Do not lease an apartment here! They cut a lot of corners! You may think the apartments are pretty, but dont be fooled. The supplies are cheap. They also dont double check your apartment before you move in so washing machines might not be hooked up properly and dishwashers may not work. Countless times the mechanics have told me that they do not like the way the apartments are made. Also, when you place a work-order you may have to wait more than a week for something to be fixed. They are also doing lots of construction so you feel like you live in a construction zone. Some other people that live here have told me theyve seen giant spiders and bugs inside their homes countless times. I have only found small spiders and gnats, but still. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Especially if you are someone who has to do work/school online at home. You can find just as nice apartments for cheaper at places like Ashton Brooke.

I am living at the Lofts at Willow Creek for one half year now and moved to the renovated apartment the construction is extremely cheap and even worst. They do not even clean the apartment before handing over to you.Missed managed property & have a attitude. They over charge you for utilities on your monthly bills & do not correct the bill. They expect to me to pay overcharge bill of 9780 Gallons water of one month.During the construction trash can was missing for two months they still charge $20 each month for the service they are not providing!

The lofts is great! Dustin and Nisha are super friendly, understanding, and all around very helpful. Whenever I have any issues or concerns they are handled promptly which is great for any tenant. They host great activities for the complex and are genuinely interested in providing the best living experience. 10/10 recommend !!

Ive lived here for roughly a year to date and honestly Ive enjoyed my experience despite some issues that were beyond the control of both the apartment staff and myself. Luckily the helpful staff readily assisted with these issues. When i first moved in a devastating tornado had struck the area and the Lofts were left without air conditioning for a few months and on top of that my apartment had a few housekeeping issues that needed fixing. However, the folks working at the front were very understanding and helpful in both of these matters, even if it did take a little while to hear back via email. For myself, the location is perfect. It is roughly a 5-10 minute drive to the Air Force base, a 5 minute walk to the nearby mall and movie theater, as well as nearby grocery stores.I have read the reviews that only gave 1-2 stars. Some of them do seem like legitimate concerns but they all seem to be very specific/unique cases. Someone complained that the company behind them was greedy for having a pet rental fee, even though a lot of the apartments i looked at for the area have that. Another complained about long wait times for email responses, which i understand and partially agree on but if it is that important then you can just walk down to the main office and someone will almost always take care of you (I live in the L2 building and it is a two or three minute walk tops).Helpful staff and maintenance, very few issues during my stay so far that havent been resolved. If the lofts do read this i would recommend trying to pay closer attention to emails but I do not think that takes away from the rating.

This is customer service at its finest! Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful and responsive to even the smallest request. Pictured here is Dustin performing spider removal.I love the Lofts not only because its a very nice and comfortable place to live, but mostly because of the community I feel a part of.

I lived at the Lofts at Willow Creek for one year. First of all, the construction and materials of the building is extremely cheap (even the new renovations), and the walls are paper thin. Especially now that the floors are hardwood, our upstairs neighbor just walking around sounded like a monster stomping on our ears. I don’t think I had a single quiet night sleep for most of my year at this apartment complex.Secondly, after moving out, the building management (Heather Croft, Dustin & Neisha) quickly sent me wrongful charges, and then threatened to send it to collections agents, when I was just trying to get clear answers about what it was about. They then ignored my emails for multiple weeks, I’m assuming as some ploy to delay my payment so that they can send it to collections. I take no pleasure in writing negative reviews, but they left me no choice. Their behavior is completely unprofessional, and I could not recommend being a tenant here any less. Please save your money, and take it somewhere else.

As others have stated: the renovations at this property have been an absolutely miserable experience. I was not able to renew my lease in the unit I was in, so I had to move into another unit, or move out altogether (we received this notice 2 weeks before we would have to give notification to vacate; that is a totally unreasonable amount of time to try and find a new apartment, in my opinion. Especially during Covid-time). So we decided to sign a new lease in a different unit.Biggest mistake ever. I wish I would have ran when I had the chance. There has been non-stop noise because of the renovations going on. The crew working has started as early as 0700, and I have heard them working, and blasting music as late as 2300.There are so many other issues I have with this place: cleanliness, lack of communication, delays in maintenance, low-quality construction, etc..I will say that Nisha and Dustin are very pleasant people and it is a shame that they work for such a horrible company. I believe they truly want to help and are doing their best. But Heather Croft, the property manager, and Denizen properties are absolutely horrible.

I lived here just shy of four years (I had a job on base). The office staff is very friendly and are quick to respond to your queries (assuming you went to the office in person) and I enjoyed my interactions with them (though there was a very high turnover rate). The maintenance crew are very nice and work hard to get their job done. Too hard. The management company is pure greed. There are not enough people working maintenance for 400+ units, so response time to tickets is very slow with some issues just never being addressed. The cost of rent and the image these units project is one of luxury, but outside of the large floor space and shared amenities (pool, etc) you quickly realize the apartments were made as cheap as possible. Door frames are not level, the paint and carpet are incredibly poor quality (I had nails exposed at every interface between carpet and non-carpeted floors).Further, they charge you extra money to own pets in the form of pet rent as well as an initial Pet Fee upon moving in or getting the pets. Not as collateral for damage, but just extra fees for which they bleed you. And on that note, there is a very serious issue of dog poop not being taken care of by residents, and nothing is done about it.There used to be a small monthly party for residents, which turned into once-quarterly and then immediately ceased altogether.I could continue this rant, but they are not worth any more of my time (or money). Do not live here. There are many nicer, more inexpensive locations within a few blocks that are much more highly reviewed.

Staff is not very good at responding to emails nor returning phone calls. Apartments are under going renovations and at the end of my lease (10/31) letters went out stated that lease could not be renewed. However after speaking with someone, I was told that I could move out during renovations and move back it. That’s just too much of a hassle so I decided to move completely after end of lease. I sent emails and left vm making them aware that I would not be returning. Of course, no response to either communication. 11/31 I finished moving my things and cleaning my apartment and turned in the keys. I was asked for a forwarding address and that was it. The very next day I get an email for move out check sheet. I am no longer living there as I can not complete these task so that I can receive full amount of my deposit. I think these emails should go out prior to tenants moving out and not once the keys have already been turned in. I think it’s a way for them to keep your deposit and I don’t see it as being fair. I have emailed to see who I can speak with and of course, STILL have not heard from anyone..

Whenever my friends come over they always comment about my apartment. I also love having a garage that is attached to the building. I would recommend anyone looking check this place out!

Lived here from 2015 to 2020 on a third floor L2 apartment. This was probably the best apartment anywhere in the area due to being a newer construction. Internals are very nice. All 36” doors, I believe 9’ ceilings, premium countertops, and good appliances. The maintenance crew was both responsive and thorough. There was a big tornado in Beavercreek in 2019 that took out all the air conditioners. Construction contractors were booked for weeks, so they got us portable air conditioners in the meantime. Some people may have been mad about not having AC instantly, but it was probably the best response they could have done and it was above what I would expect from previous apartments. Plenty of parking lot spaces. Sand volleyball and dog park in back. Restaurants, Meijer, Walmart, and Beavercreek mall less than 5 minute drive away. WPAFB and Wright State University close. Beavercreek has no local income tax, whereas Fairborn and Kettering do… can make a big difference for you if you’re working a full-time job. I was disappointed by how often the fitness center equipment in L2 was broken, but the larger center in the main office was always working and had more stuff. My #1 favorite thing about this apartment was the AT&T Fiber internet hookup. This is extremely rare in Dayton area besides $360k housing areas. Gigabit download AND GIGABIT UPLOAD with fantastic ping. I ultimately moved to get a house with an attached garage and to save some money over renting for years. Overall this is a great place if you don’t mind spending a little more.

Moved here for a two year contract signed a one year lease, planning to renew.Received a mass email before Christmas that our lease could not be renewed because of renovations? What apartment complex does that? We’re good tenets, never been late, have a credit on our account.Oh they want us back, but we would have to move everything out, rent a hotel/airbnb for an estimated 14day (for a complete renovation...yea right) and then we could move back in, all costs WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY.The leasing office, in particular Niesha, are wonderful, I know this has nothing to do with them but Denzien Properties....suck.Shopping for another apartment, ALL the other leasing offices have heard about our situation and they all agree...bad business.

Way overpriced and half the amenities advertised do not work. They nickel and dime you when you check out. When we moved in the lights didn’t work and they were still painting. You would expect those things to be done before checking in. Communication through out the year was not the best and maintenance took forever to get any done on the apartment and the building. I would spend your money elsewhere. Many other “luxury” apartments near by that will have amenities that work. Also, the A/C was out all summer and the “end of year bill accommodations” barley offset the cost to run the one portable A/C unit that was provided. The A/C unit provided could not keep a small bedroom cooled down. Making it impossible to cook or go to in other any part of the apartment.

Management were very welcoming and great to work with. Submitting online maintenance requests was easy and was actioned promptly. Air conditioning operation is not straight forward to operate. Close to shops and restaurants leading to a good walk through the neighbourhood. Conveniently close to WPAFB. Driveways/parking lot gets cleared out during winter which is great. Garage door has issues closing when using the remote control.

Management is super friendly and the community is welcoming. It feels good to have staff know you by name. The apartments are beautiful and most have open floor plans. Worth every penny. I have no clue how the other posters with low ratings had such a problem getting help... Its never been an issue for us. Carla has been nothing but helpful and the maintenance crew has gone above and beyond. They respond to feedback and are always making small changes to improve the community areas like adding additional security to the mail room and gym.

I love it. Very quiet, private area with loads of greenery, dog park, swimming pool, 2 gyms, and a very responsive team. There is an online maintenance system for non-emergent requests. On average, it takes about 1-2 weeks to respond based on the issue (literally like 3 guys managing over a hundred homes). For replacing lights it might take a week or so. If theres a water problem, they come within 48 hrs. Emergency requests (for example I was locked out of my apartment when locks were changed to a new system) take 1 hr or less based on how fast they can get there.I dont attend the community events that often, but they are frequent and usually involve a lot of food. The community spaces are great for hosting events or just studying/reading in.My only real complaints are (1) it can be difficult hunting down apartment management staff - usually because they are out of office providing tours, checking in on apartments, etc. When I do find them though they are always open, friendly, and ready to help on any issue. (2) (this is just me being spoiled now) I like refilling my water bottle when working out at the gym via the spring water dispensary in the gym area. However, it seems like a lot of other residents enjoy that as well, to the point where the staff can be slow in refilling the water and days to weeks are spent dying in thirst at the gym. I can bring my water from home, so its only a bratty complaint. (3) I dont like consolidated package pickup. I dont care that its in a secured area (key protected access) to prevent thieves from stealing my stuff. I want the convenience of opening my front door and seeing the package on my doorstep, instead of walking to the clubhouse and picking up the giant box of whatever I accidentally bought from Amazon. Seriously though, if these are dealbreakers for you, most apartment complexes, even the luxury ones, are not your style.

Recently moved out of these on May 1st of 2014. I found the community and surrounding area to be a perfect fit for me! The neighbors are generally friendly, I found the surrounding area to be exceptional for working out(running), entertainment and dining. The local coffee shop Winans is a plus too!Living:I stayed in L1 on the third floor, and the lofts are overall spacious! I enjoyed the tall ceilings and windows, and the kitchen is a fairly open space. I was able to set up my living room with a nice sectional sofa, an area rug and a 42in flat screen, that I choose not to mount. The kitchen also looks out into the living room, so I set up some bar stools that I found at the nearby Home Goods store, and had a nice breakfast bar.Noise:I didnt have any problems with noisy neighbors, though I may have contributed to some noisy nights since I was the host of a Pay-Per View fight party(I couldnt get the clubhouse for the event) and some kick backs with other young professional and colleagues, but I mainly had people over on Friday and Saturday nights.Pets:Very pet friendly, just watch out for the poo bombs from the ducks and geese.Parking:No assigned parking, but there are plenty of spaces! I typically parked where no one else would and just walked a different way to my apartment. It was still close, and I was able to look out the balcony and see my car.The community is very diverse! It primarily consist of military personnel, medial staff and students, but thats expected when you live within walking distance of a military base, hospital, and Wright State University.Other then that, the lofts are a bit pricey, but they offer some pretty amazing amenities, not to mention the monthly happy hours that are held in the club house! But, the water is pretty bad in the area, try not to let it stand for too long.

This place is a dump. Sewage back flowed into the property and the place did nothing about it. Ask for repairs and you get assaulted with a trash can. Ask to terminate your lease early due to military orders and you get an argument. This place is ran by the gestapo. Willow creek is not military friendly. Their not even student friendly. If you want a nice place to live, save your money because they overcharge you just so they can mistreat you.

I have been living in these apartments from past 5 years as my family lives close by. I paid 1 month deposit when I moved in these apartments 5 years ago and last month I was told to pay $99 and no explanation was given why just I was told its NSF fee pay it or will be charged late fee on top of that amount. I was going out of town and just paid the fee. Then called Nisha(leasing office lady) she told me sure I will get back to you in 3 business days, 10 days went by no word. Then I called again for few days and Dustin(leasing office) guy picked up the call and telling me I will get back to you tomorrow, again 1 week went by and then when i called and gotten really upset Nisha is telling me well its our fault and will reimburse you next month and sent you an email confirmation., 30 mins later I get an email from Dustin saying 5 years back I payed $100 less to then and hence I still owe them this money. There is nothing like relationship here, I am moving out as soon as my lease is up, I am done...Stay way from them...Hope this helps.

If you like the disgusting, loud, frat house environment at 4 times the price, you should definitely live here. I cant wait to move out of this disgusting place and never have to call the office staff again about how loud the parties are next door (I live next to the lounge and was up until 1:00 am on a Saturday night due to the fact that there was a party in the lounge - people screaming at the top of their lungs, people screaming outside, music so loud my pictures were falling off my walls) or how they need to make some kind of effort to keep up with refilling/cleaning things in the free-but-you-pay-for-it-with-rent coffee machine. Loud, dirty college dorms at a luxury price. I could live down the road in a loud college dorm at WSU and have the same experience, except Id be saving so much more money. If I could give this zero stars, I would.
