My wife and I just recently made our first visit to Sherwood Dental Care. The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly when we checked in. Which gave us a good impression of what type of service we could expect to receive. Furthermore, we like the fact that the office uses the latest and most modern dental equipment compared to our former dental office. In addition, it was comforting to know that the majority of the staff have been working there for many years. And most importantly, we were very pleased with the dental work we received. This office was recommended to us and we would highly recommend it to others as well.

I had a great visit at Sherwood Dental Care. The workers are kind and ready to assist with anything that you need. And they do a tremendous job on taking care of your dental work and service. Ill recommend them to anyone whos looking for a good orthodontist. 👍🏿👍🏿

Recently I broke a tooth. A friend of mine had used sherwood dental before and reccomended I check them out. So I called and they had me in a chair less than 2 hours after I called them. I explained to the dentist that I have a anxiety about dental work and he was completely professional in all that he did. He showed me xrays of my broken tooth and gave me options.. he said the tooth could be saved by doing a filling instead of just pulling it.. other dentists in the past would have just yanked it out.. very good job. I will use them from now on exclusively.

Very friendly yet professional. Does not take advantage of your situation. Will tell you how much things will cost before anything is done and will let you decide. Also, Dr. Collins did a great job on my front tooth bonding - looks very good. Im going back to Sherwood Dental Care. I also noticed when other people came in they really liked the staff and liked going there. Five stars!

Wonderful experience for my first visit here. The hygienist Leslie was very caring, gentle, and professional. I hadnt been to the dentist in years but this was enough to convince me to start going regularly again.

Dr. Collins is amazing! I’ve had 4 root canals and when I tel you he has shown me the way to not be so scared when I have something like a root canal... now I actually look forward to seeing them. The ladies behind the desk are so sweet and have always been awesome to me. Yeah this place change the way I look at dentist stuff..

My first visit as a new patient today was wonderful. Dr. Collins and his staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. My dental hygienist was Marcia. She was so kind and set me at ease while cleaning my teeth, taking x-rays, and gathering information about my dental/health history and my current dental needs and concerns. Dr. Collins took his time during his examination and review of my history. He thoroughly discussed my options regarding my dental issues and then carefully explained his recommended plan of action. There was no doubt that he genuinely wanted me to be happy with the results. I then met with Amy who thoroughly explained the cost of the dental procedures, my insurance coverage, and what would be my bottom line cost. I left with a tremendous feeling of confidence in Dr. Collins and his staff. So professional and kind. I can honestly say Im looking forward to my next visit. Ok, ok, how about dreading it a little less? Thank You!

I was not impressed at all with paying 300 dollars for a cleaning, x-ray and exam. I didnt feel welcomed by the dentist or comfortable. Dont introduce me as a new patient because I felt like that must never happen here and then i questioned their Google reviews. Then I paid three times the price for what i have gotten for years and this was the highest cash price ever for me. I have been to 3 other cleanings and still have not received such a price in denham, walker or Bluebonnet!

I went to see Dr Collins for a consultation/second opinion.The first dentist I saw said I had a deep cavity on the bottom all the way to the back of tooth 30. (already had, filling just fell out after years) He didnt think filling it would be possible since it was deep and since I had pain and thought I would need a root canal.Not wanting a root canal, I sought the help of Dr Collins. Thats when it gets bad. Dr Collins said he could NOT see anywhere on tooth 30 that had a missing filling/needed to be filled. He could not see the big dark spot on the bottom side of that tooth. He said my two options were root canal for $1,000 or a tooth extraction. I saw I was not at a safe place when the dentist could not see a cavity that I myself could see along with my young child and another dentist. I left the office not paying anything bc I can say that they do offer free consults. When I got in my vehicle I started calling around finding another dentist to consult with. I found one and went to my appt at 3:45 the same day. They were great and as soon as I got in the chair, the hygienist asked what was going on and I told her. She looked in my mouth and immediately saw the missing filling. Then the dentist came in and saw the missing filling as well and said it was no problem shed fix it right then and couldnt believe someone else had missed it. Needless to say, she fixed my tooth that day, three days ago and I feel fantastic, no more pain and I have found a new dentist I am confident in. Please be careful going to Dr Collins. I could have had a painful costly root canal or had my tooth pulled out if I had stayed there. His staff is nice but dont have unnecessary dental work because a dentist says he cant see something that you and everyone else can. My family trusted his father. My mother saw his father for years when he was still practicing. I do not have any faith/trust in him after my visit. I would be more than happy to share the new dentist with everyone. $189 and I feel great and my filling was refilled.

Collinsworth senior got a kick out of destroying my life. I pray EVERY DAY that Karma slaps him in the face for ruining my confidence & dragging me years into depression. I wonder how this evil man would like it if someone pulled his daughters teeth just to make an extra thousand bucks. I regret not continuing treatment with his son collinsworth jr. I assumed senior was “experienced”. Ps go to Mexico for dental treatments. ;) much cheaper & they don’t lie.
