it was just a little out of our price range) Sara was extremely understanding, it was really nice to know she wasn’t just concerned about renting out an apartment unit, but truly cared about my husband and I’s overall transition, you don’t get that often so it was really nice. We visited the surrounding area prior to applying, and it’s a very nice neighborhood, and the apartment complex itself is clearly very well maintained. These would be my first choice of apartments if I move again in the future!

Have been living here about 5 months. A great. Love the community and have found the ladies such as Sarah and her counterpart and the manager (am bad with names) working in the front office to be very sweet, kind, and great to talk with when coming in. Regular maintenance requests can take a few days but if you have an immediate emergency and need immediate assistance, make sure you call and put in a request and give as much information as to what and who it’s affecting. Also stop by and give the ladies a friendly reminder that you have a big outstanding issue that you need an assist on immediately, trust me they will be willing to bend over and assist.

I lived here for about 2 years, and the management was always friendly and professional. My only quip is that they really need to renovate the spaces especially when both the microwave and oven are from the 80s, and the flooring and counters are updated as well. Bring your apartments into the 2000s!

Apartment was NEVER cleaned prior to move in. “Walls Dirty, Bathroom drawer full of hair, carpets dirty etc”.Apartment was not completely painted prior to move in. “Huge scuffs & scrapes” “Paint is all over baseboard/crown molding/cabinets etc”.Bedroom closet door barely hanging on hinges.Outside patio was completely disgusting. “Almost all green & black needed power washed”Outlet face plates falling off the walls.Thermostat not functioning.No lock plate on front door.Fireplace surround completely dirty with residue.Window blinds broken.Kitchen light falling off of the cabinet.Flooded kitchen floor.Damage to bathroom during a maintenance repair. Not cleaning up mess.Dryer vent in wall not being properly maintenanced.Dishwasher not working.Outside door light not working.*Also many other issues not listed.DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE. All of this issues arised with in our first week of moving in. Owners of complex are extremely difficult to deal with. And they have NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere to live.
