This location simply has the sassiest, spiciest group of people! I actually enjoyed my time with them today. When was the last time you enjoyed the dentist? They were knowledgeable and way beyond friendly. I have a few more visits but Im actually looking forward to it! The best decision youre ever going to make!

Could not ever see a reason to give these folks anything but 5 stars. The ENTIRE STAFF was wonderful. I am here for the hurricane relief and had a small issue and they treated me as if I had been a patient for 20 years. GREAT JOB!!!!!

Went here for first initial exam with no insurance being that I had just started my job. Once my insurance from my job kicked in which was like 3 weeks later I called and gave them card information. I was told that someone would contact me on verification of card. 2 months had passed and I heard nothing. I called them a week ago with the same card information and was told that someone would call me back the same day. No one called. Im not about to keep running behind them to take my insurance (which they do accept) or my money. Will not be going here.

I had a great experience!! The lady helping me was amazing I could hang out with her all day!! I wish I could remember her name! She’s the older lady! Real nice and sweet she made my 4 hour visit well worth it! The lady given me my consultation was also very nice and helpful! Over all everyone was real nice !

Aspen Dental is the best. They time to do the X-rays of your mouth then take time and give your teeth a good cleaning. Then they make sure everything was all done before You leave and they answer any questions You may have. They are very good I would refer mine Family and friends to Aspen Dental. It was my first visit and it was amazing. The people are friendly and the dentist was there the entire time thru. When checking out they even gave me the prices on everything that needed to be done step by step. Definitely going there again.

From Check in to Check out was amazing. My Dental Hygienist did an extraordinary job while answering all of my questions. I was comfortable with my experience at Aspen because normally ANYTHING that has to do with a Dental Office I’m usually very nervous. It was a very good visit. They have a nice staff and very friendly. They made it all worthwhile. They were able to move my scheduled appointment around and I came in days earlier than what I was expecting. Definitely will be go there again.

Everyone was extremely nice and the initial x-rays and exam were free.

The staff is beyond nice. Everyone greets you and are so patient. The dr was very informative and made sure I understood everything that was going on. The office manager Makayla was beyond sweet she helped me so much with payment and everything else that I needed or didnt understand.

I had emergency dental work on partial. Impressions were made and lab tech did repair.Results were excellent. Repair and fit required no subsequent adjustments. Price was more than reasonable. I give Aspen and the tech labThe highest commendation and recommend them with assurance. This was at the Millerville location of Aspen in Baton Rouge, LA.

Aspen dentals staff were very nice, and I really appreciated their help to repair my tooth.

My consultation was great but I needed to get some bonding. When I got the bonding they didnt have the right color for my teeth but they didnt say anything about it. After they were done I mentioned that the bonding was a different color than my real teeth. The bonding was yellow and my teeth are very white. The bonding is on 3 of my front teeth so they show. so they said they would order the right stuff and then call me back in to fix it. Well I went in the office for a third time and they worked on one tooth with the new stuff and they left the other 2 alone but the one they worked on is the same yellow stuff they used before. So I have 3 yellow teeth and the rest are white. Im ashamed to even smile or talk. I paid almost $500 cash because they dont take my insurance and I did not get what I paid for!! I gave it 2 stars because they were nice and the building was clean.

Everyone was very helpful. The entire staff was warm and inviting. It didn’t feel like just another “transaction”. All of my questions were answered before I could even ask them because the staff was thorough in explaining everything. My entire experience from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out was great.

Good dental clinic with a lot of facilities but the services are average. Initial screening is quite a hassle and they take a lot of dental pictures and x-rays before even actual check-up starts. Which was a bit time consuming and not a pleasant experience. The doctors and hygienist were good and created detailed treatment sheet. Cost is a concern the treatment and services recommended are super expensive and with dental insurance also your share will be a a-lot. The front staff is a bit slow and couldnt explain the charges and insurance share in details. The alternatives or must haves are not recommended and discussed and you will have to follow the exact chart and schedule prescribed which is bit inconvenient. Got only the dental hygiene done and didnt feel the smoothness and freshness as it should be after a dental cleaning services.

Amazing team!! I refuse to go elsewhere. They fixed my entire set of teeth and as someone who has had lifetime issues and 30K quotes after insurance from other dentists they fixed my entire list of issues for less than 1K after insurance.

They were only worried and focused on the bigger dollar. Did not try to help my problem. I left out crying

I am a regular long standing customer with this Aspen Dental Clinic that has had several procedures done there. Usually everything goes well enough. Popped a large filling out while flossing on Sunday. Called the clinic on Monday morning to make an appointment to get it filled back in ASAP because it was on a back lower large chewing tooth. Also told the receptionist I talked to that I was very high risk for Covid because I had had heart surgery about a month and a half ago, that I was also a Type II Diabetic and I needed to reduce my exposure as much as possible, and coming into the dentist office was very concerning to me. The receptionist apparently understood and scheduled me an appointment a few days later on Wed. I thought I was covered and planned on the filling to be replaced on Wednesday. My fault for assuming that the appointment was made correctly! Called on Wed to ask a question about Covid procedures and found out that I was only scheduled for an “Examination” that day and not the full filling procedure because I hadn’t been in over 6 months. Yes, because of Covid and my high risk factor at a dentist office. I would have to reschedule my filling procedure and come in again, thus increasing my possible Covid exposure in the dentist office! This information about only being scheduled for an examination first and Not doing the filling procedure that day was NEVER EXPRESSED TO ME! Neither was the requirement to have a full examination before any procedure is done if you haven’t been in in over 6 months. That’s fine, just TELL ME THAT AS THE CUSTOMER!! Don’t schedule me for something and then tell me later that “Oh, I’m sorry, we didn’t schedule you for what you asked for and talked about when you called to make your appointment.” Very POOR communication skills from this place. I should have been told about the full examination requirement after 6 months and also that I wasn’t being scheduled for the full procedure that I actually called to schedule!

Why I have to take out a good tooth especially when part of the does still touch the bottom tooth I can feel it with my finger , before I get fillings seems crazy to me. And why a bridge would be last to do when the reason for the good tooth removal would be for the same reason I would need a bridge.

Not a very good experience. The doctor did not explain everything that was to happen. However, my mom seems to heal okay after the extractions.I would also like to add that the doctor and the assistant were talking during the surgical extraction! Maybe they were trying to ease the mood but it did the opposite and the situation got worse. My husband couldnt believe it when he heard that.

The staff was friendly and caring. They walked us through everything we needed and answered all questions we had. Dr Loi is wonderful!

This was a wonderful experience... went in thinking I needed a crown and the dentist made a decision that a filling would be better. This was such a surprise and relief! Everyone went above and beyond of what was expected and were as personable as they were professional. Ms Cleveland, the office manager, was so helpful with helping to get finances straight and making sure I was in and out with all my dental needs met! Thank YOU to the staff for being the magic that put me at ease.

I would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone. I enjoy talking to the two receptionists, who are always so sweet and helpful, Chelcie and Kendra. Mrs. Gladys, the AWESOME dental assistant always makes me feel at home and Dr. Sykes doesnt disappoint in her work. I see some bad reviews, but take it from someone who is scared to be judged, talked about, and be treated poorly, Aspen is the place to go. :)

Everyone at this office was great. They know how to really deal with your needs in a way that makes you comfortable. Each one of them with a great smile. The doc was on it. Get in and out and never made me board. I would see them all again. I am extremely happy with the whole group thank you.

I was scheduled a deep cleaning today, when I walked in the office, the lady behind the desk greeted me with as big smile and a welcomed that warmed my heart. I would really like to give my dental Hygienist Devan 5 stars by himself. He is amazing thank you for taking care of my oral needs, Im definitely referring people to you. These women at this office are liars. I would admonish anyone to never step foot in their office but if you make the mistake and do please keep all of your itemized receipts and treatment plan summery sheets because these people will over bill you for treatment that you already paid for. These people are very unprofessional and excellent time wasters. I had an idea something was off when they tried to convince me that a teeth cleaning was mandatory before any procedures done at their offices. Scam artists!

So very disappointed. I have been an Aspen dental patient for years in another state, so when we came here to work I scheduled my fiancé. They called to verify his appointment and he returned their call but they had closed for the day. They cancelled his appointment without letting him know! When I called they were so unprofessional and rude! A smart mouthed receptionist! Gives Aspen Dental a bad name! I am completely appalled that they would do this!!!

I honestly hate writing reviews but I feel like other people should know what they are getting themselves into. My first visit at aspen dental was about 2 years ago and it went great! I loved everything about and I felt like I finally found a dentist I can trust. ( I’ve always hated going to the dentist because I’ve been traumatized as child) I went to Aspen Dental in Baton Rouge this past Thursday and things were a little off. The first thing that alarmed me was that nobody noticed I wasn’t a new patient and I overheard them talking about it but I brushed it off. Honest mistake right? The second thing that alarmed me was when they put someone else’s X-ray on my screen but again I brushed it off. The rest went on as usual, I was prescribed meds and I had to go back Tuesday to finally get my tooth extracted. While I was there I was taken care of so no complaints there, everyone did an amazing job but at the end of my appointment the dentist left and never came back or even said I was done. No other communication whatsoever. The lovely Ms.Glaydess ( I hope I spelled it right) answered all the questions I had and I was told my prescription was at Walgreens and I left. Made it to Walgreens and they couldn’t find my prescription. I called the emergency line, which is literally bull because no one called back or answered. I spent the whole night in pain and throwing up because I didn’t have the meds to help out but it could have been the computer so I won’t fault them for that. The next morning I had to called 4 times between Walgreens and Aspen about my meds and I didn’t get them until 10 that morning. Finally got the meds and read all of the warnings and side effects and noticed the side effects of the meds were the same side effects from the previous prescription I had and it literally made me feel like I was dying so I called back to let them know I was uncomfortable with the meds and would like another option. The lovely Kendra took my message down for the dentist and said I would receive a call back in 30 minutes to discuss my options. 2 hours went by and I heard nothing mind y’all I was still dealing with the bleeding pounding hole in my tooth so I just decide to eat to calm my stomach. I had egg drop soup because I thought it would be safe to eat but the egg got into the hole so I called back explaining the situation so I could prevent it from getting infected. On the call I spoke with the young assistant about my worries with the meds and the food in my socket and explained how I needed to speak with the dentist because at this point I was fed up. She didn’t really seem concerned about anything and I was told I would receive a call back when the dentist was free. I felt like nobody really cared and if that got infected or something happened to it I would have to go back and pay for that out of pocket and with no job that’s really hard to do. I’m not on here to bash anyone but I feel like others should know what they are about to get into because there are many people out there afraid to go to the dentist for reasons like this. Again I’m not here to bash them because both of my procedures were executed properly but the communication and after care instructions definitely need to be worked on. I honestly felt like no cared and I won’t be going again. Sorry for the grammatical errors I’m literally writing this while I’m in pain and nauseous. I’m waiting for a call back before they close at 5:30 to see how to handle this but I doubt I’ll receive it and I’ll have to go another night in pain 🙃. I’ll update you on the situation later today.

Appointment availability was quick. All the staff was polite and informative. When youre there you dont just get a Dentist you are taken care of by a whole team. They are not pushy but, patient and explain your care and options with great detail. To my old dentist youre historyI recommend this place to everyone. Try something fresh, youll be glad you did

The service was great. I liked how they were very quick & patient at the same time. I was scheduled for a new patient exam & it was better than any dentist office i’ve been to. Elle was also really nice to talk to & she knew what she was doing.

Place is small, too small to not be on one accord. They request payment prior to rendering services and will turn around and reschedule your appointment without proper notification.

I went in to have one composite filling done. After the X-ray was told that I needed two fillings and a cleaning done. They were going to schedule the cleaning after the fillings which didn’t make sense. I was going to pay cash and was willing to pay that day for the fillings for the appointment at 9 o’clock the following morning and then pay for the cleaning when I returned for that appointment they scheduled for 1: o’clock the same afternoon. Office manager said NO, pay it all or nothing. I didn’t need but one filling, but was being made to pay for additional work and expensive cleaning. She insisted I pay for everything that day or quote “ you cannot have the appointment the next morning for the fillings. I left without paying. I went to LA Dental and was told I only needed the one filling and was treated and saved $300.

Very unprofessional staff to say the least! No regard for patients. Definitely looking for another dentist for my family and I!

Horrible, I had a tooth surgically removed in October. I had another removed in December the same way. Both were paid in full. I also had a partial made and put in. All of these items were paid in full and I left the office with a $0.00 dollar balance. Now, here it is the beginning of February, I started having pain in my gums above where the first tooth was extracted. Come to find out, there is a piece of tooth trying to push through my gums. I called the office to see if I can come in to get it removed, and all of a sudden I have a balance of $87 dollars. Needless to say they want me to pay them before they fix their problem. I am about to call a lawyer. This is crazy. Please do not use this dentist. I highly advise against it.

TEN STARS!!! In my 39 years I have been through countless dental clinics all with the same negative experience..clinicians with attitude, etc. Definitely not at this location! Excellent, caring staff with clinicians who are down to earth and super concerned about the individual.. not just billing the insurance company! lol. Also, as opposed to private practices, Aspen typically has the lowest rates because they are a very large management company and do not participate in price fixing. Thanks again to the staff, I shall definitely return!!

I dont like making bad reviews. This place has people and dentist who are liars. I was misinformed and lied to about getting my teeth cleaned on my first visit. Its better to just tell the truth to patients than to just lie. Its all about money sometimes. I wasited to much time here and only got x-rays and a check up of my teeth no cleaning. The dentist told me I couldnt get my teeth cleaned because they were short of staff but the lady who takes payments said that I didnt get them cleaned because I needed to get my gingivitis removed and treated first. THIS PLACE WAISTED MY TIME AND MISINFORMED ME BE CAREFUL IF YOUR A FIRST TIME PATIENT.

The Dentist was excellent he explained me with all options. The office manager was very patient to discuss with me about the treatment plan. One thing I noticed, there was African American lady who takes x-ray of my teeth before the procedure. She looks like a starter, she does not smile at all and she was doing her work painfully. She had to call another person to help her with her work. Other than that everything was great.

It was very expensive and very costly they told me 1,0079.00 for 1 root canal I also had insurance and I was in major pain I went to Dr.Lewis and only was charged $375 and he did it the same day the experience was okay but not what I thought just so high

I was really nervous about going to a dentist because I knew my mouth needed alot of work and I dont have dental insurance. I kept seeing the commercials for this place and my parents really got on me about making an appointment asap! So I did and was happy to see they offered a FREE consultation with exams and xrays. My visit was really great. Everyone was nice and they made me feel comfortable which helped ease my nerves. I now have a plan to move forward to get my mouth restored and I didnt pay anything it was really free. They do offer alot of different payment options so Im going to be able to start without killing my bank account. I would definitely recommend this location, especially if your anxious but really need to see a dentist, Aspen Dental is the place to go.

They advertise that they take walk-ins and emergencies; however, when I tried getting in for an emergency, I was told they were booked and couldnt see me until a week later.... I chose not to give them my business as I feel that if they cannot deliver on their advertised promises, I am not chancing my health in those same hands.

Dr. Vincent and her staff are extremely kind, caring and professional. I have been to the Covington office multiple times and the service is nothing but impeccable every visit. I always feel like I am at home. Dr. Vincent takes time with her patients and listens to her patients concerns and needs. I have never felt uncomfortable or pressured thus I always feel at ease. The office offers a payment plan for services which is extremley reasonable and cost effective, which is true blessing. The office setting is inviting, beautiful and extremly peaceful. Honestly I have never been to a dental establishment that does nothing but make me smile every time I go. Thank you Dr. Vincent, you and your staff are God sent. Wishing you many more patients, to your beautiful facility..... Now to all of you reading this review, give Aspen Dental Covington a call. I promise you, you will NOT be disappointed, just amazed.
