Weve lived here for over 2 years, and were immediately taken in by the open layouts of the apartments, the quiet neighborhood, and the great location. Came for the views last year and continue to renew in part because of the great customer service!The maintenance team has always been fantastic with their speedy, ninja like way of fixing things the day we put a work order in and making sure Fieldstone always looks great. Stacey and her team are always thinking up great ways to engage with the community, whether its the roadside breakfasts, the snowcone stop, the decorating contests, wacky videos, or surprising residents just because!I would highly recommend Fieldstone to anyone in the Dayton area. It is by far the best apartment complex in the area!

I have been living at Fieldstone Apartments in Beavercreek for at least four years now. There are many things that I love about being a Fieldstone resident, such as the attentiveness from the management team and the maintenance crew, the cleanliness and the landscaping of the grounds, and that it is an extremely pet friendly community. But what I absolutely love the most is the sense of community I feel. We look out for each other. If my package is at my door too long, my neighbor is going to take care of it. I carry around dog treats because I know my neighbors pets and their pets know me. It is not unusual to see a group of us standing on the sidewalk or in the parking lot chit-chatting. I receive many friendly waves as I come and go. Fieldstone Apartments is truly home for me.

I had a great experience at fieldstone even though I didnt rent a unit. I wanted a one bedroom asap but nothing was available for a while so I had to pass. The property was beautiful and Stacey was awesome to talk with

Stacey has been a fantastic person to talk to for the tour and application process, my kids and I love the complex and are looking forward to (hopefully) make this our new home! It’s a quiet complex, friendly for pets and kids - we couldn’t ask for more.

While I’m not moving here my friend is and she’s from NY, I tried to help in apartment hunting as I’ve lived in Dayton before. She called spoke with the manager Stacy who was so helpful and after talking she decided to apply on line And after a day of waiting to see if her application was submitted and approved Stacy actually called her back and welcomed her! Now that’s customer service!

I recently moved into my new apartment here, and it is definitely nicer than any other apartment I have been in! I love the open floor plan, and there is a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. The management team here is very accommodating in making sure I got the floorplan I wanted, and were very helpful throughout the whole process! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I lived at Fieldstone for one year during 2020 and have a very good experience. The location is excellent, theres ample parking space, and the office and maintenance staff were always friendly and easy to work with.

Fieldstone is beautiful they have every amenity you could want. And just down the street from awesome shopping and dining. And the manager was absolutely wonderful definitely top on my list for anyone looking in the Beavercreek area.

Even though Im a new resident, I truly love how the apartment looks. Its so spacious and beautiful. Im also appreciative of all the facilities such as having a lounge, gym, pool and more. The grounds are well kept and the apartment when we arrived was nice and clean. Stacey, the manager, has been really good with keeping me updated through emails and made the application process efficient. Im very happy with my choice of being here.

We moved in not that long ago, but so far this place is wonderful! Stacey the manager is very friendly and helped us move in with a very quick timeline. All of our emails, maintenance requests, and questions have all been responded to very quickly! The apartment itself is updated, very spacious, noise level is pretty low and so far we haven’t found any issues. I’d highly recommend checking this place out!

The layouts are similar to the point it still felt like home moving to the smaller unit. I have always felt safe here.Pros-thoughtful office staffgood communication, fun events!-prompt, clean maintenance staffno creepy crew here😊-washer/dryer hookup in unit-clean, open concept layout-large windows allow plenty natural light, with sturdy blinds for privacy-spacious balcony opens to both bedroom and dining room-beautiful groundsmaintained well in all seasons-clean pool, plenty of loungers swimming after labor day is awesome!-recently updated workout room with water dispenser!-dumpsters emptied promptly-location convenient to shopping and highway accessCons-If you’re like me and sensitive to noise, you will hear the highway. For most people, this is not a problem as it is not extreme.-The stop light at Webber and County Line Rd takes a while to turn left. You will learn where your car needs to sit in order to trip the light.I highly recommend living here!

I am finally back home!! I lived here for two years and then decided I wanted to save some money so I downgraded somewhere cheaper. Key word DOWNGRADED! The last year has been a lesson to say the least. You get what you pay for and Fieldstone is worth every penny!! Stacey is amazing and her assistant seems great as well (only met her once). Highly recommend Fieldstone and so excited to be back :)

Best apartment complex in the Greater Dayton area. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. It has easily been the best apartments I have ever lived in. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The office staff is great. Any issues we have (which have all been extremely minor) maintenance is quick to take care of them. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far moving into Fieldstone Apartments. The thing I am most impressed with is Stacey, the manager. She has gone above and beyond to help with all my needs and has made my move in great.

I really love my apartment here at fieldstone. Its spacious and the grounds are clean! The complex itself is well maintained. Maintenance responds quickly to any needs. My neighbors arent necessarily talkative, but they keep to themselves which I like a lot. Lots of young people live here so I dont feel too out of my element. Love the gym here, too. Only thing I wish the complex had was a little gated space for dogs to run since theres so many dog owners here... there is one behind the complex but can only be used by cottage owners which kind of sucks since no one is ever using it over there. But I LOVE my apartment and Stacey the manager is always quick to respond and super friendly! Also love how dog friendly this place is... I have a puppy and other dog owners are very friendly to us when we are out and walking. 100% would recommend!

Stacey is an amazing manager. She attends to the needs of tenants in a timely manner and is extremely polite and hardworking. The grounds crew keep the property in very appealing shape and it is a dog friendly neighborhood largely occupied by working professionals who are also friendly. Any issues with the apartment are remedied often times the same day and the maintenance staff are very professional and respectful so not to damage any personal belongings. I have lived here for 1.5 years and have very much enjoyed my time with Fieldstone. Additionally apartments are very affordable.

I moved here in October 2018 and have been very happy with the apartment. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Maintenance is done very quickly. Looking forward to using the pool and already use the fitness room. The snow has been a challenge but they are doing a great job. Great place to live with close shopping of all kinds. 👍👍👍

This place is amazing. Ive never felt more welcome, or more like family anywhere than I have here. Everyone is very attentive to residents needs. The pool is beautiful, calm and relaxing. The Community Manager, Stacey, is beyond amazing. She listens to residents needs, concerns and feedback and takes action. Maintenance is always on top of any needs or problems that may arise. Definitely a great place to live!

Whats not to like living here? The apartments are beautiful, spacious and my apartment has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and connections for a full size washer and dryer. The manager is extremely nice she always takes time to talk with you when you go into the office. Plus, I live close to the Greene and Krogers and Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Ive only been here a short time so far, but these apartments are lovely. Theres an older Phase I and a newer Phase II. The newer apartments have a nice functional layout. The apartments are nestled in a neighborhood so theres a place to go walking/jogging. The staff are super nice and always helpful. The complex is a minute away from a new shopping/ dining area the Greene. Highly recommend.

I was visiting my boyfriend last week who lives at Fieldstone. I was so happy to see that the pool was still open. I love how close you are to everything! And the floor plans are so spacious. I can’t wait until my current lease is up & I move to Fieldstone with my boyfriend.

I went to Fieldstone to visit my friend and was very surprised with the location. It’s so quiet and beautiful, yet so close to the Greene and I675. Everything was very well kept. Will definitely be looking here when my current lease is up.

A family member is looking for an apartment in Beavercreek. I toured the complex and am very impressed. The units and grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nicely maintained. The staff are really friendly. Also, the location is convenient for shopping and restaurants.

I really enjoyed living here at Fieldstone apartment! I lived here for 17 months, and honestly, I did not want to live anywhere else. UD is about 15 minutes. Green mall just 3 minutes down the street. Another amazing aspect about this apartment is their management staff. They are incredibly nice and welcoming. They hear me out and do everything they can to help me out or to make my living experience here an amazing one. One more thing: maintenance is done very quickly!!Thank you!!

I moved to Fieldstone Apartments last summer. Since the beginning, I have had a fantastic experience with Fieldstone and Towne Properties. Stacey (property manager) was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to viewing and moving in when I needed! The apartment looked fantastic when I moved in - everything was very new and clean. Brandon, maintenance team, had to come and put the light covers back on and he was extremely friendly and professional. In the past year, there have been many community events that are fun and welcoming to everyone to all ages - bingo, kona ice, painting classes, decorating contests, etc... Stacey and the team posts on Facebook often and it is fun to keep up with the different activities and things going on. The property is always exceptionally clean and quiet, while also having a family feel to it. I truly love living at Fieldstone Apartments and have nothing negative to say at all!

This is an awesome community close to everything. It is Right down the street from the green and across the street from Reynolds and Reynolds. the complex is self is beautiful and the pool is perfect for the weather we are currently having.

Stacey and Kylie are wonderful to work with. Fast, friendly, and efficient at getting paperwork done. Love my apartment and neighbors are great. They told me that a waitlist now exists to get into community. Grounds are well taken care of, landscaping is exceptional. Great location to pretty much everything, whats not to love?! Plan on staying here for years to come.

Ive lived here for a year and a half. The apartments are very nice and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Work orders are quickly taken care of and the grounds are very nicely kept. In the winter the sidewalks and roadway are very well taken care of. Snow and ice are usually dealt with before the surrounding county roads are.

Great apartments and staff! Work orders are done quickly and effectively by maintenance, and the workers, specifically Kylie with whom I’ve worked with several times, are always very happy and helpful when answering questions. Nicely kept outside appearance and just a great place to live!

I first lived in a 1 bedroom apartment at Fieldstone and loved it! Then, a friend moved to the Dayton area and we decided to live together. I looked around at a few other places (just to double check) but didnt find anything that I liked better, so we moved into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom also at Fieldstone Apartments! I love it here! Safe area, clean facilities, nice apartments, immediate and high quality on-site service, SUPER pet-friendly... I like it all!

Days before my move in-date I was told they couldnt find any of my information in the system and tried to delay my move in but I was able to sign my lease through rent cafe. Didnt get a walk through to assess condition. Refrigerator and kitchen cabinets were caked in food, cobwebs and dirt hung from the ceiling vents, bathroom vanity lights had burnt-on dust on the tops of them and the light switches had visible dirt on them. Reported this to the office, they came, looked, took some pictures and then did nothing. The filthy refrigerator didnt close - they did replace this but likely only because another resident was moving in and brought their own refrigerator.The only storage in the bathroom was a very shallow, old vanity cabinet with white vinyl front where a mirror had once been. It had 2 flimsy shelves in it that if you put anything slightly heavy, the shelf would sag and occasionally the item would slide forward, knocking open the front and launching the item into the floor, or into the back of an unsuspecting persons head while sitting on the commode. It was eventually replaced with a standard over-the-commode cabinet. The smoke alarm goes off anytime I turn on the stove or the oven. Im assuming this has something to do with them not cleaning it properly as Ive never even come close to burning anything. The stove burners were horribly dirty and look very old and the largest one doesnt sit level to allow you to cook on an even surface. Broken covers on the bathroom sink knobs, even with reporting it several times to the office and even directly to maintenance - they still remain unrepaired/broken.All of these things are minor, granted. However, if you rent a downstairs unit be prepared for it to sound like someone is moving elephant statues around (and occasionally knocking them over). Im not sure if my upstairs neighbor has a gait deficiency or just has severely heavy feet, but it sounds like they will be coming down through the ceiling at any moment. If they smoke on their patio/balcony (you better enjoy second-hand smoke) or have a dog that barks at every person coming and going. You will get to breathe and hear it all.Even though the aforementioned issues are part of apartment living, coming home after a 10-11 hour work day to water (from an unidentified source) all over your bathroom floor, should not be. Three times in 2 weeks I walked into my bathroom to find water pouring down through the ceiling. The solution from the office is to call maintenance and then wait 45 minutes to an hour for them to arrive to do absolutely nothing. So I get to spend hours washing my bathroom rugs, shower curtain, mopping up the water with my clean towels and washing them, bleaching all the bathroom surfaces (because who knows where the water is from) and stay up to wait for maintenance to do nothing (as the problem was not in my unit). In addition to spending hours (as well as electricity, gas, detergent, bleach, and cleaning supplies) cleaning up water messes, I also had the pleasure of the water ruining my $109 Chi hair straightener that was sitting on my bathroom counter (as it was too hot to put away before leaving for work that morning). If youre wondering why the water issue wasnt fixed the first time - SAME. After the third and final (lets hope - I still have 2 weeks left before I get out of this dump) leak, they diagnosed it as a clogged washing machine drain from the upstairs unit and a plumber attempted to insinuate that my washing machine drain pipe was also clogged and that I had somehow caused water from my machine washing to come down through my bathroom ceiling. Also during this plumbing visit they somehow managed to flood my bathroom floor (they had my washing machine running??) and destroy my Tanita Innerscan Body Composition monitor (around $89).Email sent requesting reimbursement for damages was ignored. Paid the almost $1800 and turned in a 60 day notice to vacate. It may look nice here.. but unless you enjoy the things I mentioned plus more that wont fit here - RUN.

The unit is spacious, the location is great, and the service is fantastic. They are always quick to respond to emails and help however they can, wether that’s assistance with the web portal or maintenance of the apartment.

While there werent in 1 bedrooms available, the service and information I received fron Ms. Stacey Mills was top notch! She was able to cover all the info I needed in no less than 5 mins and I was sent on my way. I definitely recommend giving this place a chance if youre looking to move in the Beavercreek area.

I havent even moved in yet and I love it already!!! I have been in contact with the apartments for a few weeks now. My schedule keeps on changing and I manage to find questions to ask about the apartments. Every single time I email a question I get an answer NOT in a day or so, NOT sometime later in the day BUT in just minutes after I ask! I am very pleased and impressed with the helpfulness and quick responses. When they dont know the answer right away they say they will get back with me and again IN MINUTES. My wife and I couldnt be happier with our experience at the Fieldstone Apartments. We were in a tough spot trying to move and find an apartment within a short amount of time. Stacey and her team have been absolutely amazing.

Weve lived in Fieldstone for almost three years. We really enjoy it. The community is usually quiet - no rowdy college students or parties. There is always plenty of parking, and garages are available. There is a large green space for dogs to play (on leash). We wish it was a small dog park, but were happy to just be able to have a small dog. There are ample amount of sidewalks, and the landscaping is well maintained. Decks and patios are a plus - our desk even fits a hammock, potting bench and bistro table. Inside, layouts include an open plan with a large kitchen bar flowing into a dining/living room combo. We also have a large coat closet, plenty of kitchen and bathroom cabinet space, and a laundry room in our apartment. Our king size bed fits in our master bedroom, and the bedroom has an en suite bath with large stand up shower and walk in closet. In our two bedroom two bath, the second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and plenty of closet space in the second bedroom. As teachers, the pool has been a huge benefit for summer relaxation. Its sparkling clean. There is also a workout room, community clubhouse, small playground, and community laundry area. One of the largest benefits to Fieldstone besides its well maintained property is the friendly office staff. They really listen to the residents, and the maintenance staff are friendly and efficient. Its convenient location is a huge plus - right down the road from the Greene and just a few minutes from both I-675 and SR-35. I highly recommend Fieldstone Apartments for your future home.
