We were in the area on vacation pulling our camper. Our trailer brake controller was not functioning. We went to Glacier Valley Ford and were fortunate to have Brent look at our issue. He spent a significant amount of time and was very intent on correcting the problem. After about 2 hours the issue appears resolved. I went in to have my car serviced and showed up on the wrong date and they told me they were so busy but then Rick said we will squeeze you in. Willing to work on my car, even though I didnt purchase it from them.

They did electrical work on car, when it came back from shop camera wasnt working. I called and informed them, and they told me to bring it back in but was several weeks before they had an opening. Had to delay that appointment due to Covid exposure, and rescheduled following week. Shop then lost all notes of my previous visit, where I informed them of issue being caused durring time in their shop. They tried to claim I was making it up, because they didnt do work on the camera. (They seem to forget they looked at whole electrical system, as that was the reason I brought vehicle into shop and instead focused on other work they did, even after I explained they did electrical work.) and that it had been a month since (despite 3 weeks of that delay being at their scheduling and only 1 week rescheduled by me due to Covid testing/quarantine) I believe that there is a loose wire or something from when they did that, because camera sometimes intermittently works. Instead of just looking at it, and trying to fix issue they caused, they wanted to charge me for an entire new camera. I was quiet upset, and instead of descsllating, the owner of the business got so mad he shoved me (because I called him an idiot for not believing covid was a valid reason to delay appointment).Do business with this establishment at your own risk, you have been warned.

Fixed my recalls, no problem. Forgot to fix one of them, so they came and picked up my vehicle a few days later while I was at work. Had my truck back in 3-4 hours...all while I was working. Sercice made it right. Thanks!

We were road tripping during December from Florida ... Our vehicle must have not been ready for the harsh winter below 0 weather ... So we broke down and called several local places.. but none except Glacier Valley Ford could take a look at our vehicle everyone else said it could be a few days before they could take a look but Glacier Valley Ford got us in in just 2 hrs. They took such great care of us and seemed to actually care. They took out vehicle in and gave us a rental... we told them when we needed to get out of town and they had it ready for just when we needed it. They found other problems and fixed it and made our vehicle weather ready for the rest of our trip heading to Canada and then back down the east coast to Florida. My husband was so happy to see that it was all done for a fair price. Friendly trustworthy service. We appreciate their kindness and help at a time we really needed it. We are now almost into Canada 2 days later and everything has ran smoothly.

While traveling I had several incidents with my vehicle and the service department here rocks! They went out of their way to get me back into my truck. I had a fluke situation after a snow/ice storm that took my windshield out and in just a few hours the service department had it replaced for me! The entire staff at Glacier Valley Ford were top notch Id recommend them to anyone in need of a vehicle or service. It does make a difference when you are on a tight schedule needing your vehicle, the folks here get it and will exceed your expectations.

Sold us a Ford electric car without telling us they werent authorized to do service on it. Ended up costing us extra time and money. Service staff is generally rude except for Brent.Moving our service somewhere friendlier and more upfront with vehicles they sell. If youre going to sell us the car, you should be able to service it. Very disappointing.

Glacier service is very slow. If they tell you a time your vehicle should be done you might want to add another day to that time line. Their service department has poor customer service skills.

It was a very good experience buying my new Ford Fusion from Glacier Valley. I did not feel pressured at all and after purchasing my car Dominic took the time to show me all the options it had to offer and how everything works, they even hooked up my phone to the Bluetooth.

I had struts put on at another dealership. He did not have an alignment machine so it was done at baraboo ford. It is a classic car that is driven very little. I noticed it pulling to one side after the alignment was done. So I took it in. They said there was nothing they could do because it was over 3 months even though it only had 1000 miles on it. I took it to another dealership and after inspection they told me they would bet the dealership that an alignment was never done on my car. I went back to baraboo ford with this info. They could not find the after specs of the alignment just the before was on file. They did nothing for me just quoted the 3 month rule. The mechanic who half worked on my car no longer works there. I would love to know why...

I just traded in my 2012 Camaro ZL1 for a 2002 Mustang Gt that was loaded with thousands worth of upgrades. I was working with Don through the transaction and I was in a situation where I was trying to buy down and drop my car note and still get into a vehicle that was somewhat comparable to my ZL1. Me and Don were able to come up with an arrangement where all I needed to do was stop by swap keys sign a couple documents and I was in and out in a matter of a hour. The only reason it took an hour is because my bank was taking a long time with paper work on there end. I have purchased many vehicles from dealers and experienced both the best and worst and by far my experience dealing with the Glacier Valley Ford group was nothing short of painless and positive. There whole staff is very professional and down to earth people who really seem to care about YOU the buyer as a person and not just a means to an end.
