I had a very good visit my procedure went well and in a timely matter everyone’s so nice

It had been five-ish years since I’d been to the dentist for a tooth cleaning/X-ray/exam so I was pretty nervous to see how bad my teeth had become. After putting it off long enough many of my co-workers recommended this office and I’m glad they finally twisted my arm into calling. The staff at Levy and Vutera was excellent from start to finish. From the start of it, with me calling for an appointment, Ingrid with the reception staff was great and even found me a cleaning appointment for the next day as a new patient! I was able to fill out all my new patient paperwork on my phone, minimizing the hassle of a paperwork mess the next morning. My dental hygienist was Erica, and she has a great personality and clearly loves what she does, it’s something you can just tell! She went to town on my teeth but continuously checked to make sure I was doing alright and eased any nerves I had about how bad my teeth might be. Dr. Vutera came to check on me after the cleaning and check my problem spots, come up with a game plan to fix them and seemed like a great guy. The experience was great and dare I say I look forward to having my cavities filled in the near future. Thanks, Dr. Vutera, Erica, Ingrid and everyone else!

This was my first visit and I felt welcome immediately! Everyone was friendly and I didn’t have to wait at all for my appointment. Erica was very informative and thorough! Dr Vuterra was also great. In the past I have felt rushed by the doctors or like they weren’t really listening. With Dr. Vuterra, I felt heard. Looking forward to future great experiences.

I have never had a problem with the dentist office but my husband has. In 35 years of being with him this was the first dentist office he doesnt miss appointment, hes on time, he doesnt complain, he fill comfortable coming to without me on his side. We have been coming here for about 15 years. This office has care and concern about what they do, they get to know you, and does quality work. The office staff is wonderful. The office is especially neat and clean, However I felt as if the Dr could’ve had more empathy and showed me a little more compassion due to the pain I was in. I was upset and crying I was in so much pain. He ended up going ahead and giving me something for pain. I am very thankful for that bc I was actually able to sleep last night.

I called about a crown that fell out and was told immediately to come to the office. My time in the waiting room was under 2 minutes. The crown was returned to where it belongs painlessly I got back to work in under an hour. All that and free parking. 😁

My experience with this office has always been100% perfect. Everyone is professional and executed safety precautions with the pandemic. I appreciate Dr Vutera and his entire staff for performing the emergency medical procedure. Please be advised that this was last minute call when I needed help to stop the pain. Although Dr Levy is my doctor who I respect dearly, she was not available at the time. However Dr Vutera provided teamwork and took very good care of me. I love this team off dental healthcare professionals. The office is easy to get to on Government Street; and, when I get there, I am checked-in and moved right along. The front desk, hygienists, techs, business office and dentists are kind, compassionate, friendly, and great at what they do. They took care of my parents years ago and now they care for my son and me. I am thinking our relationship spans 15 years at least. That speaks for itself.

The staff here has got to be the friendliest and most welcoming of any type of medical or dental facility I have ever visited in my entire life. They were professional and also kind. I love that the doctor agreed to take a conservative approach towards a few spots on my teeth to try prevent them from getting worse, as opposed to doing unnecessary drilling, which some dentists would have done. I am so glad I found this place and I will definitely be using them from now on, since my old dentist has partially retired. The office was also very clean and proper attire was worn by staff for COVID precaution.

As I child I loathed going to the dentist and think I carried that with me into adulthood. I wanted a better experience for me and my children and am doing just that. I have 3 young daughters and not only do I receive exceptional care but so do my girls. The staff members are engaging yet informative when it comes to interacting with my children. It is amazing how comfortable they make them feel. We start off anxious and leave with both pretty and clean smiles! It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, from the receptionists to the dental team everyone has always been kind, patient and cheerful. I would recommend this practice for both adults and children!
