Best place that we’ve ever lived in! There are so many friendly neighbors here and Scenery is amazing, The complex is clean, and maintenance is always on top of things. The main office is always friendly and is always looking out for the people that live here and on top of all that they are pet friendly we had a brand new puppy that grew up here and he loved it!

I rented an apartment sight unseen when I came from DC to work at the base. I love the apartment, the grounds are lovely, maintenance is top notch and the front office is wonderful! Always friendly and willing to work with you on anything you need! The ONLY partial complaint is that if you have an apartment that faces 675...the road noise is a bit loud. But Im so happy to live here!

I had trouble with my A/C. I filled out a request, and someone was there within a few hours and fixed the problem. Very quick reponse.

Was there for over 4 years and would have stayed longer if not for work moving me. Great place to live, very good location. The 1 bedroom with attached garage was awesome to have. Was able to hold all my shelves, two long work benches and lots of other stuff and still be able to park my Ford Escape during the winter. Staff was great to work with. I would highly recommend the place.

Great location. Maintenance is top notch.

We have lived here for almost 3 years and everything has been fantastic. You pay for what you get and the office and maintenance staff are great. Kylie and William are extremely responsive and always follow up on any concerns you might have. The grounds are well maintained and they offer great amenities. Looking forward to another lease and after looking around nothing compares to what these guys do.

Lived here for 2 years and wouldn’t have moved. Loved everything about this place, the front office was friendly and helpful with everything, lots of parking, gym was nice as well as the pool. Whole area clean, pet friendly. Allowed us to break lease with no penalty due to military orders. Can’t say enough great place about this place and the residents and staff. Maintenance was almost always same day for repairs. Electric is expensive in beavercreek, be warned but if your military or even student and want a quiet place to live, that’s reasonable with cost and modern, tour here first. Since they deleted my post, I will add it again. Horrible place to live. Don’t want to re-explain myself, but they will do whatever it takes to get money out of your pockets even after you move out. They will take your security deposit for whatever reason possible. If you need an extra day to move out they say “sure”, and over charge you for staying longer even though they said it was fine.

You get what you pay for with this apartment complex. Amenities are well kept and the garages are plenty big (fits a sedan, motorcycle, 2 bicycles, and storage shelves relatively easy). The apartment itself feels modern, its spacious, and clean. Try to get a top floor to avoid the noise from neighbors.Maintenance team is exceptionally good. Never experienced anything like it in the other apartments Ive lived in. Report an issue online and its usually fixed that day or the next. Office staff is also super friendly and are almost always available.Would recommend getting one of the apartments that faces the open field in the back. Great sunsets almost every night.

Beautiful apartments, but pricy! You get a beautiful home, excellent staff, and great service at the front office. Good parking close to your home! I feel safe and secure here.

Did a full year lease. Lots of amenities and helpful staff. Utilities are much higher though and you dont pay the utilities directly. Expect about 100 more in utilities than what you would pay for an apartment in the area.

Not a pet friendly place at all! i had a cat, the property manager asked me to lock the cat in the bedroom overnight because the neighbor downstairs could not sleep. So my cat scratched the carpet a bit. When my lease ended and i moved out, the property manager did not return my security deposits ($250 for cat (non-refundable) and $250 for house) saying that my cat damaged the carpet, and they used the security deposit to fix it, even though they had asked me to lock the cat in the room. I lived there for three years, paying $1200+ per month, expecting to receive my deposit back after living this long in their property, but they screwed up my deposit and the manager made me fell like it was my cat fault.Not need to say that these apartments are more than 10 years old, all appliances are old and inefficient causing high electric bill. I will NOT recommend this place to anybody. You will most likely never be refunded. Your security deposit.... Good luck!!!

I have been complaining at the neighbor for make to much noises at 6am and music on too loud for 2 months not. Nothing have been done.

Im a delivery driver, and I truly wish this place was better lit so I could see which building is which.

A friend of mine lives here, they seem like beautiful apartments, and the neighbors are always quiet.

I miss this place so much.

Would highly recommend this complex to future resident/friends.The pros: I love the layout of the floor plans, the cleanliness of the entire complex, and the friendliness and openness of the staff. The garages are really nice and spacious for plenty of storage room. Gym is nice and free tanning bed available (can only use a max of 20min a day). Very prompt maintenance service and I have yet to have something come up that they couldnt fix!The cons: I dont like the structure of the floors when they built the buildings. I can hear every step the person above me makes (to the point I can hear her over the dining room when I am laying in my bedroom with the doors closed) Way more than any other apartment complex I have stayed in. Difficult to tell if she is just extremely heavy footed, or if it would be inevitable no matter what. I also wish the office would turn off the lights in the show apartments when they are not in them because it is a waste of electricity and I always pass them in the early mornings and see the lights left on. The only place for trash drop off is at the front of the complex which was kind of a pain when we moved in because we had to get rid of really big boxes that did not fit in a car & we already returned the uhaul by the time realized it was the only garbage area.
