I just wanted to personally tell Glenn thank you so much for helping us out this week. We were out of town camping and needed an urgent repair to get back on the road. He got us in and fixed up in a few hours. The cost for the repair was reasonable and he even lent us a rental car for a few hours. If youre out of town and dont know who to trust go see Glenn you wont be disappointed

Staying at Devils Lake and we experienced brake issues. Called Sullivans, they repaired our Tahoe on the same day and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this business.

Poor Service, after oil change-they put conventional oil in and I then had them replace it with synthetic oil. Luckily I asked and hopefully they switch it. Also was charge me for brake bulb in the rear window- little to know I have cameras at home-I showed them it was working fine when I left home-3 miles from home? Caught Red Handed. This why I do most everything at home except this time I wanted my tires rotated and well go ahead with the oil change too. Be careful when having someone else do the work-trust builds character!!!

These guys know their stuff and are patient enough to explain everything to you and give you options instead of telling you what you need and up charging you and replacing more than you need. They have knowledge of a wide variety of cars, foreign and domestic.

Excellent customer service at a very reasonable price. My car threw them a curve, but they stayed with it... corrected the problem,and fixed my car at a surprisingly low cost.

Ive been going to Sullivans Two for my auto repair needs for over 20 years, probably nearing 100 visits. I have always found them to be friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced .

I dropped my Nissan Altima off because I the exhaust was rattling and my brakes were making a scraping noise. They got me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, the people I dealt with were polite, the work was done fairly quickly and for a fair and affordable price. Also I was offered a loaner without asking, which was nice as I thought I would have to take a cab home. When I moved to Baraboo I looked up shops in the area in case I had an issue. Im glad I chose this one.

Really good diagnostics

I was a customer of Sullivans for over 20years, until recently. I brought my car in for a muffler replacement. After a couple of days I noticed the smell of burning plastic. Upon inspection the tail pipe was now tucked behind the bumper. The heat from the muffler had melted a section of the bumper below the gas tank, causing $1400 damage. Since it was an older vehicle I only requested a discount on my 600 repair bill to compensate. This offended the owner Glen. I was told he did not want to do business with my kind or my family ever again. He remarked that if Sullivans installed a defective oil filter and it caused my engine to cease I would probably hold them responsible. In a word, yes. When I pay a professional for repairs I expect them to stand behind their parts and workmanship. I also expect my vehicle to be safe to drive. Buyer beware if you feel the same.

We were on vacation with our five children and 445 our van wasnt functioning properly. They got is in last minute, stayed late and even had it fixed by the time we returned to the hotel. They also stayed for us to go back and pick it up. Top notch, qaulity service that we werent expecting. Other shops couldnt grt us in til 1pm tomorrow and we had to leave before then. Also didnt break the bank. Thanks again from our family to yours

Had my engine completely die just a few miles from Sullivans. The tow truck driver recommended them to me as an honest place to do business. They were excellent to work with and went out of their way to be accommodating. As I live about 4 hours from them this was greatly appreciated. They got a new engine put in for me and were extremely easy to work with. They were patient as I double checked everything with my mechanic at home as well. Great place to work with, even when you will not be a repeat customer. If I lived near them I would definitely trust them with my vehicles on a regular basis.

Ive been going to Sullivans for years. They really take care of your vehicle. And its nice to have a trusted place to go where you know you wont be charged for things you dont need.I definitely recommend them

After my warranty ran out on my vehicle, the dealership was becoming a rip off. So I started coming here for car repairs and couldnt be happier. Theyll be honest and show you what needs replacing and explain to you why. They also ensure the customer is saving money by replacing parts when only needed. If they see something they bring it to your attention, so you can plan ahead. Very reputable company! I believe its family owned. Will continue going here for ever! Theyll also do an estimate on everything, plus I have to say no lie these people are awesome they do such a good job on keeping it to the estimate price! I urge people that are on long road trips to the Dells, if you have a suddan vehicle problem, go here first. They wont drain your wallet like the competition. They also have the highest customer service skills Ive seen in the industry.

From out of state, staying in the Dells. Took my vehicle there not knowing what was wrong. They had me back on the road in 20 min, took me in the shop and showed me exactly what was going on. Very fair prices too. Good people.

Glen is a great guy and Sullivans Two is a great, honest company to do work with. Another auto repair shop told us we needed $1000 worth of work done on a truck. We took it to Sullivans for the work to be completed. Glen called and said the repair was not required and he felt there were no safety concerns with the vehicle. This small town, honest service is hard to come by in this day and age. We will definitely return for more service work!!

They estimated 750 and it was just under 500 when finished. They did a complete look over and topped my coolant and power steering fluid. And the truck ran much better after others places told me nothing was wrong with it.

Glen and the staff at Sullivans are the best! More than one time I have had a car issue that required immediate attention and they were able to work me in quickly and fix the problem. They provide excellent service, extremely reasonable prices and are friendly and honest.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Sullivans Two. They are honest, fair and customer orientated. I have bought several vehicles from them and have always been pleased with the quality of the vehicles I have purchased. Their customer service is second to none and I have always been satisfied with the work they have performed.

Never again..... paid over 1200 for repairs on a gas line problem, never got fixed took the car back 3 times finally the guy who seemed the owner told me the car was too old but never refunded a dime of the whole amount... stay away from this place it is a complete JOKE.I dont think i show in your computer history as Infinity Lopez but if you keep records of a year back you will find me, maybe you do have to investigate.

Being from out of town, we were concerned when the temperature indicator went on. We obviously didnt know any local mechanics. We got to Reillys Auto Parts and asked for a good mechanic. The asst manager recommended Sulllivans Two right next door. They fixed our car in 10 minutes at no charge. They wouldnt even accept money for the anti-freeze. Its nice to know that people like this still exist.

Was on vacation when water pump went out on my car unfortunately. Being stuck in a place you know nothing about it brings a big. Checked with the lodge and they suggested Sullivans Two Unlimited, upon checking the reviews and the recommendation. They were able to have my car repaired. I had a 1965 Corvair, engine rebuild top to bottom. So I drive off headed to Madison from Baraboo, to get new tires. About 8 miles down the road, the check check engine light came on, pulled over, the car overheated, and the engine seized up. Well needless to say not ,happy ,out to a lot of money. They said that wasnt their fault. Beware beware beware

This place is a joke. I will never go here again. Had issues after I picked my vehicle up that wasnt present before. They denied that it was their problem. Id rather try to fix something on my own before bringing it to these people again.

Unwilling to do an prepurchase inspection. I called to ask about stopping by for a prepurchase inspection. The woman who answered the phone sounded annoyed i would even ask. With as much attitude as possible her response was not until next week. While i completely understand that people are busy, i dont understand the attitude. Try harder.

As a first customer, they have charged me a little less for their service. At the end, it wasnt worth one penny.The second time I came in there for an appointment about my engine light, they spent two hours and could not figure it out, so I said dont worry about it, I dont mind paying for diagnostics. But they said that they feel bad about charging someone and not fixing their problem so they told me it was NO COST. Little did I know.They gave me my car back and told me it was outisde and it was already RUNNING. I drove one block away to look at used cars and was planning to trade-in my car because I was interested in one of their cars. So I asked the boss to come take a look at my car. The first thing he does is turn my car on. THE CAR DOESNT START. I was furious!!! What? I was like, my car has NEVER NOT ONCE have any starting issues, So I told the boss, you know, I just brought it from a mechanic and I have never had any staring issues. It was over right then and there, I CANT GET A TRADE-IN.So I call back Sullivans Two and they seem very friendly, the mechanic drives a block away. Its like he knew it would happen. He comes with the jump starter in hand and tells me its the starter--without even doing diagnostics, just with his jump starter.OK. I drive it back to the shop, wait another 10min and the car is ready to go. $150 down the toilet. OK well at least my car is problem free now.Little did I know.My car only starts now half the time!The only reason I came into this shop were the good reviews. Then I realized that the shop likes you and me to have car problems, So they make them up!!!All Im doing now is fixing it myself. It seems as if I can trust a video on YouTube better than a mechanic nowadays.If you want the job done right, DIY!!!
