Everyone was really nice. I understand I have other dental issues and the reason I came in there wasnt addressed at all with the dentist herself. She just wanted to refer me to other ppl she knew personally and I was told OTP when I was scheduling that my consultation was free so I hope with all they did yesterday doesnt charge me or my insurance anything because we will have a different problem. Also when they were showing me what my future bills will look like if I choose to go thru with the services, the young lady suggested a payment plan and said if you are worried about credit we have....I had to stop her right there. To judge me by the way I look or to even insinuate I may have credit problems rubbed me the wrong way. Then she slick side down talked my dental insurance. Maam atleast I have insurance. But I had to let her know credit was not an issue at all I have perfect credit. But I dont think this is the right dentist for me I will keep searching to find a good fit for me my main concern wasnt addressed. If it was then maybe Ill be back but I wont return.

This was the first visit for me, my husband, and our adult son who has Down Syndrome. We were warmly greeted as we entered, and soon after went for x-rays and evaluation. Prior to our visit, we could complete new patient forms online which saved much time. Everything done was clearly explained. Dr. Liz took time to discuss treatment options for each of us. We were very happy and highly recommend.

The staff is great all around. Have gone for regular cleanings and little tooth fixes here and there. Dr. Liz and Dr. Dustin Kidder are super friendly. Great family business. The new location is well lit and looks super clean.

I see Dr. Liz Kidder for dental care, and she is phenomenal. She’s very kind and takes time to explain procedures or answer general questions. All of the dental assistants and office staff are helpful and professional, too.

Had a great experience, from the moment I walked in building, until the moment I left. They greeted me and got me back the dental hygienist was very friendly and very professional, made the experience very easy, the dentist was very knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful.

This practice has gone steadily downhill since Dr. Platt left. I was charged over double the going insurance rates for a routine cleaning and x-rays. When questioned, the billing person scolded me for have a low-scale dental insurance plan. Funny, my wife managed to get identical services at another local dentist for 1/2 the price.Save your money and find another local dentist with reasonable rates.

I absolutely love visiting this office. They definitely have a “judgment free” policy. They are caring and reassuring about your dental health. Lisa is my hygienist and Dr. Dustin is my dentist. I have been a patient there for over a decade and have never once had an issue. The office manager and staff there are phenomenal, they all make you feel like part of the family and they make the dreaded dentist visit feel like a wonderful calming Break from reality. I definitely recommend this office!!

I had a wonderful experience at Kidder Dental. I was welcomed with smiling faces as soon as I arrived. They called me back shortly after. All of the staff is very professional and friendly. The office is clean and has a warm, homey feel. Drs. Dustin and Liz Kidder are joyful to be around and their dental knowledge is evident in their practice. Dr. Liz was efficient and gentle in everything she did for me. I highly recommend Kidder Dental!

This is a nice place with good people but for my teeth cleaning today I was expecting to pay about $100. I ended up paying $198 because I had one single x-ray taken for which I was expecting to pay additionally. But I had a $60 charge for a periodic exam which I did not receive as far as I know. The hygienist cleaned my teeth and the doctor came in and spoke with me and that was it. Next time I will ask about the charges up front.

Not only do they sincerely care about your teeth but they are truly amazing people. They never make me feel like a “customer” but more like a guest of theirs that they really appreciate my business. Dr. Kidder and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I had bad experiences prior to coming here with another dentist in town and, unfortunately, was highly discouraged by the patient care that I received (or didn’t receive, rather). The friendly and caring staff members instantly make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door at Kidder Dental. Dr. Kidder is very caring, genuine, and funny! He gets to know you as a patient and that truly does make a difference. I even received a letter in the mail thanking me for becoming a patient. The letter also had a handwritten note from Dr. Kidder himself, in which he stated he was sorry to hear of my bad dental experience in the past... so nice! The office is very clean and kept up well. All of the hygentists are super friendly and caring. I’ve only seen him twice so far, however, I’m scheduled to see his wife at the end of the month, who I have heard many great things about. I am so thrilled that I switched over to Kidder Dental and to finally be happy with my dental experience!

Dr Kidder ( Liz ) was able to see me on very short notice after I broke part of my tooth off. She was able to repair the damage tooth and I have all my choppers back in full force for the holidays. I would normally see Dr Dustin but my schedule did not match his, Dr Liz was able to fit me in. I’m now thinking of changing dentist. 😁

Dr Kidder and Dr Kidder always take great care of my family and I. I had a broken tooth emergency an hour before I was supposed to leave on vacation; Dr. Kidder took care of it in time for me to leave on vacation.

Meticulous Hygenist, Hannah, is always so detailed and thorough and Drs. Kidder are kind, compassionate and competent. When I went to another state for cancer treatment, Dr. Kidder gave me his cell phone to call him for any problems related to the oral side effects of my chemotherapy. Great care and lovely office space!They also make sure my (fully grown) children keep up with their appointments which I truly appreciate.
